What do you like best about Zoho CRM Plus?

I would have to say the price point is the most attractive aspect of Zoho CRM. While Zoho CRM doesn't have the most visually attractive GUI, it still offers flexibility for a user, from adding a contact to creating an opportunity and tracking its funnel progress. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM Plus?

I found that the other main competitors have more of a fluid pipeline management process and a broader range of integrations. As touched on before, the GUI is not the most visually appealing, and when you couple that with the different steps it takes to add a lead, convert it into an opportunity, and add notes on progress, you may find the process to be slightly more daunting than other CRMs you have used. The reports dashboard is very insightful. It is quite simple when it comes to usage. integration are bit complicated but not bad, the implementation time was short and simple due to bulk upload, it can be opted for daily usage, did not need any customer support due to ease in usage.
