I really like the combination of 'intelligence' and 'simplicity' in Zoho Survey. The use of 'Smart Skip Logic' and 'Pipe Logic' makes the survey feel like a conversation. I like that it saves the user's time and adds a personal touch to the survey, like 'Rahul, how did you find our service?' I also like the 'excellent reporting' and 'real-time' analysis because it instantly converts responses into Pie Charts and Bar Graphs, making the data very easy to understand. 1. Limitations of the Free Version: Zoho's free version can be a bit disappointing for beginners as you can only ask 10 questions per survey and view only 100 responses. 2. Designing and Customization: The themes seem a bit outdated and the look and feel of the survey is more 'form-like' which is less 'interactive'. 3. Mobile App Experience: Editing surveys on the mobile app sometimes feels like it 'hangs' and some advanced features are not easily available. 4. Lack of Depth in Data Visualization: Performing complex data analysis seems a bit limited, there should be advanced analytics tools within the survey. 5.
