"Effortless Meeting Insights: Recordings, Transcripts, and Highlights That Boost Productivity"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like best about tl;dv is how effortlessly it captures and organizes meeting insights without interrupting the flow of conversation. As someone working in a fast-paced environment at Vocast, it’s incredibly valuable to be able to revisit key moments, decisions, and action points without relying on manual notes.

The automatic recordings, transcripts, and highlights make it easy to stay aligned across teams and ensure nothing gets lost after calls. I especially appreciate how simple it is to share specific snippets with colleagues—this saves time and improves collaboration.

Overall, tl;dv helps me be more present in meetings while still keeping everything documented and accessible afterward. It’s a real productivity booster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

One downside of tl;dv is that the transcripts can occasionally need a bit of manual cleanup, especially when there are multiple speakers or background noise. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you sometimes need to double-check important details.

Additionally, while the core features are very strong, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with tools we use daily, like CRM systems, to make workflows even more seamless.

That said, these are relatively minor points, and the overall value tl;dv provides far outweighs them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sharp AI Summaries and Lightning-Fast Meeting Transcripts with tl;dv"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like best about tl;dv is how it completely automates my workflow: the AI summaries are incredibly sharp at capturing the essence of every meeting, and the high-quality recording with seamless speaker switching makes it easy to track exactly who said what. Plus, the lightning-fast delivery is a game-changer, when you having the recording and transcript ready almost immediately after the call allows me to stay productive and share takeaways with my team without any delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

On the flip side, what I dislike about tl;dv is that the pricing feels a bit steep, making it a rather expensive investment for what it offers. Additionally, while the AI summaries are top-notch, the actual transcripts definitely need work; I’d love to see more accurate word-for-word transcriptions to match the high quality of the rest of the tool. "Intuitive Setup and Priceless Multilingual Summaries"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

For a relatively new product, it's extremely intuitive and well developed. I can set it up so it only connects when I need it, I can save my recordings in specific folders, I can share with only particular people, and I can extract patterns across multiple meetings. What's more, as I work in several languages, TLDV gives me summaries in the language of my client, which is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

It's not easy to talk to the product reps directly and I dislike that. When you develop a product, you could use all the feedback you can get, but the majority of software prroviders seem allergic to client communications and reach out for faster, yet less effective AI-powered coms tools. I'd also apreciate even more flexibility around ordering my folders, sometimes I have multiple individual clients under one corporate account and I could use more autonomy in how I sort this out. I'd also welcome a feature for storing my prompts directly in the tool, not in an external workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TAL’s essential AI meeting companion for scalable, GDPR-compliant mentoring"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

At The Application Lab, tl;dv has become a quiet, dependable team member that captures the full story of every mentoring and consulting call. It takes away the pressure of writing exhaustive notes while speaking with scholars, applicants, and partners, so the conversation can stay human, empathetic, and focused on strategy rather than admin. The AI summaries reflect how we naturally process calls—context, key advice, decisions, and next steps—which makes it easy to turn discussions into follow‑up emails, application strategies, or internal handover notes. Since our small core team can’t be on every mentoring call, tl;dv saves us significant time by letting us quickly review the key moments instead of joining live or watching full recordings. It also aligns with GDPR principles and makes it straightforward to capture and record consent, which matters a lot for an education‑focused business handling sensitive personal information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

Occasionally, TLDV doesn’t show up in sessions that were booked within the last 1–5 hours. That’s the full extent of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Record, transcribe, and summarize meetings effortlessly"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like most about tl;dv is how easy it is to record, transcribe, and then summarize meetings. I find it particularly useful that I can mark important parts and quickly find them later without having to search for a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

A disadvantage of tl;dv is that the transcriptions are not always completely accurate, especially when multiple people are speaking or the audio quality is poor. Additionally, some features and integrations could still be improved to make the tool more well-rounded in these areas overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Summarization, Yet Restrictive Freemium"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

I like the easiness of using tl;dv. It's very intuitive to start logging information on a specific call just from the click of a button on my desktop application. The summarization feature is a favorite too, as it provides AI-generated insights that are pretty accurate. It can condense a full-hour meeting into just a few bullet points, helping me clarify or set the scope on bigger projects. I find it valuable for creating follow-ups, understanding dependencies, and building from there. Additionally, the setup was very easy using Google sign-on, and tl;dv integrates smoothly with different voice and web call providers, so I don't need separate specific summarization tools. It's a very nice tool to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I think the commitments for having a free tier, it's a bit biased. Because on one hand, you do upload a lot of information to the platform. And you can look at transcriptions. But you can't really interact more if you don't upgrade. So I think the freemium version here is not perfect, or at least it's really promoting people to upgrade. I would rather have something that would still give me the possibility to interact with the transcription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Notes with Seamless Google Meet Integration"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

I like the fact that tl;dv is pretty much hands off. I can start a meeting and it will immediately ask for permission to join the meeting, which is really convenient. I just let it join, and it’s called my notetaker. It integrates seamlessly with my Google Meet, which makes things easy for me. It's actually pretty easy and very simple to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I honestly don't necessarily like the fact that it shows up as another person in our meetings. It just the little square thing, I can't explain it when it's in Google Meet. It just kinda gets in the way. I would prefer that that didn't pop up so obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Transcription and HubSpot Integration"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

I really appreciate that tl;dv can automatically transcribe my calls and direct it into specific methodologies like MEDDIC. It makes my work a lot easier because I don't have to manually input notes into specific fields. The robust integration with HubSpot is also a big plus, automating so much of my process. It's very automated and makes my life easy, especially since it handles so much accurately without needing constant attention. The initial setup was almost instant - very quick and painless. I find it to be the best transcription tool I've come across, especially in how it automates tasks with HubSpot and takes away the need for any admin work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intelligent Integrations and Optimization with AI"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

I really like tl;dv for the incredible support it offers. I can easily integrate it with our system and create customized meeting summaries, which greatly facilitates day-to-day operations. As a manager, the optimization of my quality check-up work on calls is also very valuable to me, as I can now create scripts that evaluate the calls and generate valuable insights for clear feedback focused on continuous improvement. Additionally, the possibility of testing handoffs to other sectors using AI in all calls improves quality, optimizes time, and helps in predicting risks and opportunities more accurately. The current integration facilitates the search for specific mentions within call folders, and the generated summaries save a lot of operational time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

Now that we have managed to integrate a tool, we have been reflecting on how integrations can further enhance our optimization. Trying to understand, for example, how we can generate tasks from the end of the call and offer automatic actionables, I see that if tl;dv can contribute to this, it would be even better. Today we generate the call summary and can publish it immediately in our system, quickly. But there are still doubts about how scripts could generate tasks integrated with tools like Trello, Slack, and others, to be a clear output after the meeting ends. Optimizing follow-ups even more. A bit slow and bureaucratic due to our company's policy. But overall, within expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional Meeting Management for International Teams"
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like most about tl;dv is how easy it is to use and how seamlessly it integrates into my workflow. I rely on it in almost every meeting because the recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries are incredibly accurate and save me a lot of time. I was recommended to use tl;dv due to my limitations with English, and it has truly made a difference—receiving the notes in Spanish and also being able to access them in English helps me follow international meetings without missing any key points.

Even though I haven’t needed direct customer support, I appreciate that the platform consistently sends clear and helpful information. The implementation was effortless, and the range of features—especially in the paid version—has significantly improved the quality of my reports. Overall, it’s a tool that delivers exactly what it promises and adds real value to my daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I don’t have any negative experiences so far. Everything has worked smoothly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
