What do you like best about Signitic?

Signitic is a powerful tool that can adapt to many uses. The variables on the signatures are really appreciable and allow the creation of signatures adapted to each user. Signitic's CSR approach, with information on the weight of signatures/campaigns, is really appreciable. The support is very responsive and its quality is excellent. What do you dislike about Signitic?

All actions must be performed on the web interface. An API would allow for the automation of certain actions, such as the creation of campaigns through internally created forms. The possibilities for creating signatures are limited on certain a Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The handling is remarkably simple: the interface is clear, intuitive, and requires almost no training. The native integration with Microsoft 365 is a real asset, allowing the deployment and updating of the entire organization's signatures in just a few clicks, without complex technical manipulation. The pricing is transparent and competitive, making it an accessible solution even for medium-sized organizations. It is particularly suited for associations, which can thus standardize their image and optimize their communications without mobilizing heavy technical resources. "Harmonization of Signatures Made Simple"
What do you like best about Signitic?

I appreciate Signitic for its ability to harmonize signatures within the company, allowing us to present ourselves uniformly. I particularly like the simplicity of the connectors provided by Signitic during setup, which allowed me to easily connect the system to our email after a few tries. Additionally, the signature synchronization feature in Outlook is extremely useful for us. Signitic also allows the addition of event banners under the signatures, which helps promote various services. Thanks to its ease of integration, especially with Outlook online and Microsoft 365, the software adapts well to our way of working both on desktop and online. What do you like best about Signitic?

Signitic is a very simple tool, with good documentation in the back. The majority of the deployment process was waiting for the Microsoft addon to be pushed to outlook - which is out of their control. Afterwards it was my own creativity that limited the creation of the templates - something counteracted very easily with the premade template by the Signitic team! I deployed the application within half a working day, without any need for external guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signitic?

Some of the instructions are missing or not clearly outlined - for example: when a template is created it must be assigned to a group. I had been looking for this configuration for quite some time before realizing it is done on a template basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signitic?

The signature assignment engine and the calendar are the things I like the most. The address book is also very easy to use and it is easy to assign signatures to the various users. What do you dislike about Signitic?

In the company we don't have 365 yet and the integration is a bit cumbersome because for each pc you need to install a small software. Sometimes it's a bit complex to understand the various features. For example, the new feature introduced "card" was not immediately clear. Then the way in which the user is assigned to the organization is also complex, I think it can be improved. On a handful of workstations the add‑in fails to auto‑insert the signature, so affected colleagues have to click “Insert signature” for every single email. What I like most about Signitic is the simplicity of managing signatures for the entire team. A single setup, and everyone has a professional, consistent, and always up-to-date signature. We save valuable time, especially for our campaigns with personalized banners: it's quick, efficient, and perfectly integrated into our communication. What do you dislike about Signitic?

Honestly, there is nothing really blocking with Signitic. If one had to mention a point for improvement, it would be some occasional bugs related to the integration with Outlook.

That said, the documentation provided by the Signitic teams is very clear, and the solutions are quick to implement. You can feel that the support is responsive and that the platform is evolving in the right direction.

What I like a little less is that there can be some limitations when you want to push customization further — especially on certain templates or formats. Sometimes also, the display of signatures can vary a bit depending on the email services (like Outlook vs Gmail), which requires some adjustments.
