Review Summary

Generated using AI from real user reviews
Users consistently praise Zocks for its time-saving capabilities and seamless integration with existing tools like CRMs. The software allows users to focus on client interactions rather than note-taking, significantly enhancing meeting efficiency and follow-up processes. However, some users note that the AI occasionally misidentifies speakers during meetings.

"Zocks Saves Time with Seamless CRM, Outlook, and Zoom Integration"
What do you like best about Zocks?

What I like best about Zocks is how well it integrates with the systems I already use every day, including my CRM, Outlook, financial planning software, and Zoom. I also like that I can use it on phone calls for note taking, which makes it useful beyond just scheduled virtual meetings. It saves a significant amount of time on meeting notes and follow-up, and the automatic posting into my CRM helps keep records current without creating more manual work. Another major benefit is that it helps support compliance and Reg BI documentation, which is important in my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Like most technology tools, there is some upfront learning involved in figuring out how to best fit it into your existing workflow. But once it is integrated into your process, the time savings and documentation benefits make it worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing AI Notetaking That Boosts Follow-Up and Meeting Efficiency"
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks has been a game changer for our office. We use it all the time. The AI notetaking has been great for our clients to have everything outlined from the meeting. It also has increased our follow up. The advisors also notice that it helps them run the meeting more efficiently by being able to listen to the clients more and not have to worry about stop and taking their own notes.

The Zocks service has also been great. They are responsive and available to help with any questions we may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

There is not much we don't like about Zocks. However I feel like there may be features they have that we have used the most ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Integrations with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love the integrations that Zocks has with CRMs and tools like Redtail, RightCapital, and holistic plans. These integrations have saved me a lot of time by quickly incorporating client information into my meeting preps. I really like being able to have that quick look to help with my preparation and how it motivates me to get things done sooner and quicker. Additionally, setting up Zocks was super easy. I also appreciate that it has added some novelty for my ADHD brain, which has been really helpful for motivation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I do wish that the AI feature, like the AI assistant you can type into, had a much longer character limit. Sometimes, if there's a client that doesn't integrate, it'd be cool to paste notes in there. It would also be great to upload files for the assistant to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficiency Booster with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I like that Zocks saves our advisors time and captures the action items we need to do as a team. It helps us because we are not having to remind the advisors multiple times to put notes in. The advisors save time and can see more clients and prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

The things that could be improved are the time it takes to refresh the meeting notes after you add a client as a contact and also having the assistant join every call we are still having some issues with that. When I go to add a client as a contact it takes a long time to re-analyze the notes and have that person added as a contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zocks: Instant Notes but Setup Challenges"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I really love the email functionality in Zocks. It helps me with my inbox and responding to emails, and it drafts follow-up emails after meetings. This feature clearly articulates follow-up tasks, whether they are my tasks, the client's tasks, or someone else on our team's, which is a huge time saver. The fact that it automatically triages my inbox and drafts responses for me to edit and send is a huge time saver too. My inbox can be overwhelming daily, and this speeds up my process considerably. I also appreciate how Zocks references sources for the data in those responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I'm not always 100% happy with the email responses, as I usually have to edit them in some capacity. The initial setup is still ongoing for us and hasn't been stellar, with resources available feeling lacking. The dictations were initially limited to three minutes, although they've now increased it to fifteen minutes. We're really looking forward to being able to amend meeting notes verbally, as our advisers are used to dictation format rather than typing through the AI assistant. This is important for us because there are always things not appropriate to say in front of a client, like next steps or corrections. We also need the feature that allows dropping examples in emails to help create templates, which was taken away but is supposed to come back in the next update. "Rapid Email & Note Management, Dependable AI"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I really like how easy Zocks is to use. The AI works a lot better than a lot of other platforms, so I can trust that it's going to be accurate and reliable. It's been very helpful for sending out emails quickly by allowing me to create templates and just copy and paste them into Outlook. I also find the meeting notes feature very helpful for verifying numbers, and it gets it right 99% of the time. The initial setup of Zocks was very easy for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Sometimes it doesn't pick up the names of people correctly. It might think I'm the client when I'm actually the assistant on the call. But it's not a huge deal since these issues are easily fixed after the call using Zocks' AI assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Note-Taking with Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Zocks?

What I like most about Zocks is that it's easy and easily digestible for the clients. It makes it easy for advisers to connect more with clients during meetings, which is always a plus. Whether in person, on the phone, or via Zoom, it always takes some strain off the adviser's back. I also find it great that we can pull it up on a phone while using an iPad for client reviews; it automatically recognizes the time and integrates with Redtail, and consolidates everything into review notes with action items shortly after meetings. This capability is wonderful as it ensures we don't miss any items and helps with compliance. The initial setup of Zocks was pretty easy, and they provided us with a demo and a free trial that we really enjoyed. It just makes everything a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

When we're searching for client meetings, I have to click the financial professional's name and search for processed and unprocessed, and there's no way to choose a default. I would prefer the financial professional to show up first, but I have to go through those steps every time I look for a meeting. Also, if an adviser forgets to turn the recording on or off, it can all go into one meeting, and there's no way to separate them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptionally Detailed Note-Taking, Boosts Meeting Efficiency"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love the really highly detailed coverage and note taking Zocks provides, along with the follow-up emails it generates. As a new adviser, the scorecard is priceless for me. It helps me gauge where I'm at, what I'm doing well, and what I might be missing. I can learn from each meeting, work on my weaknesses, and celebrate my successes, which gives me a boost of confidence. Having the email ready to go after meetings is great since it helps me manage my tasks efficiently and ensures I stay on top of everything that happened without just relying on my memory. The detailed meeting summaries that Zocks offers are far ahead of what I was using with Zoom AI, as there are fewer mistakes, which makes things so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I wish that it was integrated with our Outlook calendar. I also did have one issue where the Zocks AI assistant didn't make it into the Zoom meeting. Luckily, I had my backup Zoom AI on for notes because I was not actively taking notes. Maybe something a little more clear that the AI is present in my virtual meeting? "Game-Changing Meeting Automation That Saves Hours Every Week"
What do you like best about Zocks?

The meeting prep and post-meeting automation is a game-changer. Before Zocks, I was spending 20–30 minutes after every client meeting updating the CRM, drafting follow-up emails, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Now that happens automatically. I walk out of a meeting and the notes are structured, the action items are captured, and the follow-up email is ready to review. It's given me back hours every week that I now spend actually serving clients and growing my practice. The accuracy is also impressive — it picks up on details I might have glossed over in my own notes, which is a real win from a compliance standpoint too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

The onboarding learning curve is real. There are a lot of features and integrations, so it takes a few weeks to get everything configured the way you want it. I'd love to see a more guided setup experience for new users, especially for smaller practices that don't have a dedicated ops person to manage implementation. That said, once you're up and running, it becomes second nature quickly — and the Zocks team has been responsive whenever I've had questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Client Meetings and Task Management"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love that Zocks automates many tasks for me, capturing information with AI integration, allowing me to ask for specific facts or details from meetings. The summaries are especially helpful for me and my staff. I can ask it to summarize my investment reviews which has been very helpful. I also appreciate that it prepares emails and to-do tasks for my staff, enabling them to review the meeting details thoroughly. This helps my staff understand what we discussed and take appropriate notes in my client's household. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Right now, further integrations with my CRM would be really helpful. And I know some of that is limited due to our broker dealer's approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
