I like that Zoho CRM Plus is very colorful and that it allows me to record a high level of detail for each contact. I also appreciate that I can customize records and modules. That centralization means our teams don’t have to bounce between separate tools, so we get a full 360° view of every customer interaction and keep data consistent across departments. It’s intuitive enough that our team could start working productively without weeks of training, especially compared with more complex legacy systems we used before.
