I liked their company identification feature. It helps identify which companies are visiting our website, and the tracking is actually great. It shows which pages a company visited, how much time they spent, and similar details. It helped me a lot in finding potential leads, and it made my job easier. There isn’t much to dislike about Snitcher. The tool is simple to use and gets straight to the point. I do wish the People tab were its own dedicated page instead of a side tab, because that would make it easier to do deeper research on the people within a company—especially since that’s core to what Snitcher does. I think this change would definitely improve the UI. Also, the accuracy isn’t 100% when it comes to identifying which companies are visiting you, but it’s still good enough overall. Snitcher is seamlessly integrated with HubSpot. It tracks site visitors and pulls our HubSpot data together effortlessly, allowing us to send lead data directly to our CRM.

The segmentation and lead scoring tools work right out of the box, we can easily apply custom tags and build targeted segments to identify high-value visitors. On top of a great product, their onboarding experience was exceptional. They combine clear knowledge-base resources with real human support from a team that is genuinely great to work with. Nothing major so far. The setup was smooth, and any quick questions we had were easily answered during onboarding. An incredibly intelligent platform with an easy-to-use interface. The free trial was very helpful, and the support and onboarding team have been fantastic; their knowledge of Snitcher’s capabilities is invaluable.

Compared with other tools on the market, it offers good value for money, and the lead identification and management is second to none. It integrates smoothly with the other tools we use and saves huge amounts of time previously spent on admin and data input.
