I find it easy to update the data and make it accessible to all members. I like that I can tag someone and send a message from Zoho Sheet, and they get notified in Outlook. I also like its real-time collaboration tools and automated data-cleaning features, especially since Zoho Sheet is free or costs a fraction of what its main competitors do. I find Zoho Sheet performs poorly with large datasets and lags during mobile collaboration. When I process massive amounts of data, it can get stuck in frequent loading loops and occasionally corrupt documents. It needs improvements to its processing power and user experience. Zoho Sheet seems to be a basic, low-level copy of Google Sheets or Excel, but cheaper. Only about 50% of tasks can be done with it, and for the remaining tasks, I still have to depend on other sheets. The pivot table feature is hard to use compared to Google Sheets, and normal formulas don't work as expected. Live multi-user collaboration is not updating in real-time. Also, selecting and deleting multiple rows is cumbersome; the ability to do so without using the mouse is missing, and trying to use the mouse often results in errors or unintended deletions. Additionally, initial setup was very hard. Overall, it feels like it doesn't introduce anything new or make work easier since everything is already available in Google and Excel sheets. I like how Zoho Sheet is part of my Zoho One subscription, which is a solid deal for just over forty dollars a month. It efficiently handles my day-to-day marketing work, including spreadsheets, campaign tracking, content calendars, budget breakdowns, and leads lists without any issues. The integration with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem is probably the biggest win for me, as my CRM and campaign data flow together seamlessly. I also love the real-time collaboration feature, allowing multiple people to edit the same sheet simultaneously, leave comments in specific cells, and set granular permissions. Additionally, everything auto-saves in Zoho WorkDrive, which is seamless. The setup was quite easy, and the support from Zoho made implementing the Zoho One plan across our business pretty simple. It's more similar to Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel but it's helpful to save in Zoho CRM and they also have a very seamless integration, and great platform to automate something, and they have a collaborative feature. I love the Zoho Sheet because its automation allows you to set macros that help you finish complex tasks by just clicking on a button.
