I use Zocks in every meeting, whether in-person or virtually. Zocks is easy to use and quick to implement. I love the AI chat feature that allows me to ask questions about the meeting or previous meetings. Zocks makes it super easy to assign tasks from meetings and send meeting follow-up emails. Zocks also integrates with my planning, reporting, email, and CRM to pull data for meeting prep! What used to take 30-60 minutes now takes me less than 5. I dislike the fact that there's no dedicated customer support phone number. First line support is all AI or chat. There's no direct way to contact support when you need it. If you escalate your issue, you will eventually get in front of a great team of customer support people. Until then, it's just you and the chat. :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
