What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I love using Zoho Social for my social media agency. The messaging, engagement, and analytics aspects are particularly valuable. It helps us bring all our brand in one place. We can respond to client's messages faster, and the analytics break down data and brand engagement in a simpler form, even providing data that we wouldn't see ordinarily on other platforms or apps. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The ability to clone brand-specific settings, including posting schedules, approval workflows, and visual presets, has saved us an incredible amount of time. Instead of building each brand from scratch, we can simply duplicate a 'template brand' and then make any necessary tweaks. The built-in team comments and version history features have also been invaluable, allowing creative leads to flag scheduled posts with notes like 'needs tone shift' before they go live. This has helped us prevent several brand consistency mistakes. As an agency managing multiple brands, we find the price-to-feature ratio particularly attractive—we never felt pressured to upgrade to the highest pricing tier just to get the essential features we rely on. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

At Cosplay Scene Magazine, Zoho Social has become an essential part of our daily workflow. What we love most is how simple it makes managing content across all of our social media channels. From Facebook and Instagram to X (Twitter) and LinkedIn, we can plan, schedule, and publish posts seamlessly from one centralized platform. The scheduling calendar and post previews are especially helpful for us, since our visual content—cosplay photography, event coverage, and magazine features—needs to look perfect on every platform.

Zoho Social also helps us stay consistent with our posting schedule and keeps our team organized. Whether it’s coordinating coverage from comic conventions or sharing mental wellness content, the app allows everyone involved to see what’s coming up and contribute ideas. The analytics tools are another major plus; being able to track engagement and see which posts resonate most with our community helps us refine our content strategy and connect more authentically with our readers and followers. What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Zoho Social does an amazing job overall, but as a creative publication, we’d love to see a few more multimedia features incorporated—particularly for short-form video platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Many of our cosplay creators and contributors use trending music and sounds as part of their content, so it would be fantastic if Zoho Social offered the ability to add, preview, or sync licensed audio directly when scheduling those posts.

Having a built-in tool to handle audio or video editing for social clips would make the app even more versatile for creative brands like ours. I use Zoho Social to manage all my personal social media accounts. I really like the UI design; it's very simple and straightforward, doing exactly what I need it to do. I appreciate the ability to post on all sites at the same time, which is super convenient compared to posting individually. I also like the simplicity of the tool without too many frills or extra add-ons, keeping it straight to the point. What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I like using Zoho Social because I can manage all my social media accounts and pages, like Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, in one place. I also really appreciate the feature for bulk scheduling content, which is something I use many times. What stands out to me the most is the pricing; even the free plan offers almost 70% of the features, and the premium plans are affordable.
