Many people work from other locations or their phone - doesn't track that so well.

The install was super easy. I was surprised at how accurate the data was. One feature I wasn't expecting was the additional page level analytics we got to see per session.

I thought it was going to give us account level data as opposed to just company data. In the end, the data was still incredibly useful.

It is so easy to use, the portal is very user friendly. It integrated very efficiently. Our team love the extra intel it provides us.

Sometimes the direct links to customer websites don't work.

I tested over 10 different visitor tracking softwares and Snitcher won on detecting and matching the most amount of website visitors. Their pricing is very good value for the money. Implementation was very easy, customer support is good, and I use the service every day to find new prospects and accelerate the buying cycle on existing prospects in our pipeline

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

I appreciate the automation Snitcher has that allow you to trigger based on segments or tags and move those companies over to Hubspot. Even more importantly, having fields in Hubspot for those Snitcher tags and segments to be able to continue that in our CRM is huge. Overall we've seen a solid quality of identified companies coming out of Snitcher.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Not being able to pick a tier that limits your monthly identified companies, but rather needing to always expand to fit all identified companies makes this a harder tool to add into the budget.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snitcher is giving us better insight into UTM codes, identifying companies, and segmenting them in Hubspot with those UTM codes for better attribution of marketing efforts in a company's lifecycle.

Easy to implement, easier to use, simpler to maximise opportunities as it integrates with mainstream CRM systems. The support team themselves are always there to help, which helps.

We're using it daily - and it's a permanent fixture on a TV dashboard.

Nothing about the software. Scaling pricing may need reviewing as it can quickly become more costly than competing solutions.

The mass of information provided, such as email addresses, possible workers with positions (updated by LinkedIn), easy to handle interface and awesome Support. With the native Slack API you even can get the leads in a live channel and don't need to login all the time. Just awesome.

Not always too accurate, but I guess it's because of VPN.

Snitcher identifies much more website visitors than all other lead identification tools we have tried in the past. The dashboard is clean and very easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

There re not a lot of native integrations.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Snitcher to help our clients identify their website visitors and gain extensive insight into their on-site behavior. Using these insights, we are able to identify high-intent visitors, better understand the needs of (potential) clients and personalize marketing & sales encounters.

The linked billing feature for agencies allows us and our clients to use the software for a fraction of the price that other tools charge.

We have worked with different solutions in the past (and some of our clients still do), but none are as accurate as Snitcher. Not only is the % of identified visitors higher, but the number of wrongly identified companies is also significantly lower.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Great value as an additional tool, not all follow ups work but that's not  a surprise really. When they do work it is more foten than not converted to an order. The price you pay is manly based on usage and is very competitive against others offering a similar service. The opportunity to hone down the visitors to a department is simple to implement and can save a degree faff. I check every couple of hours and generally find it up to date with recent visitd. On the rare occassion I have had contact with customer support they have always been very responsive and issues have been resolved well. I would recommend Snitcher to anyone wanting to track visitors and convert them in to customers.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

I would like it to be more reliable with email contacts as a lot bounce back to me but guess it is reaaly difficult to keep up with the change in personnel across the whole database.

Helps me reach out to visitors who may find the product permutations overwhelming and enables the start of a conversation.

It's always interesting to see which companies are "kicking the tires" on our site. I have Snitcher integrated across outreach campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and LinkedIn ads for several clients, which has really helped us understand and target visitor interest more effectively.

Overall, I think Snitcher is fantastic, and I regularly recommend it to clients. The cost can get a bit high, depending on the type of traffic your site gets, but it’s still far better value than other providers in this space.

Easy to understand UI, shows accurate granular data, useful for sales and marketing processes day-to-day to understand engagement. Integrates well with our CRM, and responsive onboarding and customer support.

Data on employees not always available if companies opt out, and sometimes will occasionally have trouble identifying the exact company - but this is to be expected.

Knowing exactly who is visiting our websites, where from and how many sessions - for marketing, retargeting, for sales - knowing which leads come from where and what parts of the website are working etc.

Understanding who is  visiting your website is a key data point to understadn the impact of your outbound communications and publish materials.
I love being able to segment companies into categories: targets; existing customers; partners as a metric to track the success of comms to these groups
It was very easy to set up and the interface is easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

A lot of traffic is noise that we have to sift through. There are good rules that you can set-up to remove the bulk of these but then you need to stay on top of these rules

A lot of comms , SEO and blog links are sending companies to our website, seeing how relevant they are is critical to our sales funnel

Great looking interface, modern and easy to use. Installation was very easy with Google Tag Manager. Includes everything I need to follow-up on these leads. Love that I can just sign-up without sales contact with a free trial.

Very small point, but I would like the tags to appear alongside the companies in the inbox tab.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Snitcher properly reveals most companies that visit our site, and that's the core. I'm using it daily. It shows a detailed history of those visits - pages, time, and some company info. It gives nice tagging/filtering options. Showing people that work in the revealed company is also nice + the option to reveal their email is a plus. Quick implementation, good support and easy-to-use app.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

It would be great to have the option to correct revealed companies if you know they are wrong; it's not possible now. The Hubspot integration works but could be more sophisticated (like showing visitors' names from Hubspot when possible).

The integration with HubSpot is also super useful, making it easy to incorporate into our marketing workflows without adding manual steps. If you’re looking for a tool with the best identification rate and seamless HubSpot integration, Snitcher is definitely a top contender.

We use so many softwares within our digital marketing agency and i can say, albeit still wihtin 6 months of working with them, their support is the best out of any software we use. My only "wish list" item is that it would be useful if a lead is assigned within Snitcher to a sales rep that the sales rep could only see companies assigned to them, not every company in the system.

Having tried to use other lead info sites, we found Snitcher to be the best supported and easiest to install.
Once in, the level of insight is fantastic. Having used GA and Hubspot, knowing which pages your website is being accessed by, and understanding the journey of someone who gets in touch is helpful, but we miss all of the leads that don't submit a form. Snitcher helps us to understand our traffic, and make contact with leads whilst they're actively interested. Plus the integration options with the CRM and other business tools is also really helpful.

We can't think of any reason to say we dislike Snitcher. The team is helpful and gets back to queries quickly, the tool works well and we get a lot of value from it

It's crucial in sales to strike while the iron is hot and Snitcher helps me and the team gain real time insight into geniunie intent and interest in our website. It identifies the pages visited and the company of the individual. You receive uodates daily in your inbox as well as your Snitcher dashboard so you can reach out ASAP to ensure you catch the prospect at a relevant time. It's super useful for prospecting and helps you ensure no stone is left unturned.

The only thing I wish it had was the ability to identify the individual who was exploring the website but I think this would go against GDPR.
