They are concepts that are good and helpful. But If I talk with the UI and UX of their platform this is old and badly interacts with people. On their Product landing page, UI UX is old and bad where you cannot find the CTO primary button and Also CRO messing. If a user can visit their landing page they are confused about starting their products. I believe it's the most effective and bad reputation for their business and their Revenue outcomes. It is a great spreadsheet tool to work with, especially with teams in real-time. Sharing files with the team and keeping everything updated has been very easy with the ZOHO sheet. I use it daily to find leads and their info. Someone who has experience with MS Excel can easily understand and get used to ZOHO sheets.
