**What do you like best about Servicetonic Helpdesk Tool?**

The software's user-friendly interface lets us work with greater speed and efficiency.  Esy-to-use, and affordable way to automate  IT and not IT support services.

**What do you dislike about Servicetonic Helpdesk Tool?**

Doesn't support for Linux platform. No in-person support and also there are no tutorial videos.

**What problems is Servicetonic Helpdesk Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team of incident managers uses this tool to effectively manage our incidents. It's seamless escalation management is quick and continual, and it helps us avoid the back-and-forth that often occurs with other ticketing systems.
