What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks has been a game changer for our office. We use it all the time. The AI notetaking has been great for our clients to have everything outlined from the meeting. It also has increased our follow up. The advisors also notice that it helps them run the meeting more efficiently by being able to listen to the clients more and not have to worry about stop and taking their own notes.

What do you like best about Zocks?

The personal service I received was excellent. After the demo session, I was guided through the setup for the free trial, and during the trial period, virtual meetings were held to address my questions and any issues that came up. They took the time to ensure I fully understood the program and felt comfortable using it. Whenever I encountered a problem, they patiently walked me through the issue, pointed out where I had made mistakes, and helped me resolve them, making sure I learned how to fix things myself rather than just correcting them without explanation. Sydney Harrington was especially friendly, informative, and personable throughout the entire process, which made me feel truly valued. What do you dislike about Zocks?

What do you like best about Zocks?

it captures everything from your meetings. A lot of times I spend so much time writing notes down it can be a hinderance on the meeting. With Zocks I don't have to worry about writing anything down. I can stay attentive to the conversation knowing it will capture everything. The best thing about it is that it captures stuff I won't even remember talking about in a meeting. I love how it gets personal details so you can follow up on those things with the client. What do you dislike about Zocks?

The only downside I can think of is that it doesn't always pick everything up clearly. When you are talking numbers it can make mistakes in amounts. It will also sometimes confuse what I've said and put it down as something the client has said. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zocks?

They are always improving and never happy with their product. They know they are capable of so much more, and they listen to their users, they go back to the drawing board, and you can SEE the changes they are making every day to make this the best platform out there. The sheer amount of features, usability, and options available to you with Zocks is INSANE, but thankfully, they have a fantastic team that is always happy to jump on a Zoom with you and walk you through updates, new features, etc. The experience has been incredible!! There are SO many features that it is overwhelming at times, so I have to remind myself to just reach out to the team and ask for their assistance because it is a LOT to take in (even after using it for about a year). What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks is a game-changer. One of my biggest issues with owning my own firm is how much time I spend on meeting prep, notes, and follow-up. It can get confusing and disorganized very quickly. But Zocks has now made those processes enjoyable! It does most of the work for me so I can focus on serving my clients. Zocks helps me to serve my clients better because it captures all the follow-up tasks that I must complete and places them directly into my CRM. There are many instances where I only mention a follow-up item once in a client meeting. I would have otherwise forgotten about it, but Zocks captures it cleanly and adds it to my list. What do you dislike about Zocks?

I'm unable to import a significant amount of info in order to assist with meeting prep. For example, I have EOY meeting notes with clients and their CPAs from previous years. I tried to copy/paste those agendas and notes in order to give me a similar agenda for this year, but I was limited to the amount of pasting I could do. Hopefully this is something that can be updated. I'm also on the basic Plan, so I'm unsure if that's the reason for the limitation or if it's system-wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks.io has been a game-changer for our financial firm. It helps us easily capture key highlights from client meetings so I can stay fully engaged during discovery visits and annual reviews. "Customizable Prompts Make Zocks a Daily Essential - Hubspot and Google Integrations Need Work"
What do you like best about Zocks?

Zocks takes what could be a clunky process and makes it smooth. The UI is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t bury important features behind endless menus. Setup was surprisingly quick, and the learning curve was minimal — I was able to get value out of it on day one. I also appreciate how responsive the platform feels — it’s fast, stable, and integrates well with other tools....most of the time (more on that later). The customer support has been genuinely helpful (not just scripted replies), which says a lot about the company’s culture. I have especially enjoyed the ability to build my own prompts for meeting data so that I get exactly what I want in my notes out of the meeting transcript. Other competitors that I looked at didn't have this KEY option. I use Zocks Daily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

It’s a great product overall, but not without a few headaches. Reporting and customization could definitely be stronger, and there are still some small UX quirks — like having to click twice for tasks that should only take one step. I’d also love to see deeper integrations and a bit more flexibility for power users. None of these are deal-breakers, but they’re missed opportunities that would take Zocks from “really good” to “outstanding.”

The biggest challenge I’ve had has been with integrations. My firm uses a less common CRM (HubSpot, in the financial space) and a video-conferencing tool that isn’t their main focus — Google Meet. While Zocks advertises integrations for both, they can be unreliable in practice.

On the HubSpot side, pulling data into Zocks from HubSpot and Gmail works fine for meeting prep, forms, and follow-ups — but pushing information back into HubSpot is a mess. It often fails, or worse, behaves unpredictably. I’m confident they’ll eventually iron this out, but because HubSpot isn’t a primary CRM for their user base, it doesn’t seem to be high priority.

Google Meet is a different story — it’s a popular platform, but apparently not among Zocks’ core users. Roughly two out of every ten meetings either fail to launch Zocks properly or disconnect mid-call. To work around that, I wrote a secondary script in Google Calendar that automatically adds Zocks Assistant to every event (yes, even lunch dates with my wife). The good news: it now shows up almost every time. The bad news: it’s literally attached to everything. That fix reduced my failure rate from about 20% to 5%, which is manageable — but still not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zocks?

After using Zocks.io for several months, I can confidently say it’s become one of the most valuable tools in our advisory tech stack. What stands out most is how seamlessly it handles meeting documentation and follow-up. The AI note-taking is incredibly accurate — even without recording the meetings — and it captures context, tone, and next steps better than anything else I’ve tried.

I also love how it automates our workflow before and after meetings. Agendas, summaries, and follow-up emails are ready within minutes. It’s noticeably reduced manual data entry and made our client experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

I’ve also noticed that some of the AI-generated summaries can miss subtle client nuances, so I still like to give everything a quick review before sending. Finally, I’d love to see a bit more customization on the report layouts and client-facing templates. What do you like best about Zocks?

The best thing about Zocks is how much time it saves us. We don’t have to worry about dictations or taking detailed meeting notes anymore since it handles all of that automatically.
