"Zoho CRM Makes Lead Management and Customer Outreach Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The best thing I like about Zoho CRM is the lead management in the software. It makes it very, very easy to manage leads, especially when contacting them directly through phone calls, since it connects with my company mobile number. I also like the WhatsApp send feature, and we can even manage complaints through CRM management as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The feature I dislike is that it takes a lot of time to load and to move to other tabs. Sometimes it becomes very frustrating to message customers in bulk. Also, when closing a lead, a duplicate lead may or may not be created, which can be frustrating as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing 3CX Phone Integration with Smooth UI and Top-Tier Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The phone API with 3cx integration has been a game changer for us. It automatically syncs our calls, logs customer data and keeps our operations running in one central dashboard. We also really like the workflows and automation features, which help us take care of our clients after the sale. The UI is clean and performance is smooth. The pricing is fair and makes sense with a central hub. The new AI reporting is very helpful for our reporting needs. Their customer support is top tier even on complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho is powerful, it is definitely not a plug and play system in some cases. Setting up a custom multi account workflow and developer API configurations takes a lot of time and technical trial and error to get dialed in. The interface can feel cluttered sometimeand finding a specific setting or toggling features within nested mini apps can turn into a treasure hunt.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho CRM Centralizes Data, Automates Workflows, and Delivers Powerful Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

What I like most about Zoho CRM is its ability to centralize customer data, sales activities, and automation in one platform. The interface is intuitive, customization options are extensive, and workflow automation significantly reduces repetitive tasks. I also appreciate its seamless integrations with other Zoho products and third-party applications, detailed reporting dashboards, and AI-powered insights that help prioritize leads and improve sales decisions. Overall, it provides excellent value by combining powerful CRM capabilities with flexibility for businesses of different sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a comprehensive platform, but the large number of features can make the initial setup and learning process challenging for new users. Some advanced customizations require additional time to configure, and certain premium capabilities are only available in higher-tier plans. I would also like to see a more modern interface in some areas, faster performance when Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CRM with Great Automation and Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM gives us one platform to manage leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups. It's easy to navigate, and its automation cuts down repetitive work. Integrations with other Zoho apps and third-party tools keep our data connected, and the dashboards give clear visibility into sales performance. The AI features add useful insights and boost productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is feature-rich, but the number of options makes the interface feel complex, especially for new users. Simpler navigation and more intuitive workflows for common tasks would help. Some integrations and advanced customizations need extra configuration and technical knowledge, and performance can slow with large datasets or complex reports. Pricing for advanced features could be more transparent, and onboarding and documentation could be clearer. The AI features are useful but should be more integrated into daily workflows and offer more actionable recommendations with less manual setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zoho CRM: Customizable, Organized, and Automation-Driven for Efficient Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like Zoho CRM because it is easy to customize, keeps customer information organized, and provides useful automation and integrations that make daily sales activities more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The main thing I dislike about Zoho CRM is that it can feel a little complicated for new users. There are many features and customization options, so it can take some time to understand and set everything up properly. The user interface could also be more intuitive and easier to navigate. "A Cost-Effective, Turnkey CRM Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I use Zoho CRM to keep a record of my leads, my follow ups, and most importantly the notes about the client or prospect. It helps me know exactly which leads I'm working on, my focus area, and which are top priority. One thing I like is that I have a complete record on Zoho CRM, so I'm assured that my data would not be lost. Since I'm the administrator of the account, I can assign roles based on sales agents, marketing agents, and operations agents, so the role based access control is another thing I like about Zoho. The user experience is great. If you look at the flow and the workflow, you have the lead status so you know what status you're on with a particular lead, then the contact information, notes, add meetings, add notes, and run a report. All that makes it a complete turnkey solution for all my CRM needs. It keeps me on top of my follow ups. The lead status tells me exactly where my lead stands as of today. I can use the contact details when I have to send an email to a prospect or call my client. Once I've finished an activity like an email sent or a call, I can record the notes so I keep a record of where I am. For meetings, I can schedule them and it sends reminders ten minutes before so I'm aware. And reporting, from a management perspective, lets me send a detailed report to the CXO. I don't think there's anything that needs to be added. It's a perfect platform. We switched from HubSpot, and the most important factor was the ease of access to create a lead and follow up on the lead, and it's more cost effective. The setup was easy, none of it was difficult. "Zoho CRM: Easy Navigation, Minor Lag Issues"
4/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I find Zoho CRM to be a very easy-to-use portal that makes navigation effortless. It has distinct categories for different data, like attendance and compensation, making it convenient to access specific information. I particularly like the ability to view our organizational list and see all company members at once. The HR task portal is another highlight, as it facilitates activities like referring candidates. I also enjoy the quizzes related to our domain, which help us learn new things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Sometimes Zoho CRM lags, and the website can get stuck, which is an issue when it freezes. It also takes time to integrate when we're connected to VPNs, and that's something that needs fixing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Feature-Rich CRM That Streamlines Work and Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

What I like best about Zoho CRM is its user-friendly interface, customization options, and wide range of features for managing customer relationships, sales, and support in one place. It helps streamline daily work, improve team collaboration, and automate repetitive tasks, which saves time and increases productivity. The integration with other Zoho applications and third-party tools is also very helpful for business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

One downside of Zoho CRM is that some advanced features can feel complex and take time to learn for new users. At times, the interface can seem crowded, and customization setup may require technical knowledge. Customer support response time can also occasionally be slower than expected. "Intuitive and Feature-Rich CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I appreciate the ease of navigation and the helpful features in Zoho CRM. It's an intuitive platform, making it easy for me to keep all leads and clients in one place. I like that everything, including inventory, can be kept in one place, and I can even set sales goals for my employees. The search bar is also a helpful feature. The initial setup was easy, and I am thrilled with how it allows easy communication via email. I also appreciate their built-in AI tool in the email feature. Pricing is also affordable. As a nonprofit, we are price conscious, and they have a discount for nonprofits. I haven't tried any integrations yet but I am curious what functionality it can offer in that regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

It's quite a lot of features, so sometimes it takes a long time to navigate to where I need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible CRM for Growing Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I've also found the ecosystem around Zoho CRM to be a big advantage. Being able to connect it with other Zoho applications helps reduce duplicate work and keeps customer information in one place. The Blueprint feature has been especially helpful for standardizing our sales process and making sure leads move through the right stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I would also like to see more modern dashboards out of the box and additional prebuilt reports that require less customization. While the platform is very flexible, some common workflows still need more configuration than expected. Improving search speed and simplifying advanced settings would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
