**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Easy to use, shows immediate insight on who is looking at our web page, useful for identifying potential prospects, plus it confirms what our customers are looking at when we send them links to our web pages. 
The volume of activity helps us understand what interests people the most so that we can adapt our content accordingly. The filters allow you to focus on those companies that fit your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) including geography, size, industry and more.
Love the fact that I can press a button and upload the account details into Salesforce, and similar with names of individuals from LinkedIn which are also available for each account identified in Snitcher

Nothing much to dislike about it. If I had to be critical, I would want it tell me who it was that was on the web site but that is not going to happen.

Very easy to see who is visiting your website and if they are your ICP. Snitcher sorts the information making it very easy to see the company details and even who you should reach out to for the best results.

Customer support is amazing and gives free trainings to the whole team.

Very easy to use with many implementations.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

It does not show exactly who visited your website so its difficult to know exactly who to reach out to with a cold call or email. This is due to the GDPR law however and it would be illegal to track who visits your website with personal information. So this is not the fault of Snitcher.

Who is visiting our website. this helps us reach out to the right people at the right time.

Takes some time setting up. I mean, that's what you get with any of these tools, so the resources and the support are helpful. There's not a lot I dislike to be honest.

It is the best website visitor tool we have used. It was very easy to setup and we saw visitors immediately. 

Other tools we've used have provided incorrect data. Whenever we get a form submission on our website, the correct company always shows in Snitcher, this was not the case with other tools.

Snitcher is very easy to use, including setting up segments, reports and integrating with HubSpot.

There is nothing we have found so far that we dislike, it is by far the best tool we have used for this purpose.

We can easily see the companies visiting our website and the pages they are visiting. By having different segments set up, it is easy to see which visitors are key accounts, returning customers, attached to a lost deal etc. this then helps sales with their outreach.

Snitcher helps us identify website traffic foremost. 

The reason why I like it more than others I've used in the past is the ability to make segments, pull data into HubSpot as well as the ability to find contacts at those companies through LinkedIn.

The integrations are good - eg HubSpot. I've not used the Clay set up yet, but do look forward to testing this.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

I would like there to be a bigger user community behind it. It would really help to see where others are having success and discover what they are doing. After all we are all here to win new business.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

I like that Snitcher tells us what companies are visiting account. importantly, it tells me the location of where the person was searching from and it tells me if they came from an ad. this way, i can really narrow down who i'm reaching out to

Plus, i can create segments. This way, I can see people who visited X page or have visited our website more than once. Very useful.

The customer support is fairly good and I tend to access this through the live chat. They talked me through how to implement, which was as simple as pasting some code into our website. I would say that we use Snitcher every day.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

I wish it would tell us when someone is using a VPN (so we can get the location data more accurate) or be able to identify people at contact level.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's all about finding new leads. We want to be able to de-anonymise people who are visiting our site and be able to get an idea of what they are searching.

It also helps with our pipeline and nurturing. If I can see via Snitcher that a company we are already in contact with is visiting certain pages of our website, we can act accordingly.

The ability to know the companies that come to our site and the pages they are seeing.

The ability to get a good feeling who is really interested (repeat visits, key pages). Its actually a bit addictive. We actually use it ever day.

Over the past few years we used a number of tools, but we always came back to Snitcher and at one point we simply decided that it would be our unique tool for identifying visitors to our site.

None really. It does exactly what its supposed to do. There are other features in the tool that we are looking to start using, it will make the process even better.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

We offer a niche range of specialist products with a very limited user-base. Leads generated through our contact form are very rare as our website is used primarily for research purposes. Snitcher allows us to see the companies visiting our website and view precisely the products they have looked at. This puts our sales team on the front-foot and enables them to open a dialogue with potential customers while they are still early in their purchasing process. This helps us build a relationship from the very early stages and therefore assists with us turning potential customers into long lasting partnerships. 

Implementing Snitcher was as simple as inserting the code into our website. The Snitcher team also went above and beyond by helping write a special piece of code which enables us to limit our identifications to UK-only. We are a global group but our subsidiary is only able to serve the UK, so with Snitcher we only see the companies that are useful to our region. 

We have trialled many similar products to view our website visitors but Snitcher is by far the best. Its identifications are far more accurate and extensive than any other we trialled, and the friendly user interface is also superior to the others. 

We are regularly bombarded with aggressive sales calls from what is potentially Snitcher's main competitor, despite telling them we will never use their service as we are happy with Snitcher. Snitcher's team by contrast is an absolute pleasure to deal with - fast responses, detailed answers and a real passion for customer support. 

With Snitcher you feel valued as a customer, not just a number. It's a pleasure to be a user of a system that continuously improves and innovates.

Snitcher may not the cheapest solution, but it certainly offers the best value and its features and identifications are well worth the investment. It would be good to have a feature to offer feedback on identifications to help improve the experience for everyone (e.g. report slight inaccuracies back to the Snitcher team).

The identification percentage is useful, and I like being able to add custom code and retrieve details within the user session. This makes it easier to redirect users or show specific content based on Snitcher data.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

For our customer base—"real estate companies"—we still end up with too many "spam" users, mainly because tenants view our page even though they don’t fall into our actual customer base, and we end up paying a premium for that. When we delete these non-fitting users, we get up to 50% back under the fair usage policy, but in our case it really should be closer to 75–80%.

It helps us find new potential customers and identify people we can reactivate after they’ve previously engaged with us.

Snitcher captivated me with its simple interface, which goes hand in hand with the accuracy of the information presented. Configuring filters is extremely intuitive, allowing you to start analyzing traffic and collecting leads almost immediately. I have been working with Snitcher for a long time, and as far as I can see, the changes are only for the better. And when I encountered some problems, I could count on an almost immediate response from customer service.

If I had to find something to complain about, it would only be that the interface doesn't have a night mode. That's all :-)

Some smaller companies can’t always be identified, which means not every visitor shows up with full details, and sometimes the locations are wrong. It would also be helpful to have more filtering options to refine reports. However, the data we do get is still extremely valuable.

Daily list of companies that have visit our site with associated list of email addresses. I requested support to filter my list to only show Australian Companies, and they did it in a few hours. What I like best about Snitcher is how quickly and accurately it turns anonymous website visitors into qualified leads. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to see exactly which companies are engaging with our site, what content they’re viewing, and when. The real-time alerts and seamless integrations with our CRM mean our sales team can act on warm leads instantly, without any manual effort.

There’s very little to dislike. If anything, the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller teams, and occasionally company data can be incomplete. That said, the value and accuracy far outweigh these minor points, and the support team is always quick to address any issues.

Snitcher solves the problem of anonymous website traffic by identifying the companies visiting our site and showing exactly what they’re interested in. Quite easy to get started. The onboarding tooltips are easy to follow and their guides are useful with images/videos. Easy to install and connect integrations.

I found the segments and filters to be a little tricky at first, trying to exclude dummy/bot traffic from being flagged as genuine visitors worth considering as leads. This is the only real negative that comes to mind.

Primarily, it highlights potential business opportunities by tracking visitors. The HubSpot integration helps sift through and make more meaningful connections with leads in a timely manner. It also helps with monitoring competitior visits which is quite interesting to keep an eye on. Not only does it help us find new clients, but also helps with contacting the right people, all from one portal rather than using multiple tools to manually piece together contact details for potential leads.

I really like that snitcher has the best data on the market. We see a lot more data than competitors provide. Onboarding is also extensive and included, I would call it more free training than onboarding. The integration also work well with our stack. We use it every day and it feeds our BD outreach process.

The pricing brackets are quite large so if we just need a little bit more data we have to upgrade to the next package which is much more expensive.

Snitcher has helped us identify potential sales leads. We can see what companies have visited our site (including competitors and potential partners), what pages they've visited, and how much time they've spent. Using filters, we can identify the right contacts for our products and services, including name, title, email address, or LinkedIn Profile info. Snitcher also integrates with HubSpot!

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

The only downside is that sometimes you'll see contact information repeated in the list that Snitcher provides.  For example, you'll see a contact's name twice, maybe once with an email address and once without, or the name repeated with different roles attached.  That's quickly cleared up by looking at LinkedIn.  That's less of a Snitcher problem and more of an issue with the available data that's out there.

Google Analytics provides insight into web traffic but not at the granular level that Snitcher does.  I go into Snitcher daily, review the last 24 hours of traffic, and based on our filters and a little LinkedIn research to qualify traffic, relay potential leads to our Sales Team.

Extremely easy to use, flexibility in integrations means you can incorporate into pretty much any workflow. 
Interface is clear and visually appealing, gives me Apple vibes. Installation on your site is easy and quick, especially with Google Tag Manager, with good documentation.
They are rolling out regular quality of life and feature updates, I regularly find changes when logging in, which is great.

Had to use customer service once, the live chat with actual people is great.

My only addition would be the option to add custom company deletion options, 95% of my company deletions get filed in other.

I appreciate the automation Snitcher has that allow you to trigger based on segments or tags and move those companies over to Hubspot. Even more importantly, having fields in Hubspot for those Snitcher tags and segments to be able to continue that in our CRM is huge. Overall we've seen a solid quality of identified companies coming out of Snitcher.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Not being able to pick a tier that limits your monthly identified companies, but rather needing to always expand to fit all identified companies makes this a harder tool to add into the budget.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snitcher is giving us better insight into UTM codes, identifying companies, and segmenting them in Hubspot with those UTM codes for better attribution of marketing efforts in a company's lifecycle.
