What do you like best about Waitwhile?

It's a quick log in for co workers, and easy to use. It creates an instant virtual line, updating without having to refresh.

I also like that customers can remove themselves from the line, although a lot miss that function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

We use WaitWhile to manage our piercing bookings. The system is easy to use, you could also use it on mobile, and, unlike other programs that we use daily, we never have issues with it running or crashing. Our customers also seem to enjoy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

What I like best about Waitwhile is that I can see all of my appointments in one place along with timeframes. I also love that once i have taken care of a student I have the option of adding to the queue again if they need to speak with another individual in my instituition. Waitwhile is easy to use and I intergate it into my workday everyday. I love that it is easy to learn, navigate and customize based on your business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Waitwhile?

Waitwhile has been extremely helpful for business use. We are able to monitor the customers that are on site, and can make determinations based on the queue that is reflected on Waitwhile. It's a great way to get an idea of the day-to-day business centralized in one location. We use it every day and hopefully can continue to use it moving forward! What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Would be helpful to have a starter guide after each update to show new features (for example, I did not know how to assign a counter after the latest update because the interface layout got changed); would be nice to have an offline version (not sure if that's possibly but there were a couple times waitwhile system was down, and it was very difficult for a workplace who heavily depends on the waitlist system); I think it also would be nice if we can assign people to another counter without having to clear out our owns (for example if I want to assign a cx to counter 6 and I'm using counter 2, whoever I checked off and assign to counter 6 would show that the person is served by both counter 2 and 6); would be nice if the text message notifications send faster; I personally think the sign up interface could be further simplified; lastly, I think the font size could be bigger for improving readability.
