Customer support are very knowledgeable about the system and accounting. **What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?** There really are no downsides to using the tool. I would like to see the Lease ID available on all reports within the tool. For example, the complete disclosures report has many tabs that serve different purposes. It would be nice to have the lease ID flow through to each of the reports. **What problems is LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery solving and how is that benefiting you?** LeaseQuery has saved my company time and money. The alert emails provide asset managers the ability to cancel leases in a timely basis. The reporting tools save time each quarter. ### 46. It is easy to use and intuitive and user friendly. The site is also simple to use and we are confident in the GASBY 87 adn GASB 96 compliance aspect it provides. The customer support was very helpful during our initial implementaion. They were responsive to any questions we had and they were able to address any and all concerns. **What do you dislike about LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery?** The only thing that would make this better was if there was a way to help us with compiling our leases andn SBITA's across campus.
