The UX of Signitic is incredibly efficient and well thought out: simple, aesthetic, modern, and focused on the essentials. Everything seems designed to guide the user while empowering them. I really appreciate the real-time preview for signatures and campaigns, the drag and drop for images, and the clarity of the fields to be filled in.

I really like how Signitic is super easy to use and gets rid of the hassle of dealing with HTML errors in email signatures. Its ability to sync directly with my Microsoft 365 tenants is a standout feature for me. Signitic also makes it simple to customize email signatures to fit my branding, which is important for my companies. I appreciate the ability to track analytics from my email signatures, especially seeing if a potential customer clicks on a link. This tracking information can be thrown into AI for further optimization, which is something I couldn't do before. I also like that it's extremely easy to deploy across a company with multiple employees, and I don't have to train anyone on how to install custom HTML signatures since it syncs directly with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The initial setup was a breeze, taking less than thirty minutes, which is a big plus for me.
