This is one of the better apps I have downloaded this year. First of all, it's free to download, and a lot of functionality is available without paying even (there are ads). I think the most helpful feature is the fact that I can view, edit, create, share, save, & print Microsoft office documents on the go on my phone. You can even get into details like editing & character formatting like bold, italics, underline, font style, size, color, and highlight. It even allows you to create documents using pre-designed templates. For powerpoint, you can actually edit slideshows on the go. I use PDF's a lot and the ability to annotate and convert a Word doc to PDF on the commuter train saves me time and time is money. Another feature underutilized is the password protection option for important files. I also feel it's important to mention that OneDrive backs up your docs seamlessly. **What do you dislike about SmartOffice?** Sometimes I do have trouble with uploading large documents, but that's not very often. The spreadsheet edits are limited. Not sure if it was the program or my computer, but the glitches seem to be fixed. Pretty much every office file extension it supports. Also it has editing option where in we can edit the file and save if any changes are pertaining. **What do you dislike about SmartOffice?** Not much to be honest. As I have mostly used it to open and edit some of the files. I'm yet to explore much of it. **What problems is SmartOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically I use it to open and edit the office files like excel,word,ppts etc. No need to worry about file extension, it pretty much support all of the available types of files. ### 33. There is so much this program can do that I have not begin to scrap the surface. **What do you dislike about SmartOffice?** There is a learning curve, you need to be somewhat computer savy. **Recommendations to others considering SmartOffice:** There is nothing this system can't do. The reports alone are worth the switch. We can track more inforation on our clients than ever before. We can run list, run mail merges, follow ups, detailed notes, you can make phone calls (if your system allows) from the CRM and it will allow you to take notes and track your time on your call and then add it directly to the client file. If compliance is required in your company, there is not better system than SmartOffice. **What problems is SmartOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system is a one stop shop. We can track our clients, create opportunities, track those opportunities, everything you can think to capture on a client file, this system can do it. ### 35.
