I use Zoho CRM Plus as a unified hub to manage the entire customer life cycle, serving as a primary engine for lead management, sales automation, and cross-departmental communication. One of the most valuable aspects is the unified interface combined with the blueprint feature, which allows me as an automation specialist to build end-to-end sales processes that guide users step by step, acting as a game changer. Zoho CRM Plus ensures data integrity across sales, marketing, and support without the need for complex third-party connectors. I also love the deluge scripting capability, which enables me to build custom logic that extends far beyond standard 'out of the box' automation. Additionally, I find incredible value in the ability to integrate with Google Workspace for communication and Slack for real-time lead notifications. I really like how Zoho CRM Plus acts as an omnichannel communication hub, which helps in handling emails, phone, live chat, website visitors, and social media direct messages all in one place. Having Zia AI assistant is another big plus, as it provides guidance about the next steps to be followed. It's amazing having everything in a single platform, which makes running campaigns, collecting leads, and following up much more streamlined. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM Plus?

Even though Zoho CRM Plus has many advantages, it takes more time to understand its overall features and not that easy for everyone to use it. Time taken to adopt or learn its uses and features is so long. There is a big support concern, mostly they have chat support, and it takes long to respond, often comes with an irrelevant answer.
