What do you like best about SAI360?

Honestly, the absolute best thing about SAI360 is that everything related to audits are stored in one location rather than searching through a bunch of emails. Also it ties all your risk management and control items together which is great. And i can literally drag/drop my files directly into the project area. Support personnel will answer questions when you ask them so that's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

The time tracking module is ridiculously frustrating and clumsy. Why am i required to look up each individual project one by one just to enter hours worked? Can't they just provide me with a listing of active projects? Also, occasionally when i've opened numerous tabs in SAI360 it won't allow me to access a document until i download it. If files are large, it becomes very sluggish. There are far too many options under menus for new users, therefore finding anything is extremely time consuming. What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the most part, SAI360 prevents us from performing audits in arbitrary word documents and excel spreadsheets. It has placed the entire audit process (planning, execution, reporting) in one platform. It monitors whether the persons we audited have corrected issues identified during the audit.
