"Accurate Note-Taking with Seamless Zoom Integration"

What do you like best about Zocks?

I appreciate Zocks' ability to take very detailed and complex notes from my client meetings and conversations. This functionality benefits me by allowing me to be more engaged with my clients during meetings since I know Zocks is capturing all the notes and formatting them into an easy recap of the conversation. It's incredibly helpful, ensuring I don't miss important details. The setup was straightforward, thanks to the team from Zocks who helped integrate the platform with my Zoom conference meetings, making the process very easy. I also value its seamless integration with Zoom, automatically connecting and acting as my AI scribe during calls. I am particularly impressed with how Zocks creates tasks and prepares recap emails based on the detailed notes it takes, which is very thorough. "Decent AI notetaker tool with best available data security and compliance"

What do you like best about Zocks?

I chose Zocks after considering several AI notetakers, although, to be fully transparent, Zocks was the only one I actually tested. What appealed to me most was that Zocks does not record meetings but simply transcribes notes, which I prefer. At the time I purchased my annual subscription, it also offered what seemed to be the best data security and compliance available. The output is customizable, though I have needed some assistance to tailor it exactly to my needs. Getting started was straightforward, and I appreciate that I can use it both during video calls and in person through the phone app. I’m not yet taking full advantage of all its features, as there are additional integrations—such as with my custodian and planning software—that I haven’t set up or used so far. What do you dislike about Zocks?

As with any addition to my tech stack, learning to use new tools requires time and effort. When I first reached out for help setting up my template, I was told I would receive a phone call, but that call never came. I ended up having to contact support again after trying to figure things out on my own. Overall, the support could definitely be improved. With so many competitors emerging—seemingly a new one every week—I hope Zocks continues to innovate, but does so without making the learning curve part of the experience for users like me.
