I love the training material and the variety of training items that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus provides. I also appreciate the simulated phishing tests, which keep employees alert to phishing threats despite existing spam filters and security measures. These tests are beneficial in bringing potential issues to our attention. I believe updating the video training materials and adding more to the Compliance Plus program would be beneficial. Also, having training that may pertain to third party administrators and people who are in the insurance industry. More tests and quizzes and just adding more materials to choose from.
