The ability to sort all leases by renewal notification date and create a report would be something useful for me. Whether I am sitting in the office, or on the road, I have all essential lease information right at my fingertips. The Square Feet total at the top doesn't calculate correctly when leasing multiple suites within one building; it should add all active leases in one location. It is very intuitive and looks organized / tidy. I look forward to seeing the Ai capabilities improve over time. Another great feature is unlimited users and ways to filter what they can see / do. The system tracks all changes and which user did them. This is a big improvement from our previous provider. I appreciate the rent schedule feature and ability to abstract 10-12 items for quick and easy reference, not requiring the opening of the lease file. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** The moving of our database from our old provider took more work on our end then I would have liked. Certain information was excluded from the lease abstraction process and we had to take care of it manually after the migration was complete. I have to import contacts on my own since the abstraction only focused on the name of the Landlord (when a majority of properties have property managers who we deal with more often than the Landlords). Found a glitch or two that involving the non-auto-save of information that has not been completely submitted. but that was around a year ago and it may have been addressed. Nothing too horrible but these are items that can be improved. I also wish that Cakebot was a bit more intuitive and did not require so much rewording of the question in order to get the correct answer. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem is having an easy to use database that can zero in on clauses in the lease. It also needs to work for our accounting team and their vendors. Leasecake will likely satisfy both agendas. I have been pleased with Leasecake and will continue to use it. We also have tried their NNN reconciliation services and have been very helpful and informative. We use the tasks: swim lanes and we are able to track permits and whether they are valid, about to expire or expired. This helps us view what needs more attention and whether we have time to act on it. Going from having the essencial information such as significal dates, landlords information, critical clauses to have a full repository of all the documents relevant to your leases. Also you can manage your rent schedule including rent increases, payables and all the financial stuff needed to succeed. It has an incorporated IA, Cakebot that is really helpful because it helps to analyse and extract all the information you need without the need to fully read all of your documents, and reports have never been easier as it has incorporated report templates that you can edit and adapt. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** In my personal experience, as a foreign user, Leasecake still has room for opportunity to adapt to different countries, as it is optimized for US users. It has grown and been developed non stop to improve the experience for foreign users, but adding the Contry code for example in telefone numbers. The other thing that you can improve is the geolocalization, so you can export the info in other apps for example Google Earth or Google maps or even just to visualize all in one place in a map and not just one point. This platform has one of the easiest and smoothest user interfaces on the market and the app for mobile devices is a game changer. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** No issues at this time. The better you setup the initial platform, the easier it is to use from the start. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasecake, with the user interface, allows more associates in my company to use the platform to look up and manage data. The previous platform was not very user friendly and it was only utilized by a small handful of users. Between the user interface, document storage, application for mobile devices, and easiness to read data, this platform provides more associates with more information. Operators also use the tool to look up and read data on locations prior to visits which helps provide a basis when talking to each location. ### 18. The onboarding process was painful, but not due to any issues with Leasecake; they just revealed that, despite attorney involvement in many acquisitions, we were missing numerous amendments to multiple leases, and it took a lot of research to acquire them all. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasecake helps us track expirations, rent escalations, and dig into details of our leases related to HVAC and other maintenance issues. It is a huge benefit to me, as we are a small company with 28 locations, and managing our real estate is just one small aspect of my job. I've only been using it for Lease administration but I'm looking to use it for more Contract admin tracking and asset management. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** I have not found much to dislike about Leasecake as of yet. Leasecake is used by our finance, real estate, construction, operations, and marketing teams to make sure we all have access to the information we need. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** Overall the platform is very feature rich. The support team has been extremely helpful when we needed them and they take feature requests to incorporate into future updates too. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasecake allows us to have a "central source of truth" for all leases.
