This allows us to optimally deliver our ads and optimize our campaigns more to a tee than other DSPs. **What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?** Finding third-party audiences is something that I feel could be put more in the forefront of the platform. I belive easier access to third-party audiences would be excellent for the platform and advertisers alike. **What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simpli.Fi is making it easier to target Geo locations with their very technical geofence tool. This product allows us to target niche locations and grab user-footfall traffic in the meantime. Great tool. ### 2. The targeting is better than Google (another platform we use on occassion) since we can create specific audience targets, voters, and households we want to target. **What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?** A few downsides of using Simpli.fi are the reporting can be a bit clunky. It's hard to find reports we need/get metrics from past campaigns like frequency & reach). We also find the CPC/CPM to be higher on the platform than most other platforms we use, which is tough to work with at times. Finally, we struggle with the use of CTV campaigns on the platform and getting quality placements and no clicks. **What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simpli.fi makes setting up and launching campaigns quick and easy. We do a lot of political work that needs us to execute campaigns quickly. We are able to see a lot of information that other DSPs leave in a black box. I'm talking CPMs, the exact domain placements for all ads, the mark-ups for third party segments, the mark-ups on special marketplace deals, etc. I feel the pricing is very fair and you know exactly what you are getting for the CPM. **What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?** I feel like the user interface is generally good BUT it lacks the ability to easily check certain metrics (like types of conversions) and check things without going into the campaign editor. I am always worried that I will change something when I just want to view the conversions. ALSO it is slow. Loading EVERYTHING is slow. **What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?** SimpliFi is working hard to bring more clarity to the domains (right now it shows confusing names or no names for certain domains) and they are also working to make optimizations a bit easier. They had a person who specialized in every category of services I used them for. Responses for the most part were prompt even on weekends in the heart of election season. Unlike every other vendor I have ever used, they refused to set up the targeting universes and verification themselves and asked the campaign to do it. The service was easy to setup and thorough in marketing the event boundaries. They provided in-house design for display ads and after action review to go through metrics. **What do you dislike about Simpli.fi?** Setting up the payment was a little difficult with multiple documents as well as a portal where payment information needed to be submitted. A little clarification was needed. **What problems is Simpli.fi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Simpli.fi solved the need for ad spend to be shown to the intended user through event geofencing and retargeted.
