Reporting capabilities are a good start and provide valuable insight but could be more robust both internally in the system and capabilities using external tools

Snitcher helps us identify visitor traffic giving us new companies to evaluate for fit and validate / confirm which channels & ads have the best performance.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

The ability to see what company is visiting our website, the amount of time spent and which pages visited has revolutionalized our lead generation system. We have attributed 40% of new clients directly to Snitcher and the data it provided our sales reps. The tech support has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

My only "wish list" item is that it would be useful if a lead is assigned within Snitcher to a sales rep that the sales rep could only see companies assigned to them, not every company in the system.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website visitors that did not enter information into a contact form were previously lost. With Snitcher we are now able to capture that data and pick and choose who we contact to try to convert to a client.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Having tried to use other lead info sites, we found Snitcher to be the best supported and easiest to install.
Once in, the level of insight is fantastic. Having used GA and Hubspot, knowing which pages your website is being accessed by, and understanding the journey of someone who gets in touch is helpful, but we miss all of the leads that don't submit a form. Snitcher helps us to understand our traffic, and make contact with leads whilst they're actively interested. Plus the integration options with the CRM and other business tools is also really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

We can't think of any reason to say we dislike Snitcher. The team is helpful and gets back to queries quickly, the tool works well and we get a lot of value from it

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snitcher lets us know who is visiting our site, we can use that information to generate new leads and close more sales.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

It's crucial in sales to strike while the iron is hot and Snitcher helps me and the team gain real time insight into geniunie intent and interest in our website. It identifies the pages visited and the company of the individual. You receive uodates daily in your inbox as well as your Snitcher dashboard so you can reach out ASAP to ensure you catch the prospect at a relevant time. It's super useful for prospecting and helps you ensure no stone is left unturned.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

The only thing I wish it had was the ability to identify the individual who was exploring the website but I think this would go against GDPR.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making prospecting easier and ensuring we can capture any interest in our website, the topic of interest and the company of the individual

Ease of Use and felxibility of price point. Snitcher is relatively easy to impliment and use compared to some tools.  Snitcher's prioce and flexibility to use it without 24month long committments is great.

It sometimes can struggle with identifying visitors that may work from home. It also does not have phone numbers, which other tools do include.

We use snitcher to identify lkead activity across different campaigns and deliver intel to Sales to have better insight into current deals.

Snitcher helps us in sales and marketing to get a better feeling of our website traffic & do outbound activities at the right time. Compared to other software, the pricing was a no-brainer for us to choose for Snitcher.

No things we dislike! But there is still growth potential to set up more advanced segments/filters (visited pages in specific timeframes).

We've been using Snitcher for a while to track company visits to our website. Snitcher consistently shows nearly double the number of visitors compared to other platforms we use for tracking, such as HubSpot and Apollo. It offers a wide range of options to create different segments of relevant companies, making it easier to find the right leads. It also has numerous integrations, especially with HubSpot, allowing us to create automation and push the leads into our CRM. Also, the implementation is easy, and creating segments and filters is straightforward. We use it every day to track the companies that visit our site.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

I've noticed that when searching for contacts within the company, you need to filter by the exact job title. Adding management level and department doesn't yield accurate results.

Once integrated in your website, Snitcher directly provides you with relevant results (in our test way more than comparable tools) that you can also filter to match your ICP. The options to filter as well as the integration to other tools like Slack or HubSpot make it a valuable daily-used tool for us. Combined with the fair prices and a highly motivated customer success team, Snitcher is an absolute no-brainer!

The prices are very fair, but I would directly match the "email reveals" to the booked company identifications. Would just make the price model a little bit more easier to understand :)

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snitcher helps us to turn our website traffic into companies that might be interested in our product. Those companies can directly be transferred into HubSpot and our sales department can contact relevant contact persons. As you can directly filter with suiting industries, countries, etc. you are able to ensure that you only add relevant prospects to your CRM.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

I have no idea why it took me so long to start using visitor identification software, but Snitcher completely blew my expectations out of the water. 

Super easy to get started, really comprehensive setup documentation for more advanced features and we saw value almost instantly. Once we had set up our custom segments and ICP, we were shocked at the quality of companies coming to our website (which we then pushed into HubSpot and Apollo with Snitcher's existing integrations).

We tested the leads in parallel with Lead Forensics, LeadFeeder and RB2B and Snitcher's identifications significantly outperformed the other platforms in our outreach campaigns. 

RB2B ended up being too good to be true as none of the person-level identifications were relevant, nor did they pick up companies that we knew were visiting through other tools.

UI is nice, setup is simple, integrations are plentiful and it's ridiculously good value for money. I've already recommended it to other friends in marketing. Also, love being able to export company lists for retargeting in LinkedIn campaigns.

No downsides so far! Looking forward to seeing what features are coming next :)

Snitcher lets me know which companies are visiting my website without anyone needing to fill in a form. This is super useful for retargeting on the marketing side and even more useful for our sales team as they have higher-intent prospects to go after.

I like the ability to create target list of companies, personas  and the integration with our CRM. We are able to automate triggers based on various signals and scenarios. We use it all the time to ensure we are following up immediately on prospective leads.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

Leon from Snitcher is amazing. Super knowledgeable about the space and the Snitcher product goes way deeper than alternatives. We tried basically every other tool (LeadFeeder, RB2B, etc.) and none came close to the lead quality and volume we got with Snitcher.

It's impressive a small team of a few folks built a better product than a team of 200 people, but that's how things tend to go when you obsess over product. Leon's deep knowledge shone through brightly over our call and we look forward to working more closely with the Snitcher team.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Given they are in Europe, can be a little hard to get a hold of during EST hours.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking to identify incoming leads to our website and plug them into ad campaigns and also follow up with them.

Snitcher is an excellent platform to understand who is visiting your site and why - knowing the pages they visit help us understand intent so when we follow up with a crafted personal message, it should resonate higher instead of going into email trash. The integration with Hubspot to create sequences is excellent, as well as filtering and persona development. This is excellent for mature sales/marketing teams, but also for younger companies trying to understand who they are attracting and who they need to do business with. ADDITIONALLY - the customer service is absolutely RIDICULOUS - they respond within minutes of me asking questions on chat, and have taken the time to meet with my team on multiple occasions to help set up Snitcher and ensure we fully understand all the features it provides. This will provide the optimum success for us -- and for Snitcher. I highly recommend this platform for features, ease of integration & implementation, ease of use and their fantastic customer service.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Nothing as of yet. We are still working through it, but so far, all is good!

Identifying who is on our site and why - but also - names, emails, and job titles help greatly when trying to reach the right person with the right message. We care about people and their business and the last thing we want to do is destroy a potential lead by emailing them information that may get identified as spam or irrelevant. Snitcher helps us avoid that.

It also intergrates easily with Slack so we can get notifications of new visits without even logging on to the platform.

In marketing software tools, you can only know how a product matches its claims once you use it. Before Snitcher, we used several products as paid subscribers and trial subscription users. 

We have found a solution with Snitcher that will meet our expectations.

User Interface: Snitcher's user interface is a breeze to navigate. It's well-organized and will allow us to see our website visitors at a glance. We can easily set filters based on category and assign tags for quick reference. These tags help us score different types of activity and determine a visitor's primary interest based on their navigation. It's a user-friendly interface that instills confidence in our team.

Back-End Database: Snitcher identifies how many visitors visit our website daily. We will use Snitcher to analyze our ABM strategy and quantify the number of visitors and, if available, their industry. This allows us to produce a complete closed-loop marketing cycle. 

Price: We particularly appreciate Snitcher's ability to remove companies that do not meet our target industry and ensure they do not count against our monthly visitor rate. It's an intelligent pricing strategy that makes us feel like we're getting a good deal.

Support: Snitcher provides a chat-based onboarding process. The chat response was fast, and the information was on target. We always received a direct response from a person.  

Overall, The UI interface is easy to navigate, the back-end database is more accurate than others we have used, and support is available when needed. It's a 10 out of 10.

We have not encountered any issues of substance at this time.

Snitcher is extremely user-friendly and easy to implement. From the moment I signed up for a trial, there were guides and step-by-step instructions on how to make the most out of Snitcher. It's not bogged down with settings and features that are confusing to use, it's truly all very straightforward. Compared to Lead Forensics, which I have been using for the last year, in 2 weeks Snitcher just blew me away with the results it produced compared to Lead Forensics - you're looking at pretty much the same data pulled, if not more. Switching to Snitcher is a no-brainer for me.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

I'm still in the beginning stages of using Snitcher and the only thing I've found so far that could be improved upon is the filtering/segmenting setup. Being able to group certain filters would be helpful for the use of the "and" and "or" operators when building out segments, but it's easy enough to work around that, just requires a few extra steps.

I have purchased many cold lists in the past. Calling those lists can be brutal, however using During the 14-day trial period, Snitcher has turned cold leads to warm. Also, it allows us to track the results and even retarget the leads who visit our site. It has the has the potential to be a game-changer for us.

I don't like the fact that there is no option to lock in the amount of leads you will use each month for each payment tier. If you are a small business and have a unexpected spike in web traffic cost could negatively affect your cash flow,

Lead generation, It gives us warm leads to market and retarget. We where also able to tag and segment our ICP. The lead scoring has allowed us to respond to the most relevant leads that fit our ICP.

The ability to view the activity, the source of the contact and the completeness of the details has been great.  Many of the competitors have not been able to achieve the same level of information. The segmentation and the instant alerting to Slack, and the ability to sync with Hubspot has been great for making decisions on targeting customers. The implementation was straight forward and easy to understand.

I like Snitcher a lot because it's very user friendly, creates very qualitative insights and leads and they are very fast (and friendly) to answer when in need of technical support!

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

I have not experienced any downsides of Snitcher.

Snitcher is creating an overview of interesting visitors and gives us confirmation of our lead generation campaigns.

**What do you like best about Snitcher?**

We have been using snitcher for over a year now. It's easy to use, shows what companies have been on the website and can also list the key personal for said business.
Our team use this daily and it's a valuable tool to us.  We needed to ask a question and used the online chat feature. The chat was answered promptly and all questions were resolved quickly by Rohan.

**What do you dislike about Snitcher?**

Not much to be honest, it is a very useful tool.

**What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to identify website visitors and their contact information.
