**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

The amount of information that can be gleaned from the leads. The ease of use of the software is fantastic and super simple to navigate. I would say if you need to find leads or see what your visitors are interested in for Marketing opportunities, this is the software for you. Also great support!

Haven't found anything as yet that seems to be an issue, so far so good!

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing just what our visitors are doing on the site but also the ability to contact them, segment them etc. I've not fully explored all the functionality yet but looking forward to getting fully stuck in.

Snitcher is really great at accurately figuring out which companies are visiting your website. We tested several leading solutions in the marketplace and Snitcher was the only one we could verify was even close to accurate.

The one major feature missing is understanding or providing a pathway to narrow down who from these companies are actually visiting your website; with that information it would be an immense powerhouse in targeted marketing.

Snitcher has done a great job providing a highly accurate solution for identifying which companies are visiting our website, with other useful metrics like what pages they visit, how often they visit, and more.

There is nothing that we dislike.   We appreciate the time the team put into the design.  It's visually appealing and a fun way to end every day.  Looking forward to what they do next.

Snitcher helps us better understand the traffic on our website.  We appreciate the ease of use and analytics.  It also integrates into our CRM which is the cherry on top.

Easy to set up. And the data provided inside is fairly rich. We could find the contact information with a few clicks and reach out to possible deals within minutes.

The user interface could be improved. Otherwise it knows pretty much everything that competitors do, at a fairly lower price point.

We are spending a lot of money on PPC and SEO. Sometimes it costs us 5-10usd for 1 click, so we want know which companies are interested in our services, even if they don't request a quote.

Snitcher is not only a great tool to keep track of website visitors and understand who potential leads are, but it's also straightforward to install. Our team had it up and running in 10 minutes and got results. Only another extra 10 minutes to get Zapier integrations set up to notify us about new visitors in Slack automatically. Highly recommended tool!

Finding the right leads with customer contacts and website URL, is better than other platforms in terms of quality and price.

Still, they can work on irrelevant leads showing on the panel, rather than we need to delete the leads.

Its better than google analytics and adobe and give us more information about the right traffic, so we are in touch with the leads faster with their contact details provided by the snitcher.

More flexible and timely customer service, we raised many questions and needs, and Snitcher's support team was always very responsive.

The identification of independent visitors is very efficient. We believe this is already better than other competitors because we understand it is unrealistic to want to match corporate identities accurately.

The API documentation needs to be a little more detailed.

Providing a wide variety of information, Snitcher is currently able to give a lot of peripheral information about website visitors, which allows us to use this peripheral information to understand the thoughts of website visitors further.

I like the great features and data it has of identifying leads that were not filling out our form. We also like the Google Analytics integration where we can see the lead details right in Google Analytics.

Maybe they can do more on the integration side like linkedin one click lead transfer, google ads integration, fb ads integration.

I accidentally stumbled upon Snitcher while looking for another tool but I am very glad I did! Being in B2B, this is a hidden gem to see what companies are visiting your website. This helps us identify what channels are effective at bringing in traffic and also supplements our cold email strategy.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

The system doesn't show you who exactly came in (might be due to privacy laws), so you still have to go out and look for the right leads in the company, but it is a good start.

Business development, cold email, ABM programs, marketing. It helps us bring all of our marketing efforts together and see which channels are effective.

I really don't have any downsides to Snitcher at the moment. I tried others and came back to them because they were superior to their competition.

Complete and affordable solution. It gives you a lot of insights about your visitors at a fair price. Easy to install and work with our Getresponse landing pages. You can have multiple domains on one and only account.

You can track your B2B visitors on your website, landing pages or subdomains. It gives you the source for your visitors (medium and campaign) and the email details about company employees

It manages to provide more leads than other similar services that we have used in the past and it limits ISP leads up to a point.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Although it manages to limit the number of ISPs,  some of these data still manage to pass through. They offer an option to manually exclude these leads so if you receive hundreds of leads in total per month then this should work for you.

We use Snitcher to uncover prospects that don't convert or in cases that they don't complete our lead capturing forms. The service helps us to uncover about 1/3 of our total traffic and it is the highest we have seen in the market.

The easiness of it, you can pretty quick set it up to your needs and categorize the traffic.

You are more on your own (at least to my first understanding) so you need to implement and configure on your own, pretty easy to do though.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Over the last month, we've used Leadfeeder, Snitcher and multiple other tools. Snitcher topped them all with its simple and easy-to-use design and functionality. The user interface, options of filters and quick adoption of the tool made it a breeze to start using.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Haven't used it extensively yet, but from what I recall, it was missing some filters based on campaigns  / UTMs that were driving our traffic to the website. Maybe an integration with Google Ads in the future will give it that insight.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us an insight into users visiting our pages and their journey from there. Helps the sales team find potential prospects and fill up our pipeline with MQLs on a macro level.

I love how I was able to figure out what kind of customers and people were visiting my website. It made me realize necessary changes that needed to be made in my SEO. I also love the possible integration with Google Analytics.

I can't think of anything really that I don't like. It's a pretty simple and effective software.

It was very easy to connect snitcher with our google analytics account.

The information gathered through the snitcher platform wasnt super detailed.

The reason we started using snitcher was to see what companies are hitting our site. What we soon realized is that of the companies that snitcher picked up it didnt add value since we had no idea who in their 100+ employee company looked us up so we couldnt really use it to target potential clients.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Snitcher is pretty much the cheapest solution out there, but it is still as reliable as competitors. The software design is great and it is quite user friendly. It is also very easy to filter out data for specific pages.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

There is a serious lack of integrations with CRMs. Sure Zapier allowed us to push some data to Zoho, but it would not update the info when a company comes back to our website.

**Recommendations to others considering Snitcher:**

If you are not using a CRM that is compatible with Leadfeeder, use Snitcher, it's less expensive!

Snitcher allowed us to know which businesses where visiting our website, using our Google Analytics stats. It's an ideal tool for Account Based Marketing and helps to gather new leads.
