The system is spelled out nicely to figure out exactly what needs to be entered. Our support staff is friendly, timely, and willing to go the extra mile to help make sure that any issues are dealt with quickly, as to not leave us with outstanding items at month or quarter end. Implementation was pretty flawless in that LeaseQuery entered our current leases for us, saving us valuable time. Once we were given access to the system, we were met with great support as we integrated into using the platform and all its features. I go back to the legacy format every time as the information stays exactly how I entered it. We recently had a call with Michael to discuss how we are liking the system and he informed us of possible integration with our ERP system that we are intrigued to look into.
