## Zocks Reviews
 ### 1. High-Quality Output, Easy to Use, and Integrates Seamlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert P. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Quality of output it provides, ease of use, and integration with existing tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

When issues do come up, it can be hard to troubleshoot them on your own, and you’ll often need to involve the support team. Since this is still a newer technology, most advisors don’t yet have deep, hands-on experience working with AI, so it isn’t as intuitive as resolving a problem in more familiar tools like financial planning software. That said, Zock’s support team is well-versed and responds quickly to help.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Capturing deeper and better organized notes from meetings, allowing me to be more present in meetings and also having more robust notes and records in client profiles.
2. Saving time preparing for meetings on the front end, and assigning follow-up activities on the backend. While especially making sure smaller items do not fall through the cracks.
3. Facilitating the flow of information between email, CRM, planning software, and tax planning software.

 ### 2. Effortless Client Meeting Documentation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Owner, Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks to document client meetings, and it integrates with my CRM system for tasking, while also pulling information from other technology providers. Zocks solves the problem of note-taking during meetings by capturing everything that is discussed very accurately. This allows me to focus on client conversations without worrying about missing information, saving me approximately 5 to 6 hours a week. I appreciate that Zocks does an exceptional job of documenting complete information, organizing, and summarizing discussions, and preparing follow-up emails and tasks that can be uploaded into our CRM system. The initial setup was easy, and the support has been great, despite a learning curve to use it most efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I find the process of implementing the push email function could be more seamless. Even though the initial setup was easy and support has been great, there is a learning curve to using it most efficiently.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to document meetings and integrate with my CRM. It frees me from note-taking, catching all discussions accurately, saving 5-6 hours weekly. It organizes and summarizes discussions and prepares CRM-friendly follow-ups. However, the push email function to Outlook could be smoother.

 ### 3. Zocks: Simple, Reliable, and Keeps Everything Organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Landon H. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

What I like best about Zocks is how simple and easy it is to use. It saves me time, keeps everything organized, and makes the whole process feel really straightforward. I also like that it’s reliable and doesn’t feel overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The main thing I dislike about Zocks is that some features can take a little time to get used to. A few things could also be more intuitive, especially when navigating through the platform. Overall, though, it’s a pretty solid tool.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks helps solve the problem of keeping track of important conversations and information without having to rely on taking notes manually. It makes it easier to capture key details, stay organized, and follow up on things that might otherwise get missed. For me, the biggest benefit is saving time and having more confidence that important information from conversations is documented and easy to reference when I need it.

 ### 4. Clean, Non-Intrusive Workflow That Saves Hours on Reports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed A. | Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, Investment Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like Zocks’ clean workflow and the fact that it doesn’t interrupt calls; it’s not intrusive. The way it summarizes pending tasks is excellent because it saves me hours when preparing the report I generate for the directory, which I really appreciate. Also, the initial setup was straightforward, and the video-calling tools integrated and connected to our corporate calendar within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Sometimes, when we’re talking about very specific metrics, I get a little confused by accents or technical terms, and I have to correct a few details in the summary. It’s nothing serious, but it does take me a bit longer.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as my memory in varience review meetings with leaders from different departments and analyze why they deviated from the budget, and Zocks takes care of capturing the entire conversation and solving classic problems like the minutes problem an dloss of context, and now the software processes all of that and gives me the key points without me having to transcribe them manually.

 ### 5. Streamlined Meeting Summaries & Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neel P. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks as my assistant for both virtual and in-person meetings. It's incredibly good at summarizing my conversations, pulling out relevant customer and industry-related information, and creating an action plan from there. It takes my post-meeting planning down to almost nothing and is fantastically easy to integrate next steps with a client or prospect. The Zocks Zoom integration is a great feature, allowing me to have my assistant's help in any meeting without the hassle of inviting them each time. Its integration with my calendar, Zoom, and client relationship management platforms makes it very valuable, working across my systems for increased effectiveness. The initial setup was very well guided, making it easy to get started. Zocks is by far the best financial services related AI that I have seen.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I would like for Zocks to provide the ability to have less redaction for certain types of meetings. If I'm not going to be capturing prohibited information, I want to be able to access it in a conversation not related to something that's not allowed to be captured. The initial setup was very well-guided, but the salespeople were quite pushy. Additionally, it's not subsidized for our organization, so most users choose not to subscribe until they have a fairly large client base that justifies the expense.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks excels at summarizing conversations, extracting customer and industry info, and creating action plans. It slashes post-meeting planning time and integrates next steps easily. The integration with Zoom improves my effectiveness by working seamlessly across systems.

 ### 6. Hours Saved with Accurate Notes, Email Recaps, and Seamless Wealthbox CRM Sync

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damon B. | Financail Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I really like the note taker. It allows me to be fully engaged with my clients instead of trying to take handwritten notes and listen to the clients at the same time. I also love the email recap. I have found that most of the time I don't need to make any changes to the email and if I do need to make any changes it is very quick. Best of all both the meeting notes and follow up email sync to my CRM, Wealthbox. These features have given me back hours per week of time I can dedicate to other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

When I have a meeting with multiple people sometimes Zocks gets the dictation incorrect. It will think one person said something that someone else actually said. I have also had meetings where it thought someone was in the meeting that wasn't. For example a meeting with the husband where we discussed the family situation and therefore used his wife's name and somehow Zocks thought she was a meeting participant.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Broker Dealer is integrating Zocks into the new account opening process. That is a big help because now inforamtion can be automatically taken from the Zocks notes and automatically populated into new account opening paperwork. It isn't 100% of the way there yet but it will only get better and better. This feature saves my admin team a significant amount of time.

 ### 7. Game Changer for Client Meetings & Planning, Boosting Quality of Advice & Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul E. | Co-Founder & Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has improved both our efficiency and the quality of our client meetings. It helps us enter meetings better prepared by bringing together the information we need to provide thoughtful, personalized advice.

Zocks is also extremely valuable after meetings. It helps us capture important details, organize follow-up items, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, it allows our team to spend less time on administrative work and more time focused on financial planning and serving our clients well.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

At this point, there isn't much we dislike about Zocks. Like any platform, there is a learning curve to getting it integrated with your existing systems and customizing it to fit your workflows, but the time invested has been well worth it. Some newer features, such as Client Queries, are still evolving, and we're excited to see continued improvements around search efficiency, filtering, and integrations. One thing we've appreciated is how responsive the Zocks team has been—they actively seek feedback, are quick to answer questions, and continue to roll out meaningful enhancements. We're looking forward to seeing the platform continue to mature as they add more integrations and AI capabilities.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks has solved one of our biggest time consumers - bringing together information from multiple systems into one organized view before a client meeting. For example, during tax planning appointments, we have Zocks integrated with our previous meeting notes, Charles Schwab, Salesforce, and Holistiplan. Instead of spending time jumping between different applications and manually gathering information, Zocks compiles everything into a customized meeting preparation template that presents the information exactly how we want it. This allows us to spend less time preparing and more time focusing on identifying planning opportunities and providing better advice. It has also improved our meeting documentation and follow-up process, helping ensure important details and action items are captured consistently so nothing falls through the cracks.

 ### 8. Zocks Deepens Advisor Notes and Streamlines Follow-Up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen K. | Senior Compliance Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has improved the quality and depth of the notes that our advisors are gathering. The advisors are finding the advance preparation to be helpful, and the follow up to be more streamlined. We are able to better bridge the flow from Outlook to Redtail.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

While Zocks is a leader in the AI workspace, we are not yet able to integrate with our Custodian, although that is expected to go live in the next quarter. Zocks does not pull contact information from Outlook, it will recognize the meetings, but we still have to enter the contact a second time.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks has been a wonderful support for gathering information and better preparing our advisors during onboarding and throughout the client review process. The ROI is strong because of the time saved on both meeting preparation and follow-up, and even more so because of the improved quality and increased quantity of notes being produced.

 ### 9. Saves time and improves the quality of client conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey P. | CEO, Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has saved me a ton of time and completely changed the way my team handles meeting notes. It automatically organizes and posts them into our CRM in a consistent, professional format, which keeps everything clean and easy to reference.

The biggest upside is that I can stay fully engaged in my client meetings — actually listen to their goals and concerns — instead of worrying about taking notes. It’s helped me have more meaningful conversations and deliver a better client experience overall.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I wish Zocks offered a way to create households for clients.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks has helped us standardize our client meeting notes while saving hours of manual work. It ensures every advisor’s notes follow the same professional format in our CRM, which improves consistency and communication across the firm. More importantly, it allows me to stay focused on the client instead of typing throughout the meeting, leading to more engaged conversations and more productive outcomes.

 ### 10. Zocks Makes Note-Taking Effortless, fast and complete

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael F. | Financial Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks performs better than me in that it captures all of the details, not some. My note taking was extremely sub-par prior to Zocks. Now I can just engage in the conversation rather that stop and write something down. It integrates with Wealthbox, so I just click the button and it adds the notes automatically. It is reliable, fast and easy. Othaerwise, I would have to hire someone to take notes like this system, so the ROI needs no examination. The support is great, although I basically never need it. And if there is a mistake, which is rare, you can let the AI tool help fix it in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Only thing on my wish list would be to tap on the app while the meeting was in progress on my phone call, but that's likely a phone issue and not a zocks issue.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am an active listener, and not a multitasker. This allows me to just have a real conversation.

 ### 11. A Great AI Notetaker that does so much more

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin C. | Operations Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like being able to take raw meeting notes, refine them, and focus on the high-level details while still retaining the smaller points that might not make it into the final notes. The UI is simple and easy to use, and the integrations are strong. The AI feels intuitive and saves us a ton of time, and we’re seeing a great ROI from the product. Support and onboarding were seamless, and it was easy to get up and running. It has improved our internal processes significantly. The notes are generated within minutes and ready to send the clients.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Honestly, there’s really nothing we don’t like about it. It’s a great resource and offers a lot of customization. The only minor inconvenience is that, from time to time, the integration links break and we have to reauthenticate.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks is solving the problem of how much time it takes to prepare for a meeting, host it, and then handle the follow-up afterward. It’s giving our advisors more time to focus on business development and what matters most: servicing our clients.

 ### 12. Summaries and Analytics That Highlight What Matters.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase P. | brand and marketing Director and Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love the note summaries and the analytic insights. As a marketing director, they help me quickly understand what’s most concerning and which questions people ask most often. It’s much easier for me to see what people are most worried about and which topics are the most relevant. I also just found out it can do so much more, so I’m excited to explore the other capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

My only downside about Zocks is the lack of integrations, mainly because it’s still so new. I just had a meeting today with Aiden going over when Cambridge whne Cambridge will be integrated I understand that integrations take time to get approved.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zcosk solves the time-consuming parts of writing meeting notes, doing client prep work, and handling client reviews. It saves me time when sending meeting recap reviews, and it helps with so much more. There is also a lot more that zocks can do we have only scratched the surface of it

I also upload the notes quickly into the CRM and data is constantly updated

 ### 13. Top-Notch UI and eMoney Integration with Outstanding AI Meeting Prep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate N. | Laboratory Teaching Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

The most helpful item that we have is the integration with eMoney, being able to not only pull in client info from the platform but able to select which info to submit to the client profile.
In addition, the document analyzer has really helped consolidate the amount of time I've spent on research and relating it to the client. That honestly has been a cherry on top of the AI notetaker experience.
I'm still making my way through customizing some of our templates, meeting categories, and making the platform unique to our firm. The detailed analysis it provides from the meeting has been outstanding for a prep and follow-up perspective. It really catches items that I've missed at times and is often quick to pull together prep when it's needed on the fly while on a client call.
The UI is top notch and easy to navigate as an admin user. It is clear where to go to what you need to get to. Really impressed with the app and using that for direct phone conversations has been a great expereince.
The support and onboarding throughout the process has been highly responsive and covered all of our questions. I can't speak to pricing, but from my vantage point it seems reasonable for the service Zocks has provided so far.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The largest downside is mainly based on how we operate as a firm and how we've setup our meetings. Since we mainly use only our personal rooms for meetings, there are no unique links for each client meeting. Due to that situation, the meeting prep and follow up are essentially siloed out for us. We have to add the clients as participants in meeting prep, and after the meeting, pretty much have to go through the same process. Due to Zocks credit, it does catch some client contacts and adds them automatically, but for the most part we have to do some extra work on the follow up to make sure meetings are tied together.
Sometimes the client prep can take more than the 45 seconds it says on the pop up with generating prep...I'd say maybe up to 2 mins. Not a huge deal as I often have it open in a separate tab and come back to it later.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an advice-only firm, Zocks helps us to dial in to our clients likes/dislikes and provide a more valuable experience. This experience and detailed expertise is essentially why clients would want to work with us.
For meeting prep, it has cut-down the time we spend on prep by half and highlights the client implementation items that may have fallen to the back burner. I know that over time....and especially as we just integrated our email to the platform....it will be able to pull the necessary details to continuously help set our firm apart.

 ### 14. Zocks Saves Time with Meeting Notes and Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John E. | Private Wealth Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

What I like best about Zocks is how much time it saves by automatically capturing meeting notes and generating follow-up tasks and emails. It allows me to stay fully engaged in client conversations instead of focusing on administrative work, making my workflow more efficient, organized, and productive.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

One area that could use some improvement is the document intelligence functionality, as I've found it isn't always as refined as I'd like. Other than that, my experience with Zocks has been very positive, and it has been a valuable tool for improving efficiency and streamlining my workflow.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks is solving the challenge of keeping accurate meeting notes and capturing important discussion points without requiring manual note-taking. It helps me quickly reference topics that were discussed during client meetings, stay organized with follow-up items, and ensure that important details don't get overlooked. This saves time, improves efficiency, and allows me to focus more on the conversation rather than documenting everything myself.

 ### 15. Zocks Boosted My Meeting Prep and AI Notes—More Focus, Less Busywork

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan H. | Financial Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks’ meeting-prep capabilities have noticeably improved my efficiency when I’m getting ready for a meeting. I spend less time on prep work, which frees up time I can put toward other parts of my business.

The AI note-taking feature also helps me stay focused on the conversation instead of trying to capture every detail myself. It’s been especially useful for recording specific moments and timestamps that I might not have thought much about in the moment. As a result, I now have more client-specific information, including details like pets’ names, vacation destinations, and the names of other family members.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Most of the issues I ran into were during the initial integration setup. Once it was integrated, it was still difficult to find the data at first.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zocks, I was spending 2 hours per day on meeting prep, follow up items, and a meeting recap email to my clients. Now Zock is saving me so much time by taking care of those items. I now have more time to hold more meeting and have more client touch points

 ### 16. One-Click Salesforce Export and a Brilliant AI Assistant Save Us Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina d. | Business Operations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

one click data export to Salesforce. Saves a bunch of time not having to copy/paste notes and tasks into salesforce. I also like the Zocks AI assistant for asking questions abt what was discussed during a meeting. That is helpful for our operations team to not have to review all the notes (there are usually alot) to find one thing. I also like that we can create forms to pull in certain inforamtion from meetings, this is helpful for client personal data for filling out applications.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

There is not an integration with calendly which means the advisors have to always copy/paste the link into the live meeting to make sure the assistant joins. I also do not like that we do not get to see upcoming meetings, but that is a MassMutual thing, not zocks.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks is saving the advisors at least 15-30 mins on each client recap and about 5-10 mins for the operations team on each client for notes and tasks. On a regular day, it saves about 4 hours of work among all advisors and operations.

 ### 17. Extremely Accurate Meeting Summaries with Strong Integrations and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip D. | Director of Integrations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

the Meeting summary is extremely accurate and reliable and I don't have to spend a lot of time editing and making corrections. The integrations cover most of the relevant technologies within my tech stack. Our implementation team has been great to work with and has been very supportive and a great partner to us.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

some of the enterprise level features could be enhanced. For example, the methodology for sharing meeting types and templates is quite clunky and time consuming and not super intuitive. I would love the ability to share meeting types and templates directly with different teams (sub-accounts).

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's getting our advisors out of the note taking business and deeper into the relationship business. It's saving them time so that they can meet with more people and impact more lives.

 ### 18. Easiest software rollout we've had—outstanding support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikko J. | Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

The platform itself is fantastic, but what truly sets Zocks apart is the support team and the effortless onboarding experience. Rolling out new software across a firm can often be a headache, but Zocks made bringing our users onboard super easy. Whenever we have questions or need guidance, their support team is quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. Any minor feature requests or tweaks we’ve asked about are either already on their roadmap or handled quickly by their team.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks saves our firm countless hours on meeting prep, note-taking, and follow-up tasks. Because user adoption was so smooth, our entire team was able to start getting value from it right away without a steep learning curve.

 ### 19. Streamlined Onboarding with Document Intelligence

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karan P. | Project Engineer, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I really like Zocks for its document intelligence feature, which has changed our onboarding process significantly. It extracts relevant account details automatically, saving more than ten hours weekly for our team, which used to be spent transcribing numbers. I also appreciate how it provides full coverage for phone meetings, including group calls, since many clients still prefer phone calls over video. The note quality stays consistent regardless of the meeting length, which was not the case with the tools we used previously.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I find the 'next best action' feature inside the company promising but still feels early-stage in practice. The suggestions for a client's book of business are sometimes generic enough that an experienced adviser would have caught the opportunity without the prompt. For a compliance-focused platform built on privacy-first design, I would like to see more precisely targeted insights rather than a high volume of surface-level ones.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to automate client intake forms, draft follow-up emails, and extract document intelligence. It saves us hours by automating paperwork and data transcription, improving onboarding efficiency. Document intelligence captures client details, reducing manual processes and saving over ten hours weekly.

 ### 20. Streamlines CRM Updates and Note-Taking Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talha A. | Project Coordinator 1, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I appreciate how Zocks automates post-meeting tasks, which means I don't have to manually manage follow-up emails to clients. It streamlines the process of capturing meeting notes, preparing for client calls, and keeping CRM records updated automatically without having to record client conversations. The speaker accuracy feature is convincing to me as it accurately assigns notes to the right contact. Everything just needs my approval, and I only have to lightly check in the content before sending it to the customer. Onboarding was more hands-on than expected, in a good way, providing full access to their platform with help from the Zocks team to ensure you get the most out of the experience, especially with CRM mapping.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I find the pricing scales per user get expensive fast for a growing practice, starting at $80 per user per month for basic meeting prep and note-taking, with the professional tier at $130 per user per month.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to automate meeting notes and CRM updates, freeing up time from post-meeting admin tasks for more prospecting. It helps keep the focus on clients instead of documentation.

 ### 21. Game Changer for Streamlined Client Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate A. | Financial Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

This has helped streamline my pre- and post-meeting activities so much that nothing falls through the cracks. It’s also helped me provide a consistent, great experience for my clients. The price is very reasonable considering how much time is saved over the course of the year. The support team is also very helpful in helping me customize my experience so things continue to run more efficiently. I'd say before, after a meeting I typically would spend 1-1.5 hours on the various activities/notes/emails. I now can get it done in less than 15 minutes. With 6-10 meetings a week, that adds up!

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I’d like a slightly easier way to insert prompts in the templates. I usually have to ask the support team for help to get them set up the way I want, because my prompts tend to be a bit more intricate than the ones I use in other mainstream AI programs.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent notes, follow up emails, and activities. After the Meeting Assistant has joined more than one meeting with a particular client, all of that information is easy to find and accessible right there when I need it. I also like being able to see data across multiple platforms at once, which makes prepping for a meeting simpler than ever.

 ### 22. Effortless Meeting Summaries, Needs Better Integration

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like that with Zocks, I can summarize all client meetings or important follow-up calls efficiently, which is great as I spend a significant part of my day on coordination calls. It runs in the background and captures all the context without me having to take notes. I no longer have to organize notes, draft documents, or send emails because Zocks' AI creates the executive summaries, agreements, and assigned tasks almost instantly after the call ends. I appreciate the naturalness of the summaries; they don't sound robotic, and the structure is very clear, always getting straight to the point. The technical jargon handling is excellent and quite good, especially compared to other tools that invent strange words when speaking quickly. The initial setup was quite quick, easy, and painless.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The direct connection feels somewhat rigid with custom fields. It would be better if there was a more open, factory-installed automation system. I think it still needs improvements, especially in the manual export of information, as the direct connection is very rigid.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to summarize meetings and calls, reducing my need for note-taking. It instantly handles documents and emails, freeing up my time by automating summaries and tasks.

 ### 23. Zocks Fits Well Into My Workflow for Meeting Documentation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shikha S. | Legal Document Review Specialist, Legal Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

By far the part of the application I use the most is the transcription feature I have been using it for months now and I rarely feel the need to keep separate meeting notes, because I know I can search conversations later Also love the meeting timeline where you can jump directly to the part you need instead of scrolling through everything I have found keyword search useful when I am reviewing past project discussions before starting the next review cycle. overall it has fit nicely in the way I already work

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I have not had to contact support much which is a good thing but when I did the response was not always as detailed as I would like the team were professional but I had to follow up a little more at times to fully get my head around the solution. Not a big deal as the questions do get answered eventually but a bit more detail on the initial answers would be nice.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Another challenge was that information was spread across different locations which made it hard to check the latest decisions without looking at several sources. The application brought those discussions together in a way that gave everyone better visibility into ongoing work and AI helps to sort the information into something much easier to go through and the interface keeps everything at your fingertips without feeling cluttered. We are getting more conversations and the integrations available reduce some of the manual back and forth between systems. The performance has been consistent starting from a business perspective and it also reduced duplicate effort making the investment easier to justify over time.

 ### 24. Zocks Saves Time with Easy CRM Integration and Detailed Meeting Notes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikayla B. | Inusurance & Senior Benefit Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has helped me save a lot of time on my post-meeting notes and meeting prep, and it’s been easy to use while integrating smoothly with my CRM. It also does a great job of picking up even the small details that get mentioned, which helps me strengthen my client relationships.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It isn’t the easiest to use for phone appointments. It takes a few steps to set up before the call, and that isn’t very convenient.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zocks, I had to spend hours each day on meeting notes. When meetings were scheduled back-to-back and I was forced to write my notes hours after the fact, details would sometimes get missed. With Zocks, the important information is captured, so things don’t slip through the cracks. It does a great job capturing accurate details, and it’s been reliable for me. This has allowed me to spend more time in appointments with clients and less time doing back office tasks, ultimately allowing me to be more productive and spend more time on the tasks that bring in money.

 ### 25. Streamlined Onboarding with Efficient Planning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan S. | IT Advisor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I really like how Zocks pulls financial details into organized fields rather than leaving them as a wall of text. This seriously compresses the timeline because I'm not stuck redoing discovery work by transcribing my notes into the planning tool afterward. The integration with our planning software is seamless, and data flows straight in, so building the first draft plan is fast and not just a data entry exercise. Zocks' performance holds up well, especially on days with several back-to-back discovery meetings. Everything is ready before I sit down, and the UI is clean enough that I can review what it captured in just a few minutes, rather than reading everything line by line. Setup was fast; connecting my planning tools took very little effort, and I was getting usable findings in my first few discovery meetings. Support is excellent, clearly understanding how advisers run onboarding and offering useful suggestions about structuring the capture. Overall, getting to a real plan faster has meant clients commit sooner, which matters more than the hours we've saved.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I don't like that the AI captures what a client says but doesn't have any sense of what they leave out. In discovery meetings, gaps can be just as important as the answers, so knowing what I still need to ask is entirely on me. It also doesn't flag inconsistencies, like when a stated income doesn't match the assets described, which would be useful at this stage. Pricing is a real commitment for a medium-sized software firm, even though a short onboarding cycle has shown the ROI to be reasonably clear for me.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to speed up client onboarding, creating plans after just two meetings instead of four. It captures financial details into organized fields, integrating directly with planning tools, saving me time on data entry. Revisiting transcripts helps me capture missing client information.

 ### 26. Structured Summaries Boost Adviser Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine E. | Consult Coordinator, Broadcast Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like that Zocks gives me visibility into what our advisers are actually doing in client meetings. The structured meeting summaries are particularly helpful, allowing me to identify issues like undocumented client relationships. The integration with our CRM is also valuable, enabling me to pull records and understand whose client relationships are well-documented. The performance has been solid when pulling historical data, which is important for my analysis. The initial setup only took two weeks, and the support helped me configure access to view necessary information while respecting adviser privacy. Zocks forced us to confront real risks we had been avoiding for years, which is significant for us.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I find that while the system captures what happens during meetings, it doesn't capture the depth of the relationships or trust, which means I still need to have real conversations with advisors to fully understand those aspects. Additionally, the user interface makes it challenging to compare documentation patterns effectively.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks gives me visibility into adviser activities in client meetings, helping prevent client loss by documenting relationships. The structured meeting summaries and CRM integration reveal relationship context, highlighting dependency on senior advisers' informal notes.

 ### 27. Streamlined CRM Integration, Effortless Note Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mekhfi R. | Administrative Assistant, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like that Zocks captures our client meetings and keeps records consistent across every adviser in the firm. I enjoy that any adviser can pick up a client file and know their situation, making coverage and transitions generally workable. I appreciate the intuitive UI, which allows team members with mixed technical comfort to start using it without real training. The layout is clear, making it easy to scan quickly. I find the integration with our existing CRM incredibly helpful because everything lands in the system we already use, so we don’t have to check another place. The calendar connection is great, as advisers don’t have to remember to switch it on. I like that its performance holds up even on busy days when several advisers are wrapping up meetings simultaneously. Nothing queues up or lags, and it captures details that advisers might skip in their own notes.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I feel like Zocks could improve by providing a proper client overview that pulls the whole relationship history together, as right now, it only allows you to read meetings one at a time. Additionally, the argument for the ROI rests on continuity and reduced rates rather than a clean serving fee figure, which took work to make. I would also like more improvements with the AI to be able to make a good judgment.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to capture client meetings, ensuring consistent records across advisers. It automates handling notes, CRM updates, and follow-ups, making client file access easy for any adviser, improving coverage and transitions.

 ### 28. Major Time Saver: Great AI Meeting Notes and Template-Based Summaries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Being able to utilize Zocks during an advisor meeting is a major time saver. As an assistant, we rely on prompt meeting notes for our action items. The AI assistant does a great job capturing notes and creating summaries using our templates. The hardest part to get set up was just building and tweaking our meeting summary templates to our preferences.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Our office has 2 advisors and them having separate calendar integrations from Redtail is a major hassle. It would be great if Zocks would recognize that both advisors are in the same appointments to cut down on duplicate 'upcoming appointments'.
We also really need MoneyGuide Pro to be integrated with Zocks. MGP is integral to our meetings and meeting prep, so having that integration would be a huge perk.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saved between the advisor finishing the meeting and getting the meeting notes sent out to the team for any action items. When the office gets busy with appointments, team members used to have to wait a couple of days to get the notes from the advisors. Now, notes are sent out within an hour or so. It helps the whole office run smoother and more efficiently.

 ### 29. Streamlined Post-Meeting Follow-Ups with Helpful Integrations and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hays L. | Senior Lead Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

It has made my post-meeting follow up process more efficient and reduces the risk of me missing key to-do's from the meeting. I find the Email Follow-Up summary to be particularly useful. Integrations with many of our technology platforms (Redtail, Orion, Outlook) create a pretty complete experience. Last, our Zocks rep Andrew has been very helpful in training us and answering questions/troubleshooting any issues.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I don't see a downside with Zocks. However, there is a learning curve. It has led us to change our post-meeting deliverables process for clients, but this has been a positive.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Advisors can stay engaged in client conversations and trust that Zocks is capturing the details of the conversation. It has also made post-meeting follow up and advice delivery more efficient.

 ### 30. Streamlines Meetings and Documentation Efforts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jody S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks as my invisible assistant in every video call and important meeting. I connect it to record and transcribe conversations, which automates the post-meeting administrative work that could be costly if done incorrectly. The AI understands discussions around discount rates, variance analysis, or capital structures, which is something I love. The interface is good, I don't get lost in complicated menus, and it provides me with structured notes exactly as we need them.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I would love it to have even deeper and more direct native integrations with certain highly specialized CRM and control programs that we use in this market niche. I say this so that I don't have to manually export or copy data sometimes. Enterprise AI tools require very tedious technical setups.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to record and transcribe video calls and automate post-meeting work, preventing costly errors from forgotten agreements or incorrect data. It provides structured notes and supports understanding finance-specific discussions.

 ### 31. Streamlined Meetings, Needs Note Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niyonshuti Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like how Zocks automates everything for me, allowing me to just review and adjust, which is excellent. The integration is excellent, automatically updating fields, tasks, and notes. I also find taking notes without recording audio very convenient because transcribing live without saving the recording gives me peace of mind and makes everything run smoothly. Additionally, having all customer data connected across emails, CRM, and planning gives me a complete overview, improving everything, especially email response times, which are super fast.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I don't like that it lacks customization options in the notes because I use different note styles depending on the client. I would like to be able to further modify the templates and structures. In particular, I don't like the style of the notes, especially for planning, cash reversals, and onboarding new employees.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks automates tasks, connects customer data from various sources for a full overview, and speeds up response times. I can record meetings in real-time, and it updates the CRM, suggesting follow-up emails. The integration runs smoothly, updating fields, tasks, and notes.

 ### 32. Effortless Meeting Organization and Impressive Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mia S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like that Zocks is pretty easy to use and that it offers a PDF format, which I find helpful for writing comprehensive financial plans. The fact that it connects to Zoom is also something I appreciate. I find the ability to identify who's speaking in the meetings and the financial summary feature quite impressive.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Sometimes it doesn't pick up my calendar the way that I would like it to, and I wish that the naming of the files was easily picked up when it was untitled. Like, when I just go to record, I wish it could just pick up a title from what I was recording and create the title from that rather than just not have a title name.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to keep everything organized for compliance. It summarizes meetings for me, makes writing financial plans easier, and categorizes notes in-depth. It helps me remember what was said in meetings, facilitating comprehensive financial plans.

 ### 33. Streamlined Admin Tasks, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariajose M. | Project Finance / Financial Analyst, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I find Zocks to be a very useful tool for automating time-consuming administrative tasks, allowing me to take notes, manage admission forms, and process documents. I no longer have to deal with repetitive tasks, which frees up time for financial analysis and offering better services. I really like its ability to integrate several functions into a single platform, especially the way it schedules reminders automatically and follows the workflow. The report generation feature is another favorite of mine because I can have analyses ready in minutes, something that used to take days. Overall, Zocks has been invaluable in making me more efficient, which is exactly what we were aiming for.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I think the user interface could be improved a bit, particularly because the interface becomes slow on rare occasions. Improving file compatibility would also be great, but I don't have specifics on file types. They should optimize it a bit to make the interface more flexible.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to automate time-consuming tasks, freeing me to focus on financial analysis. It eliminates repetitive tasks, enhances efficiency, integrates several functions seamlessly, and generates reports quickly, which used to take days.

 ### 34. Effortless Meeting Note Management with Time-Saving AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin C. | Financial Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like that Zocks takes notes for me during client meetings, so I don't have to take notes myself anymore or hire someone to do it. The ability to search through the notes easily using the AI tool is pretty helpful. It saves me time because I can look through the notes easily or copy and paste them into another document if needed. The setup was pretty easy, and the representatives have been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It's not an issue with Zocks as much. It's more what MassMutual allows Zocks to do and to interface with other tools. We can't live link Zocks to eMoney. And, you know, just some other issues like that. But I wouldn't say it's a Zocks issue. I think it's more of a MassMutual issue.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks takes notes automatically, so I no longer need to take notes myself or hire someone else to do it. The AI tool lets me easily search and copy notes, saving me time.

 ### 35. Incredible note taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

The detail in which it captures notes is impeccable. It tracks every little detail so I dont need to worry about writing notes, it captures more than I ever could with pen and paper. It's organization is top notch. It connects with e money, salesforce, and soon chat gpt.

My performance as an advisor drastically increased because I never forget where I'm at with a client and all the things we have worked on throughout our relationship.

the cost is not cheap, but it's worth it 100% and I wouldnt go back.

Anytime i need assistance, the chat function is quick, and I can schedule a calendly meeting generally the same week.

The AI chat function works well, it can find me small details. It is also great with meeting prep because it brings in all our past meetings and notes to keep me updated.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Some of the integrations disconnect randomly, but it's easy to fix. Some of the integration rollouts with my BD are slow, but it's not necessarily them.

I'd like it to be a bit smarter with picking up the type of meeting I'm holding, but it's not terrible.

I'd also like to be able to edit past meetings even after the transcript is deleted (even just the participants). This is a big frustration, but shouldnt be an issue going forward.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate notes.

 ### 36. Zocks - A Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks is a game changer. It's an excellent note taking application. It works very well with summarizing key points during phone calls and meetings. It's like a safety net for meetings.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I wish the AI was smart enough to remember frequently used names. For example - one summary will have my named spelled correctly, while another has it misspelled. Another issue I had is when a call drops; I'll have to call back in, however, if I have Zocks in the call with me, it will still create a summary. Would be nice if it recognizes hang ups/disconnects and didn't add them automatically.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The summarizing of the calls/meetings is wonderful. As an assistant, I take a lot notes. This app alone saves me so much time. Since I started using it, my productivity has noticeably increased. Also, the app integrates easily into Outlook for calendar events, making it a seamless addition to my daily workflow. Highly recommend.

 ### 37. Streamlined Client Management and Optimized Workload

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caroline H. | Education Administrator, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I lean on Zocks for organizing client work by pulling financial details and personal circumstances into a structured format, which makes managing action items from meetings more efficient. It really splits the workload between me and my assistant nicely. What I like most is how it frees up my assistant from typing meeting notes and data entry. Now, those tasks happen automatically, allowing her to focus on more meaningful work, such as calling clients and checking paperwork, without needing more hours. I really appreciate that nothing gets permanently recorded, which aligns with my preference for privacy. Also, the support team is reliable and understands how small advisory practices work, which helped streamline the setup process that only took half a day. It even allowed my assistant to pick up the system faster than I did. Overall, Zocks has delivered on saving time and enabling us to focus on work that's worth doing.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

My assistant can see what came out of a meeting, but she cannot easily see what needs doing across all my clients, so we still keep a shared list by hand for that. I also cannot tell her which follow-up is urgent and which can wait, so she has to ask me, which slightly defeats the purpose. It also gets a detail wrong now and then, which is fine when I catch it, but she doesn't always know enough to spot the wrong figures. So, I still need to read things before they go out.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks organizes client details and meeting notes, freeing my assistant from tedious data entry. It allows her to focus on meaningful work like client calls and paperwork, without increasing hours. Zocks automates task drafts, streamlining our workflow and ensuring data privacy by not storing conversations on servers.

 ### 38. Effortless Budget Tracking with Automation Power

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh K. | Account Manager, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I use Zocks to keep track of our project budgets, client invoices, and operating expenses, and it's perfect for someone like me who works constantly with multiple clients. I like being able to see my monthly cash flow in two seconds and quickly identify which projects are profitable and which are eroding my margins, which really benefits me. Another advantage is the automation of expenses, so I no longer have to manually assign each transaction. Plus, everything was set up perfectly, and even though I thought it would be complicated, I was completely wrong.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

Sometimes I need specific expense reductions for my clients and the system is somewhat rigid, I would like improvements to be made in that area, that's all.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to track project budgets, client invoices, and expenses easily. It provides real-time insights on who owes money, justifies margins, and automates expense management, eliminating manual efforts. Zocks allows quick cash flow assessment and helps identify profitable projects, improving efficiency.

 ### 39. Simplified, straight-forward notetaking with minor flaws

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

As a notetaker it is fantastic. It has a very easy to view user interface, integrates well with zoom / teams, never has performance issues and seems like the time you save greatly offsets the cost. Support is always reaching out and the AI synthesizes information quite well.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

My biggest issue is that it occasionally overtly simplifies things or has some rigid limitations. Not being able to pre-fill names into the system for others that might be in the meeting, very difficult to have 2 zock's user's joining the same meeting, just some small usability issues that are sometimes frustrating and require yourself to find workarounds for.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually taking, updating and sending out meeting notes to the team is incredibly time consuming. Zocks reduces this time by well over 90%. No longer have to take a note during meetings and the synthesizing does a good enough job condensing and summarizing information.

 ### 40. Major Time Savings for Meetings, Notes, and CRM Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erynn L. | Manager of Client Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

The time savings have been significant. Zocks has dramatically reduced the time we spend on meeting preparation, note-taking, follow-up tasks, CRM updates, and documenting client conversations. Our advisors can stay focused on clients during meetings instead of trying to capture every detail in notes, and our client service team benefits from clearer, more accurate documentation and more streamlined workflows afterward.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

None so far, but I’m looking forward to seeing more integrations and tools added.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Zocks for its intuitive interface, seamless integrations with our existing technology, AI-powered meeting notes, and its ability to help us build more efficient workflows without adding complexity for our team. Specifically with meeting preparation and agenda items to ensure nothing is missed between meetings.

 ### 41. Great Support, But Takes Time to Adjust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gulam I. | Financial Advisor, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

What I like most now is that the follow-up drafts give me a starting point, which is helpful since I'm still developing my client voice. Having something to react to is much better than staring at a blank email. The search output has taught me what a complete client record should look like, making me better at knowing what to ask in the room. It fits into the CRM we already use, so there was nothing new to learn there, and it is quick, which helps me stay efficient even if I'm sometimes slower than my senior colleagues. The setup was easy and required no technical skill or API code. The support was patient with us, even when we asked basic questions.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I nearly gave up on Zocks within a month due to the adjustment period. It doesn't inform me about what I miss in meetings, only what I covered, so when I forget to ask something important, there's no feedback mechanism for it, which is something new advisers need. The pricing is difficult for me to justify personally at my current stage, though I'm fortunate that my firm covers it. Occasionally, it gets details wrong, and that's riskier for me as someone who might not spot the error immediately compared to an experienced adviser.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks helped me transition from manual note-taking, which improved meetings and shortened my evenings. I like that it gives a starting point for follow-ups, integrates with our CRM, and is quick, enhancing how I handle client interactions.

 ### 42. Streamlined Client Meetings and Automated Admin Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sevgi A. | Process Automation Engineer, Industrial Automation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has transformed how I handle first meetings with prospects by turning initial conversations into something more concrete, which helps prospects sign faster because they can see what working with me actually looks like. It automatically analyzes key points from conversations, saving me from manual analysis and note-taking, as everything is managed automatically. I appreciate how it extracts financial details from discovery conversations into organized fields instead of plain text, making plan reading a quick process. It integrates with tools I already use, so I don't need to retype figures from transcripts into a planning system. The interface is simple, allowing me to review outputs in minutes rather than learning a whole new way of working. Zocks keeps up even on busy prospecting days with several first meetings. Setting it up was painless, requiring no technical support; the setup wizard made it easy, with integration completed almost immediately. Overall, it's effective in managing administrative tasks, freeing me from handling document processing and intake forms manually.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It captures what a prospect says but not whether they are serious, so qualifying is still up to my judgment, and I'd love some help there. The cost is significant, and I justified it based on closing speed rather than safety, which took a bit of tracking before I could prove it. Also, it occasionally misleads with figures, which is troublesome because a wrong number in a proposal looks bad, so I have to check carefully.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to streamline client meetings, reducing the number of meetings needed to secure a deal. It automatically processes and organizes financial data from conversations, saving me time on manual entry and note-taking. Zocks helps with document management and intake forms, reducing administrative tasks.

 ### 43. Seamless Client Transition with Zocks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nourul S. | Security Auditor , Security and Investigations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I really value the client history feature built up in our CRM with Zocks, which gives me the background I need before every first meeting. The structured summaries are consistent, allowing me to read a client file in just ten minutes without piecing together shorthand notes. I appreciate that everything is organized within the system, so I don't have to sift through a departed colleague's personal files. The screens are simple enough that I navigated without any training, even during periods when I was handling five or six transition meetings a day without any lag or pile-up. The automation tools are invaluable, especially for automatically drafting and reviewing emails on client-requested investment topics. I also love how Zocks automatically analyzes conversations and inputs details into the CRM, saving me from the heavy lifting of judging every meeting or discussion detail. The initial learning took about a week, but the support team was very helpful and provided free training.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It gives me the facts but not the field. Like, how a client prefers to be spoken to, or what they are particularly talkative about still comes from conversations with my retired partner. I would love it if Zocks could pick up more of this 'texture,' but it doesn't. Also, the cost of using Zocks seemed awkward because I had just taken on a lot of transition expenses, and I needed to justify the spending. Additionally, I found some details recorded incorrectly, which was uncomfortable when I was relying on them with people I didn't know yet.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to manage transitioning clients by accessing organized records and summaries. It saves me time by highlighting key points from past conversations, automates note-taking and CRM entry, and drafts follow-up emails, making client interactions smoother and more informed.

 ### 44. Enhances Client Relationships, Streamlines Admin Tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hashim K. | HR Assistant 2, Consumer Goods, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love how Zocks captures personal details as carefully as financial ones, allowing those meaningful insights to come back to me when needed. It's great that it fits into the system I'm already working in, so nothing feels bolted on. I appreciate that it doesn't record the meeting, which feels right because I never wanted conversations to feel strange. What really won me over is how it softens the manual task of jotting down everything clients say, letting me listen carefully to them, making them feel heard and understood. The automating administrative tools, like handling meeting tools and client emails, are a huge help because everything is automatically managed by Zocks. I just approve the task, check details, and it sends the follow-up email to the client. This means I don't have to manually read through entire previous conversations. Instead, I can focus on what really impacts my clients, with Zocks highlighting the important things. The setup was easy with voice mode, and my calendar and system linked up fast without any technical wrestling, which was a pleasant surprise. It clears away the busy work that was crowding out the human side of my work.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

To be fair about the Zocks, it doesn't always understand which detail actually matters emotionally versus which are just noise. Sometimes it flags something trivial and misses something I would have found meaningful. The judgment is still on me, and the cost is real. For a while, I wasn't sure the personal touch benefit justified it since it's hard to quantify a client's feelings. It occasionally gets facts wrong, so I always need to check the information and facts before relying on anything.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to reduce my admin workload, archive both clients' personal and financial details, and focus on personal interactions.

 ### 45. Rekindled My Passion for Work with Efficient Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reyzal I. | Account Manager, Security and Investigations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Zocks has given me the ability to enjoy the part of my job I love most, which is sitting with clients and helping them. It's taken over the burdensome administrative tasks, like recording updates and follow-up emails, so I no longer feel overwhelmed by catch-up work in the evenings. I appreciate that Zocks works without requiring me to become a technology expert. Setting it up was easier than expected, with someone helping me hook it up to my calendar and ERP system seamlessly. I value that it quietly works in the background and integrates with the systems I already use, sparing me from learning new platforms. Importantly, Zocks doesn't record meetings, which is crucial because my clients would be uncomfortable with that. Overall, I'm pretty happy with its performance, automation, and the time it saves me.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It's not cheap, and at this point in my career, I did question whether it was worth investing in something new rather than just riding out my remaining years. Though it's a need, it also gets a little wrong now and then. After ten years, I usually catch it, but a new adviser might not, so careful reading is a must. I would gently say it is built for people comfortable with technology, so it took me a little longer than most to trust it.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks takes care of write-ups, record updates, and follow-up emails, making my evenings less about catching up. It allows me to focus on what I love—sitting with people and helping them—while its automation saves me hours.

 ### 46. Enhances Efficiency with Machine Learning, Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shakaib N. | Embedded Systems Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

Since I started using Zocks, it has changed the way I approach certain processes as it greatly improves efficiency and accuracy by allowing me to integrate automated solutions that respond to customer queries. It addresses the heavy workload of customer service teams by providing quick and accurate answers to customer inquiries, offering instant information on financial products, account statements, and basic advice. I especially appreciate its ability to adapt over time, as it uses machine learning technologies that allow it to improve, which ultimately optimizes the customer experience. I appreciate the guided process the software offers to help new users set up their environment, and it was easy thanks to their technical support.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

I'd like to see more customization options because that could help provide a more satisfactory service. That's all.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zocks to improve efficiency and accuracy in customer service by automating responses to inquiries. It provides instant information on financial products and utilizes machine learning to optimize customer experience.

 ### 47. Streamlined Operations, Enhanced Consistency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baharom I. | Operation Coordinator, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like that everything arrives in the same format no matter which adviser it comes from, so I'm not decoding each person's habits and shorthand anymore. It flows straight into the system I work in, meaning I start with the information already in front of me instead of having to retype it from an email. It captures the meeting without recording, which makes it more likely for the advisers to adopt, and that's important because a tool that's only for advisers never really helped me.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

When two advisers describe the same shared client, the output doesn't always line up neatly, and I'm the one who has to reconcile them, which can be quite confusing. I also wish I had more control over the format from my side, since the way it organizes things with the advisers is better than how it fits with the downstream work I do. And every so often, details come through wrong, so I still double-check everything important before it goes into the plan or the system.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks solves the problem of incomplete and rushed information from advisers, allowing me to receive complete and organized information from the start. This lets me build plans without guessing at gaps and significantly reduces the 'forgot to tell you' moments.

 ### 48. Transformed Meetings With Non-Intrusive Note-Taking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azizah H. | Medical Record Clerk, Medical Devices, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I love how Zocks frees me up to be present in meetings, which has really improved the human aspect of my job. It captures all the details I would have missed while trying to write, making the records more complete than my own notes ever were. Plus, it doesn't require putting a device on the table or recording the meeting, keeping things informal. Setting it up was quick, linking with my calendar and CRM effortlessly without needing technical help. The support is fantastic, as the agent actually understands my line of work. The real gift is getting my attention back during client meetings, making them feel warmer and more like real conversations. I find it incredibly easy to use with just my tab or laptop, without needing special devices like a voice recorder.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

My biggest issue is that it can struggle when a meeting runs long and covers a lot of ground. During those marathon sessions, the summary sometimes flattens things out, and I lose the sense of which points actually mattered most. I then end up going back through to reprioritize myself. I'd also like more say in how the app is organized because right now, it just does things in its own way, and that doesn't always match how I think about a client. On the busiest days, when I have back-to-back meetings, I sometimes wait a little longer than I expected for everything to be ready. It's not a deal breaker, but it's noticeable when I'm trying to prep for the next person quickly.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks lets me focus on clients by capturing everything during meetings, making conversations warmer and more genuine. It frees me from note-taking, ensuring I hear concerns before they're voiced. Records are more complete without needing a device, making things less formal.

 ### 49. Enhances Team Consistency, But Setup Takes Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parid I. | Account Success Manager, Food Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I value the consistency that Zocks brings across the whole team. Everyone's meetings produce the same clean, organized output, so I'm not trying to make sense of 10 different personnel styles when I review how people are doing. The reporting gives me a real view across the team which I simply never had before. My strong advisers and my struggling ones used to look the same on paper. Because it records meetings, I got far less pushback from both advisers and clients when rolling it out.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

It's not flawless. There's a real setup involved to get the control and permissions right for a team. This is not a flip or switch tool, and I spent proper time on it upfront. The cost across the whole team is significant, and I've had to defend it in budget talks. Where my advisers are more consistent, it's harder to sell than clean dollar figures. And the AI still needs a human eye; it can get details wrong, so nobody on my team checks its output as final without a look first.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks helps new advisers learn how to handle client meetings better, making training less of a guessing game. I can now see how each adviser is doing and spot problems early, improving consistency and reducing issues with follow-ups.

 ### 50. Transformational for Compliance and Client Interaction

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jammal D. | Financial Advisor Tier ll, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Zocks?**

I like Zocks because it provides a consistent structured recording of client interactions across every adviser instead of just issuing notes. The control around data capture, retention, and access makes it viable for our firm, as I can govern what's collected and who sees it, ensuring consistency. Supervision is much easier because every client record follows the same format rather than having to decipher different personal note styles. The reporting on client interactions gives our leadership visibility that they didn't have before. Integration with the systems we already use means it's not a separate silo that I have to reconcile. Their support and implementation team clearly understands the regulatory environment that an advisory firm operates in, which was pivotal in getting our compliance team to endorse it.

**What do you dislike about Zocks?**

The depth of the enterprise control, which is a key reason we chose Zocks, also means there's a significant configuration burden to get it right, especially when setting the access and retention rules. It requires careful attention rather than being something you switch on and forget. Pricing is significant at the firm level, and while I believe the compliance risk it reduces is worth it, there's an agreement built on avoided problems rather than clear-cut dollar figures, which is always hard to sell. I also note that the AI still needs human review before anything is treated as final, as it can sometimes misjudge nuanced details, so it doesn't remove the supervision layer but makes it more manageable.

**What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zocks enables me to structure client interactions, easing my compliance and supervision tasks by maintaining consistency. It integrates seamlessly into our systems, enhancing my team's visibility and data analysis while I control data access and retention, crucial for our high compliance standards.
