**What do you like best about Zocks?**

It is very helpful for creating task after the meeting with it syncing to Redtail or whatever CRM is used. It has changed how well we can follow up with being able to reference back to the notes and tasks. The AI has been very solid and not had many issues.

Sometimes we have to rename some people and even change the gender.

Follow up tasks for clients. It is incredibly easy to know what has been assigned to someone and to be sure everything is done in a timely manner.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks in every meeting, whether in-person or virtually. Zocks is easy to use and quick to implement. I love the AI chat feature that allows me to ask questions about the meeting or previous meetings. Zocks makes it super easy to assign tasks from meetings and send meeting follow-up emails. Zocks also integrates with my planning, reporting, email, and CRM to pull data for meeting prep! What used to take 30-60 minutes now takes me less than 5. Clients love the meeting recap emails as well.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I dislike the fact that there's no dedicated customer support phone number. First line support is all AI or chat. There's no direct way to contact support when you need it. If you escalate your issue, you will eventually get in front of a great team of customer support people. Until then, it's just you and the chat. :(

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zocks, I either needed an associate in the meeting with me to take notes, or I had to handle everything myself: taking notes, assigning tasks, and drafting follow-up emails. I also had to create my meeting prep from scratch every single time. Now, Zocks recognizes who I’m meeting with and, with a couple of clicks, generates meeting prep and an agenda based on the information it pulls from my CRM, my open and closed tasks, and my email communications.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks primarily for meeting notes, and it is exceptional. It saves me easily half an hour per meeting, and the notes it produces are beyond my capacity to take manually. The pre-meeting preparation is also very, very good, as is the ability to fill out forms. Even though we’re not using Zocks' full capabilities, I think it's an outstanding program, and I have nothing bad to say about it. Plus, the integration with Wealthbox is a total seamless experience. The initial setup was really easy, like plug in, turn it on, and go without difficulty.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

If I was being picky, I think the syncing of tasks or how that works going into my CRM can be a little annoying sometimes. But that's a fairly minor thing. It doesn't really impact things that much.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks for meeting notes, which saves me half an hour per meeting and captures more information than I could manually.

I love how Zocks records and transcribes meeting notes, saving me over two hours of work per week. The follow-up email feature is wonderful, making adjustments that were once tedious now feel easy. I get more done for clients thanks to this. The reminders for tasks and generating emails from meetings are especially valuable. Also, the initial setup with Zocks was super easy and simpler than anything we've done before. Zocks is more accurate than what we used previously, and it handles tedious tasks I disliked, freeing up my time.

Downside has been staying connected to our CRM consistantly.......this seems to be getting better all the time.....hopefully it keeps going in that direction. 
It would also be nice for Zocks to pull more information from our CRM and this also seems to be getting better with time.

Biggest problem solver Zocks has helped with is note taking and saving meetings to our CRM. It was difficult in the past to take notes during meetings and stay focused on client conversations. With Zocks, it transcribes as you go and has meeting summary in minutes after the meeting is finished. Zocks puts things in readable formats for quick review and is customizable for however we chose to have data organized.

Simple, reliable, consistent way to take detailed notes for meetings and recall important aspects of the meeting. Integrations and compliance is taken care of. Imagine the best person is taking notes for you, 100% of the time, and all you have to do is hit one button at the start of the meeting. That's Zocks.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Aside from the fact that it's not free, Zocks has very very few flaws. The only improvement I can imagine is meeting detection and automatic recording. Even a phrase to start the recording would be helpful - similar to "Hey, Siri" or "Alexa". If I could say a key phrase like "Thank you for being here today" or something like that - it would be a helpful feature.

Zocks allows our team to focus on the people, to stay in the moment and not worry about making sure we write down all the details. It helps us do the most important aspect of our job: Help our clients.

I use Zocks for my meetings with clients, and it helps me stay organized. What I like most is that I can stay focused on my client and not have to take notes. I also like its accuracy. It allows me to follow up with clients after reading the notes. The setup was very easy because the representatives helped me do it and walked me through it.

Zocks does an exceptional job of taking notes during client meetings, capturing the relevant information while leaving out the small talk. It then suggests follow-up tasks and drafts a follow-up email. At first, the emails Zocks created weren’t written the way I would write them, but over time it has learned my writing style and the phrases I use, so now it sounds more like me than I do.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

My only issue with Zocks is my own user error: sometimes I simply forget to turn it on.

I’m getting better meeting documentation and, more importantly, clear task lists from those meetings that load into Redtail, our CRM. It’s also helping me be more efficient with meeting follow-up and stay on top of next steps.

We really appreciate how simple Zocks has been to use. The seamless connection from meeting to when we review it, is extremely valuable to us. The consistent upgrades to the system and new features is something we appreciate a lot.

The requirement to have a AI is recording this meeting disclosure can be added wrinkle to using it at times. Also not being able to adjust the scoring criteria on meetings, creates some confusion on why the scores are low or high.

What I like best about Zocks is how well it integrates with the systems I already use every day, including my CRM, Outlook, financial planning software, and Zoom. I also like that I can use it on phone calls for note taking, which makes it useful beyond just scheduled virtual meetings. It saves a significant amount of time on meeting notes and follow-up, and the automatic posting into my CRM helps keep records current without creating more manual work. Another major benefit is that it helps support compliance and Reg BI documentation, which is important in my business.

Like most technology tools, there is some upfront learning involved in figuring out how to best fit it into your existing workflow. But once it is integrated into your process, the time savings and documentation benefits make it worthwhile.

As a paraplanner and associate advisor, the Zocks meeting prep tool, meeting notetaker have been crucial in eliminating these time-consuming tasks from our day-to-day schedule. It has given me time to work more proactively on client outreach and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Some of the default settings have been tedious to set up. For instance, when we have virtual meetings, the notetaker doesn't automatically join the meeting. I have to go in and manually do that. Perhaps we should have done a few more training calls with someone AFTER we signed up and had been using it for a month or so.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary way Zocks is helping us is saving time on tedious tasks like combing through old emails and next steps notes so that we can make sure we are finalizing agendas early for our clients and bringing up topics that matter most to them.

I appreciate the summaries from each call, although sometimes they aren't perfect, they are still beneficial. We can link Zocks directly to our CRM, which allows us to seamlessly share notes, keeping our team informed about client relationships. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

Sometimes the summary from the call isn't as accurate as I'd like it to be, gets who is talking wrong sometimes and that can be confusing. I would love more of a transcript than a summary but our clients like that it isn't recorded.

Helps sum up notes, and pick up aspects from conversations that I couldn't even imagine! I am so impressed with how quickly you receive the email to sum everything up, when it used to take hours. The user experience has been pretty good, and we like how it syncs with Redtail. The onboarding as been good. Sometimes it takes a little while to figure out the answer to a question, but they do make sure it gets done. We do feel like we are getting our moneys worth so far. One thing that I wish - I wish that it was easy to add on calls for my support staff if they run out. We were told we needed to add a new advisor if we wanted more calls for them? That's weird. Not sure if its a Commonwealth thing or a Zocks thing.

Said on last answer - wish adding calls was more flexible for support staff.

I love the chat AI feature in Zocks to quickly search or update information from a meeting.

Sometimes it likes to still make up names on the fly; but if it does that I just use the AI feature to change all the names in the notes.

With being a small team it helps us track every meeting we have in taking extremely detailed notes, along with being able to integrate into our CRM along with our tax planning software.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

What I like best about Zocks is that it allows me to be fully present during client meetings. Instead of stressing about writing everything down or worrying that I might miss important details, I can focus on engaging with clients and maintaining meaningful eye contact throughout the conversation. Knowing that the meeting is being accurately transcribed gives me confidence that the important information specific to our industry is being captured.

I also appreciate how well Zocks captures precise details, such as exact dollar amounts, percentage returns, and other key financial information. It does a great job summarizing longer meetings into organized, categorized sections that are easy to review afterward.

One of my favorite features is the meeting conclusion and follow up tasks section in the summary. It provides clear action items for both me and my team, making post-meeting follow-up much more efficient and organized.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The meeting templates are not very intuitive to update or customize. In many cases, I have to rely on another team at Zocks for assistance to ensure the templates are configured correctly and that the appropriate fields are captured. Even with that support, the customization process has not always worked perfectly.


Additionally, we have experienced situations where we manually started a recording, but due to a software glitch, the meeting summary was never generated or could not be found afterward. While the platform works well most of the time, the few instances where it failed were frustrating because there was no clear explanation as to why the recording did not process correctly. The current workaround is also tedious and impractical for our workflow, especially since the majority of our meetings are conducted in person and require us to manually start recordings most of the time.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks is helping solve several challenges related to efficiency, accuracy, and client engagement. It saves significant time by automatically capturing and organizing meeting notes, reducing the need for manual note taking and post-meeting documentation.

It also improves client relationships because we are able to be more present and engaged during meetings, rather than focusing on writing everything down. This creates more natural and meaningful conversations with clients.

Additionally, Zocks enhances the accuracy and detail of our note keeping. It captures important information that may otherwise be missed or forgotten, providing more comprehensive meeting records than we could typically recall from memory alone.

I really like the quick meeting function in Zocks; it's the best. I appreciate that it can record in-person meetings I'm attending, which is really useful. Another feature I enjoy is how it keeps track of what percentage of time I'm speaking versus the client, helping me see who is doing a better job listening and assisting. It's super helpful that many details are recorded on Zocks that I might not catch or remember, letting me review them later. The integration with my email works well, and compared to Zoom's AI products, I prefer Zocks because it's more secure and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy and effortless, which I appreciated.

I’m still unfamiliar with the various reporting options. But I intend to learn better how to personalize the reporting.

I use Zocks as a notetaker for online or in-person meetings. It allows me to focus on the client in front of me without worrying about capturing all the details, as Zocks does a really good job of that. I like the extra detail I get in a note and the time it saves me when capturing information about a client meeting. The initial setup was very easy, and the team at Zocks took the time to ensure everything was working correctly for me.

The one thing I'd like to see Zocks do is be able to integrate more smoothly with a telephone call instead of having to join Zocks in a conference call arrangement.

I love using Zocks for its incredible note-taking capabilities, allowing me to focus on my clients during meetings without worrying about documentation. The AI tool within Zocks is extremely helpful and intelligent, consistently performing tasks exactly as I want. I also enjoy the custom templates, which become really easy to use once set up. Additionally, I appreciate the employees at Zocks who are always ready to jump in and help when needed. The initial setup of Zocks was very easy, which made it convenient to get started.

The templates are helpful but I needed someone to make them for me. Prompting the system for that specific case is difficult. They are difficult to create, not use. I don't know how to create them.

I really like the way Zocks integrates with my CRM system; it's extraordinarily helpful. It allows me to update tasks and send them out to my team automatically, saving me about ten to fifteen minutes per meeting on follow-up time. Plus, the system pushes tasks and information to our contacts and CRM, so I don't have to manually enter that after the meeting. Lastly, the initial setup process was very easy.

Just the integration with my calendar, I think that might be more of an issue with my broker dealer than with them. But it would be nice if it would be able to kind of see my calendar ahead of time and help me plan for meetings. And then the other thing is that the app doesn't let you connect with your CRM. You can just look at the meeting summaries I have to go on to the browser to actually do the connections to my CRM system.

I appreciate that Zocks does not record our conversation, and it integrates with our CRM and Outlook platform seamlessly. The setup was intuitive, and although we had to customize it to fit our business operations, learning the product was not too difficult.  I am surprised at how accurate it is and am very well pleased with customer support the handful of times I have had to reach out.  This has decreased my time in after-client meeting activities by about 75%.  We have even started using this to take notes during our client appreciation and educational events to send out a blast summary email for those clients that could not attend and this has been well received.

I would like to see an app for a PC/Mac or at least a browser plug in. We have had issues when using Zocks on a web browser as sessions could get interrupted. I feel if we had a dedicated app then we could run it without fear the session would not be transcribed.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks is stunningly accurate, and I’m able to take fewer notes during client meetings than I used to. After each meeting, I capture the Meeting Details and Meeting Summary and save them in each client’s folder and in my CRM, which really supports my note-taking process. I also add the Follow Up tasks to both my task list and my assistants’ task lists, and that’s helping ensure things don’t fall through the cracks.

The Follow Up email that Zocks generates is solid and usually only needs a little finessing before I feel confident sending it to clients after a meeting. Another feature I use often is the “Explain” feature in Meeting Details. I use it after I’ve left a voicemail for a client, and it helps me capture my exact words so I can enter them into my CRM.

So far, I’m thrilled with Zocks—the notes it captures are more eloquent than I am. I also have a hearing problem, and Zocks catches some things clients say that I might not pick up on, which has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It's not perfect, but no AI tool will be perfect.  I have some difficulty figuring out the best meeting type to use, since I want to capture different types of notes if I with a client versus at a conference versus meeting with colleagues.  Zocks sometimes cannot recognize different voices.  Lastly, this is both a positive and a negative - the notes capture pretty much everything that was said, so it's a lot of material to wade through post-meeting.

I find the pre-meeting prep information incredibly helpful as it pulls together meeting notes and email replies from Outlook, providing additional context. Zocks has been incredibly user-friendly, and they've done a great job designing the software to be really usable. I appreciate its forward-thinking nature and the available integrations, which made us choose it over Jump AI during a pilot test. After using it for six months, we're definitely happy with the decision we made.

I would say there is an ability to link or sync your note directly with Redtail. I haven't found that as usable because it doesn't close out the open calendar item I have for that item. So it's a little clunky, but I don't know if there's actually a way to work around that to make it better. But that's a minor issue and an easy workaround. Also, the initial setup of Zocks was a little more difficult. Jump AI was out of the box and a lot easier to use right away. Zocks was more difficult to get integrated with our email and across a couple of different things. It would be nice if it was a little less complicated on the setup.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love how Zocks pulls out specific client details such as names, life events etc., It also does a good job capturing action items as well as the summary and pulling out specific client financial data.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I can't stand the search function in Zocks. When I try to find an old meeting half the time it doesn't come up and I have to just go back to the calendar and look at meetings that happened on that date. It's so frusterating. The contacts don't stick when they are edited and don't always match up. It also fequently shows that someone else was there 1% of the time when there were only 2 people. 

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to create really good summaries for meeting and BEST of all making clients feel heard. Best feedback we have gotten yet. We also LOVE that it connects right into Practifi.

I'm impressed by its ability to distinguish who is speaking and by the clarity with which it captures calls. It's amazing.

I genuinely don't have any complaints at this time.

I no longer have to take notes during meetings with clients. Zocks captures all of the information that is discussed so I can be present with the client on calls. It also is able to draft emails which are a great starting point. It saves me plenty of time.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like the interface of Zocks. It's really easy to use, and the translation is very accurate. It really helps us get the key points from our client meetings in a way that I definitely can't do on my own. Using Zocks allows me to be a lot more present in our meetings, as I don't have to type out every word and potentially miss things. It catches everything I need and puts it in a concise format much quicker than I could manually. It's been a huge help to us. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and I think it was pretty seamless overall.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The only thing that would be cool is we have certain words and phrases that we use that are atypical, and what it'll do is it'll continue to spell them incorrectly. It's really handy that we can use the AI chat or the replace button to change those words throughout the entire section on the notes. It would be really cool if it learned us as a firm and it just changed those completely in all meetings going forward.

I use Zocks to avoid manual note-taking, staying more present in meetings. It captures everything accurately, providing concise action items and marking crucial points, making it much quicker than doing it manually.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love how Zocks does an amazing job summarizing my meetings. It really helps when I have to go back and meet with people six, eight, or even twelve months later because I can read the summaries and it's like we met yesterday. Also, the initial setup of Zocks was insanely easy, especially compared to other AI recorders I've used for other companies, which can be a bit of a pain. Zocks was super fast.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Works great, no real issues.  Really like the product.

I can still take notes, but Zocks picks up everything I missed. It summarizes my meetings amazingly well, making it feel like I just had them, even months later.

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like how detailed the outputs that Zocks provides are. It makes summarizing client situations easy to digest before meetings. The summary notes are very good, so I can just spend a few minutes reading Zocks' output instead of spending a ton of time getting caught up on previous discussions. It's a real time saver for me.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Zocks seems overwhelming at first because it has lots of features, and I still have a lot to learn. It's not immediately intuitive and mostly not as easy to use as the systems we had in place prior, which didn't set us up for immediate success.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks helps me look through previous meeting notes and summarize client situations, making it easy to digest information before meetings. It saves me time by allowing me to quickly catch up on past discussions, thanks to its detailed outputs and good summary notes.
