**What do you like best about Zoho Survey?**

The ease with which we have been able to generate surveys on the fly is really amazing. Even the business teams were able to generate surveys and perform basic analytics on it.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?**

Only thing which could be improved in this tool is if we could send the data captured from survey directly to a more detailed analytics tool like Tableau etc for more insights.

Our team is using ZOHO surveys for the below purpose:

**What do you like best about Zoho Survey?**

I genuinely like using Zoho Survey against, say, Typeform or Google Forms. Because it makes taking in customer feedback, so, SO easy! Additionally, collaboration features make it easy to work with colleagues on survey design and analysis. 10/10 to Zoho for developing such a wonderful suite of products.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?**

Honestly nothing! I just wish they lowered prices a bit (1700/month is a bit too much to pay for a survey tool). On the other hand, better integration with mailing tools such as Mailchimp would be a plus.

**What problems is Zoho Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The alternatives are either too expensive or not worth using at all. Typeform is fine but it's too, minimalist. Google Forms is good but it's too basic. Zoho Survey solves this problem plus offers a wider range of integration.

**What do you like best about Zoho Survey?**

Zoho survey is a feature-rich, convenient, and efficient use. The option to buy responses is really great and makes the whole thing simple and allows us to focus on survey content and analysis. Also, its integration with many other tools and the possibility of real-time analysis through integration with Tableau is simply superb!

**What do you dislike about Zoho Survey?**

The factors on which pricing is based for buying responses. More user control is required for the target audience of the survey.Google sheets integration and sending email notifications are basic features but available only in Pro version

**What problems is Zoho Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of the business decision-making processes require market information. Most of the time, this part gets ignored by making suitable assumptions since the time and cost involved in conducting a proper survey is disproportionate to the benefits. Zoho survey makes online surveys simple and straightforward. It even helps get good survey responses, which is another huge time-consuming area.  It does all this, along with suitable integration with other applications for easy recording and analysis, for an affordable cost. Without the help of Zoho survey, some of the projects would be really incomplete!

One of the things that I like about ZOHO survey is that they have a lot of template customization than other survey-designing companies. Moreover, it has a vast option of adding multiple drop-down menus; checklist buttons, e.t.c a single survey; it also has many extra features like matrix scaling and matrix rating which helps users a lot while making new survey

There is not much of downside ZOHO survey as it delivers a flawless experience to its customers as a Zoho survey user; I didn't feel that it has any kind od drawback so far

Zoho Survey is an excellent Survey management software. We can use pre-defined survey templates from the wide range of available survey templates. We can add many types of Survey Questions like Simple Text, Options, Selection, Mutli-choice, Image or binary etc.

There is nothing specific to dislike about Zoho Survey, but a few areas need minor improvements, like Saving Questions Templates taking a bit longer, Some UI glitches etc. Else everything is good.

Zoho Survey is an excellent service for creating and managing surveys. It gives an elegant editor for adding questions. There are types of questions we can add to the Survey.
Many ready-made survey templates are available, so we can use them directly.

There is nothing specific to dislike about Zoho Surveys. It has an excellent user interface. The only thing to dislike about Zoho Survey is its cost. It should be free for small companies.

I use Zoho Survey to take feedback from my customer about our company's services. I love the survey builder. Survey builder allows me to structure an elegant survey. 
We can share the link with the customers, and they can fill the survey with or without login to Zoho.

Zoho survey is a tool that enables us to conduct survey. Which is available in market with minimal price tag. It's most simple and user friendly. You could easily procure data and validate responses which will help us to deliver better.

Every thing seems Preity intresting however my small recommendation not that I dislike is to delete there is no clear instructions which are directly visible so to do so we need to click the 3 dots and then delete however they should be direct button on the page.

Its well known brand for survey work. When i taking survey through clixsense or timebuck, this zoho platform convinced me. Its uniq and Innovative platform for taking surveys. This is simple and dynamic.

As i stated above its well-known brand in this industry, their pricing range is tough for small businesses. Big businesses can afford easily. Some ralaxation should be good for small companies

**What do you like best about Zoho Survey?**

I like that Zoho Survey has a wide variety of many templates that I can use to create surveys. The templates that Zoho Survey offers are quite complete and offer many basic questions, allowing me to also customize any aspect of the survey from colors, overall design and questions,  making it have the power to create more profound surveys with more content and more specific questions, which is honestly a very cool aspect of this software. I also like that it allows many responses to be registered which helps us collect the right amount of data that we need, and I like that the data is analyzed and shown in an intuitive and comprehensible way.

I haven't experienced any types of issues with Zoho Survey nor do I have any dislikes towards it, I feel like it works very well and it makes a pretty good job in creating surveys and collecting the responses.

In our business, we have been using Zoho Survey to collect responses both internally and externally. It allows us to have an area where we have all the feedback from different campaigns and it allows us to analyze it more deeply, and it has helped us create seamless surveys that capture all the right responses because we are able to make the right questions in a more direct way, the surveys can be completed through any device and that is something that has benefitted our business as we ensure that most clients answer our surveys without any limitations. Zoho Survey has also helped us make the process of analyzing and working with this feedback easier and more automated, because of its multiple products, we can integrate Zoho Survey with other tools such as Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Analytics for a fast workflow.

The most important feature of this website it the user friendly interface. It is very simple to use for even a non-techy person. It is way ahead with their competitors because of their pricing and what they offer with that price.

I dislike about their customer support they are not very helpful as I have faced with Zoho Survey. They took too much time to response my queries and they are not very professional as I feel.

It is good software for creating a personalized survey. I liked the UI as it was easy to understand and drag and drop. Also, there were many options as to how to view the reports. There were multiple ways to send the survey to the audience. I was able to share my reports so it provides good collaboration also.

Nothing specific. It is good software and I was able to complete my task using it.

It is solving the problem of creating customized survey. I was able to create a good survey using this software with my personalized logo and the UI was good. Also the report dashboards were quite impressive

How easy it is to create complicated logic for surveys, how easy it is to export the data and perform basic analytics even with the free version.

The limit on number of users and visualization possible is limited.

Zoho Survey has been a life saver for me. With Zoho Survey, I can create surveys in minutes and get the results immediately. It's helpful for me because it allows quick feedback from my customers on their satisfaction with our products or services!

There is no dislike as such. The template was old and outdated, and I couldn't find a way to contact the developer for help. The crashing bugs made it rugged enough that you'd want this app in your life!

The surveys that Zoho makes are easy to create and navigate, and their unique design also helps me evaluate customer satisfaction. The after-sales service improvement has been a result of using these tools!

It is an easy-to-use and efficient tool for creating surveys for almost all needs. The following features make it much more useful:

1. Highly customizable
2. A lot of predefined templates are available.

Sometimes downloading the responses becomes a real headache.
Some complex customization, like matrix dropdown etc., are unavailable or difficult to use.

It is simple to use and has a nice appearance thanks to the tool's simplicity and the interface's clarity. I also appreciate the concept of CRM integration. I am using it to create surveys for the internal audience (office colleagues) and my target user (product user).

**What do you like best about Zoho Survey?**

I like its user interface, it is easy to navigate and make surveys on it. It provides various templates for surveys according to different purposes like education, marketing, event or business surveys, etc. I am in love with those templates it helps us to make a professional survey in minutes. It is not like the other tools like google forms where you can't do much customization in designs, here we have full control over the design and color scheme. It also has different kinds of form fields like ratings, NPS, and all the necessary ones. It is easy to use and I also like the charts it shows while displaying the collected data. It makes it easier to analyze the data.

We are using it in our company and I am also using it for my personal needs. And as per our use case, we didn't find any downside while using it. It serves the purpose to the fullest. But there's a suggestion for the makers as I have used it for a long time now they haven't updated many templates, And as we can not import templates from the web here So, it would be better if they keep adding more stunning templates on the regular basis.

The responses are compatible with Zoho CRM, which has excellent customization options. We saved time and money with its user-friendly interface and features.

Zoho Survey was OK, but we needed more data. We needed a deeper analysis, so we dropped it. The free version watermark is annoying, but it's still usable. The paid service is too expensive.

It is a very friendly and intuitive tool. It already has integrated templates to make surveys in a very easy way and allows you to add audio, videos, or images. The reporting system is not the most complete but it fulfills its functions.
It has a free version.

The templates should be updated, or improve the designs. I think they should add more functionalities to make the tool more complete. Advanced functionalities like modifying the text or being able to add longer paragraphs are necessary.

If you are willing to go the steep route of its learning curve then it is one of the best tools to conduct surveys. It does not require high IT skills on the user side. I also like that I can import the result in excel form.

In matrix drop-down, certain customization is not possible a bit difficult to use. But looking at the pros I am willing to accept these cons. Also, they can add weekly or biweekly plans because most of the surveys that I conducted were over in less than a week.

I will recommend the users to first go for the free version which is also great in my opinion and if your work revolves around conducting too many surveys then go for the paid version.
