The gamification aspect is a huge standout for me. I really like how it turns our daily grind into a series of interactive competitions that keep energy levels high. Being able to track my metrics in real time and see exactly how I stack up against other branches and colleagues keeps my targets top of mind and gives me immediate feedback on my performance. The dashboarding could definitely be more intuitive for leadership roles. Right now, I struggle to get a true bird’s-eye view of all agent KPIs and their progress toward goals in one place. The filtering system also feels a bit clunky; in particular, it’s difficult to filter by my specific office, which makes it harder to track staff members who aren’t currently showing up in the top rankings.
