Compliance wire is a great tool to maintain and track all training assignments for the entire company. The trainings are assigned based on curriculums and different groups of people are assigned to different curriculums. It has a few limitations. Training assignments are connected to quality documents that are approved and then fed automatically from Quality Management System (QMS) to Compliance wire. If there is a mistake in QMS, complicance wire cannot recognize it and training assignment dates need to be adjusted manually. Also, if an item does not require training, the administrator needs to manually assign a training equivalncy as complicance wire does not recognize when training is needed and when it's not needed. It provides you with the best in class no customization reports as well as all legally entitled documents for your business. It is easy to use and gets implemented within your in house tools. Its features robust reporting and analytics for assessing training effectiveness and compliance status, along with integration capabilities to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy. Sometimes have seen irrelevant responses mentioned in the audit reports. Even they can work little bit on competitive pricing for overall yearly use. Not directly Outlook integrated but calendar objects can be downloaded. Lookup for some materials can be challenging but this is not a universal issue. Would be nice to integrate with teams or zoom for scheduled instructor led training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ComplianceWire is a wonderful learning management system that helps companies remain compliant and easily demonstrate employee training. It makes reporting a breeze with standard and custom reporting options. It has really streamlined what was a paper-based system. Curriculum management is simple. The icing on the cake is their standard library that has tons of courses covering topics like GMP, safety and leadership that anyone can easily sign up for. If you do not have the ability to create SCORM courses in house this service can be contracted but it can be very pricey. That being said SCORM courses are much more interactive and entertaining that a simple read and sign training so the cost is worth the product you get.
