It was not as complicated as i thought it was going to be, it was very concise and direct as well as the fact that it is highly customizable for asking the correct questions regarding specific uses to enhance the experience and help not only the company, but your own business, customer support is basically immediate or very fast which I like, and it was easy to sign in, use and implement for your specific needs. I really enjoy the real-time analytics in Zoho Survey. It feels instant and practical, as I can see the charts and patterns shift right in front of me as people respond. Zoho Survey could use some improvements in a few areas. The pricing plans seem high, and it would be more attractive if there were options for mid-tier plans offering unlimited responses, native connectors, raw data exports, and priority support. The analytics exports could be richer, and it needs broader third-party connectors. The user interface could be smoother and more user-friendly, making it easier to navigate.
