Decide on a naming convention as that will be critical for organization after you have been using the system! You can always add features as you go! Utilize the support resources and attend the webinars. Even with my years of experience I still learn something new that I can do with Alchemy every time I see what others do! With all the different ways to deliver the training we are able to reach all employees front front line, to front office to senior management.
