I've integrated it with my email and digital marketing campaigns, which helps keep leads structured and allows my team to follow up and convert these into closures efficiently. I found the cost to be a significant issue. When we initially started using Zoho CRM Plus as a startup with 20 employees, it wasn't very costly. However, as our team grew, the expenses increased to a point where we had to consider developing our own CRM system, which highlighted the financial burden of scaling with Zoho CRM Plus.
