I like the evergreen links to documents in NAVEX One because they enable us to email references to documents. I am confident that when recipients receive these links, they will see the most recent version.

**What do you dislike about NAVEX One?**

The user interface and the organization of the menu is very unintuitive and users find learning how to use policy tech very, very difficult. In fact, they are quite turned off and do not want to use the application at all.

**What problems is NAVEX One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NAVEX One for version control and it provides a central location for managing our company's policies.

I really appreciate getting all the necessary information through NAVEX One and the ease of finding them. It's helpful because if I'm not sure of a certain rule or regulation, I can easily search for it, making sure all associates are notified of rules and regulations. The initial setup of NAVEX One was very easy, which was a big plus.

This provides executives with a thorough, 360-degree view of the company's risk environment rather than fragmented reports.  Actionable Insights: By drawing the connections, you can see how policy modifications affect risk scores or how training efficacy affects incident trends.  This data intelligence is crucial for making data-driven, strategic decisions that actively lower risk.

**What do you dislike about NAVEX One?**

Cost and Pricing: It is frequently criticized for being expensive, and the pricing structure for different modules can be complicated or challenging to obtain up front, making it a significant investment, especially for mid-market or smaller businesses.  Learning Curve/Implementation:  The initial setup and configuration of the full, comprehensive platform can be difficult and require a substantial time commitment or expert services, even though the daily interface is typically simple to use.  Formatting and customer service:  Some consumers express dissatisfaction over inconsistent customer service or difficulty contacting a direct agent.  Another common source of minor annoyance is technical issues, such as formatting problems with documents (especially when uploading from Word/Excel).

**What do you like best about NAVEX One?**

I don't like it. It is hard to login. It takes a big effort to log in and the whole process is unnessary.

**What do you dislike about NAVEX One?**

It is unnecessary to have employees to have to take a complicated procedure to log into this and read the policies/notices. All it is needed is to send all the employees an email with the policies/notices as attachments. In addition, all the policies and notices have been stored in a shared folder and are accessible to employees at any time. What is the point of using this to distribute the policies and notices. It is a waste of time.

Nothing solved. it is creating more problems.

I like that you can customize your table view of cases in NAVEX One, which helps me see everything at once without having to click around to find what I need. Plus, the initial setup was easy peasy, which was a pleasant surprise.

The analytic tool needs work. I would suggest making it easier to create reports by making it a drop-down option instead of having to click boxes.

The favorite feature is a positive with the program.

It is extremely difficult to find policies using the search engine.  If the exact policy name isn't used, you will not be able to find it.  Please update the program to be ablet to search policies using included words.  It is frustrating when needing to find policies quickly.  At times you can't even find a policy even using the search engine.  It's frustrating when needing a policy in a hurry.

Difficult to search using relevant keywords.

**What problems is NAVEX One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When searching for a policy or procedure, I should be able to use a keyword related to the topic. For example, if I type "hyperkalemia" the procedure to maintenance potassium should populate. We are required to know the specific, long, wordy titles to find policies we need faster than we can.  I should be able to type a relevant word and find related policies.

NAVEX One has a number of highly useful features to manage and highlight risk. The ability to allocate cases to a variety of people in different areas of the business allows for cross department collaboration and management. It integrates well with other platforms and is mainly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NAVEX One?**

It can be a little clunky to begin with, understanding the various sections and elements of the platform. However once you are an established user, this is easy to implement and use.

Managing HR cases, ensuring sensitive information is stored on a highly secure platform, limiting the participants able to access this information and reducing GDPR breach risks.

Easy to use, very user friendly. Having to set up all these new accounts upon hire has been confusing at times, not sure what each site is used for, for example. But everything is starting to fall into place.

Nothing I dislike as of now. I like the idea of a platform that I can voice my opinion/concerns.

This platform gives the employees a voice to be heard; a safe place for to report their concerns that need to be improved on. This will in turn benefit myself and other employees to help remedy areas of concern or weakness to be improved upon.

The userface for this product is very smooth looking. Our company recently switched to NAVEX from a competitor and I like the intuitive feel of NAVEX more. It is easy and effecient to stay compliant with company policies as they are made or updated.

**What do you dislike about NAVEX One?**

The only thing to dislike about NAVEX is that the policies themselves are often tedious to go thorugh. NAVEX has done all they can to make it as painless as possible, but often still a drag.

It helps myself and fellow staff stay current with policies to ensure we are provided competent, ethical care.

This is a budget-friendly document managment system that offer an intuitive interface, adaptable approval process and a convenient questionnaire featgure for efficient employee information reviews.

Although the system performs admirably in document management, its interface is relatively inflexible andlacs customization options. My dissatisfaction stems from their customer support, as the resolution time often proved sluggish, resulting in sprint delays.

Within our organization, we utilize it for managing both  compliance and security matters. It proves immensely valuable in adressing  issues and mitigating risks, in addition to facilitating monitoring of the effectiveness of critical metrics.

I like that NAVEX supports different formats for its security courses. The user can easily choose whether they prefer video, audio or read. 

These courses can be really long, however, it helps a lot when there are exam-type sections that allow the user to test their knowledge. If they pass the exam, then they can skip to the next section.

I think they could improve some content to use more videos instead of images, especially in illustrative content.

It is very robust and has an abundance of customizations suitable for any organization. It is easily navigating and is a one stop shop for process, risks, and controls.

It can be more user friendly and more productive with other competitors such as Archer GRC. Also, it is not much marketed thus is less able to be recognized amongst clients.

To create sustainability reports, it compares corporate, outsider, resource, and performance data. It gives better data security and an extremely customizable interface 
 Reporting that is feedback-driven makes possibilities and successes more apparent.

**What do you dislike about NAVEX One?**

We are not satisfied with its customer support as most of the time, resolution was not quick, which led to delays in the sprint.
The licensing cost is slightly higher than others offering similar functionality like oneTrust (which has more key functionalities).
UI required proper training by a person who is well aware of it, and often teammates used to struggle while checking the prod incidents

We use it in our company solutions for managing compliance and security together. For incident management and Risk management, which helped address the prod issues.

Each component of the platform can function independently and focus on important ethical and legal compliance issues.
Our Risk Management analysis is much improved by the Ethics and Compliance platform. Additionally, it enables us to keep in touch with our team and report infractions of particular policies.

It was challenging to explain the idea of Navex and how to use it to freshmen it should be more user friendly, there should be a guide or something for it.
But still it is better than serviceNow in compare to interface.

The Ethics Helpline is a resource where staff members, partners, stakeholders, and clients can call or fill out a web form to ask questions in a variety of languages. It is run by NAVEX, is private, and is accessible around the clock.

It integrates all levels of your management to analysis and compliance of Clinical Trial Risks. As we need to rate and monitor all risks at every stage of a clinical trial, Navex provided value with their great compliance reporting database. The team at Navex is really helpful and understand company needs.

At this point, I cannot thunk of a downside to the software. It is a great tool for Risk Management.

The most helpful portion of Navex One is the ability to create a streamlined workflow and the ease of implementing the systems and workflow seamlessly into teams.

The only downside of using Navex One that I have seen was the ramp up that my team had in learning how to use and operate the system but this was a short time and then made our processes much easier.
