What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks in every meeting, whether in-person or virtually. Zocks is easy to use and quick to implement. I love the AI chat feature that allows me to ask questions about the meeting or previous meetings. Zocks makes it super easy to assign tasks from meetings and send meeting follow-up emails. Zocks also integrates with my planning, reporting, email, and CRM to pull data for meeting prep! What used to take 30-60 minutes now takes me less than 5. What do you dislike about Zocks?

I dislike the fact that there's no dedicated customer support phone number. First line support is all AI or chat. There's no direct way to contact support when you need it. What do you like best about Zocks?

What I like best about Zocks is how well it integrates with the systems I already use every day, including my CRM, Outlook, financial planning software, and Zoom. I also like that I can use it on phone calls for note taking, which makes it useful beyond just scheduled virtual meetings. It saves a significant amount of time on meeting notes and follow-up, and the automatic posting into my CRM helps keep records current without creating more manual work. What do you dislike about Zocks?

What do you like best about Zocks?

We chose Zocks over Jump because Zocks doesn’t record, automates more things (like emails), and is easier to use. It’s also very accurate and provides better, more actionable insights. On top of that, it has stronger integrations with systems and tools (CLIC), and the customer service is better as well—they’re extremely friendly and helpful. What do you like best about Zocks?

I like how Zocks stores a vast amount of information from each meeting, which makes it super easy for me to see what's needed and what we went over. It helps me be the best financial advisor I can be by not missing any details, ensuring I can help clients in the best way possible. I also appreciate that it helps write an email for me to send to the client. I think it's probably the best piece of technology I've seen in many years, and it's easy to set up. What do you dislike about Zocks?

I really want to use it with my Outlook but the plugin won't work. The only thing is the plugin with Outlook because I use Redtail email. I contacted Redtail and they said it won't work with the Outlook because of how Redtail uses IMAP for the server and Zocks uses 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer for Time Management and Note-Taking"
What do you like best about Zocks?

I love using Zocks primarily for note-taking because it has significantly improved my time management, giving me time back in my day. Before Zocks, I always had to take notes in meetings, which was quite burdensome. But since I've started using Zocks about two years ago, I can say that I don't need to bring a pen to meetings anymore, though I still do occasionally. Zocks has added hours back into my day, allowing me to focus on building a client-centric practice and really honing in on what clients are saying and how we can help them, rather than worrying about getting all the notes down. The integration capabilities are also great as it works with our CRM, Wealthbox, and other tools like PreciseFP, making it a seamless addition to our workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, which was a huge plus, as everything except integrating Zoom was pretty seamless. When I first started with Zocks, it was only for note-taking. The integrations and additional features being added have hidden some of the initial issues I would have mentioned needed improvement. Being able to stay more engaged with others on calls rather than writing notes the entire time.

Little to no work upfront makes adaptation easy across the firm.

The platform is evolving quickly, frequently adding high quality features with few bugs or errors.

Lots of customization also means a lot of fine tuning throughout the first few months of implementation.

Since it is designed to be used with advisors and clients, the meeting output occasionally struggles with internal meetings.

What do you like best about Zocks?

I really like Zocks compared to other recording note-takers because of the simplicity, accuracy, and follow-up assistance. It integrates with my CRM and all I have to do is click one button, type in the prospect's name, and shoot it to my CRM. I also find it more accurate than Finmate or other ones I've used. The email follow-up function is great because I rarely have to change a single word from that, and my prospects think we are very thorough. This feature also saves a lot of time. What do you like best about Zocks?

I appreciate how Zocks allows us to be more present in our prospecting meetings by creating detailed notes and meeting summaries. The meeting summary outputs are detailed and accurate, and I like using meeting templates to ensure important points are isolated and summarized. Additionally, Zocks helps us create detailed and personal financial plans in the client's own tone, highlighting what's important to them. The setup process for Zocks seemed to work very well. What do you like best about Zocks?

I use Zocks as a financial advisor to record my meetings with clients, which saves me so much time because I no longer have to hand type notes after each meeting. Our sessions are usually long, almost 2 hours, so it captures details that I might forget. I really love how it keeps track of personal things we discuss, like family members' names, which I can bring up in the next meeting without having to ask again. I also appreciate its ease of use and the way it summarizes everything in a concise thought process, even reorganizing the flow when clients jump around during discussions. What do you like best about Zocks?

I like the efficiency, automation, and easy interface of Zocks. It automates a lot of our processes, which frees up our time by capturing everything we need for meeting notes and client follow-ups without having to manually dictate. On average, we save about eight hours a week thanks to this automation, and the accuracy is pretty great as well. The easy-to-navigate website further simplifies our tasks. What do you dislike about Zocks?

The main thing that could be improved is when we add a prospect to Zocks. We have it integrated with Wealthbox, and so for our existing clients that are already in Wealthbox, we can save them to Wealthbox. That's no issue.
