What do you like best about Signitic?

I really like the customization of signatures, the fact that you can connect the tool to Gmail as well as Hubspot. In a very simple way, you can synchronize and manage the signatures of all the company's employees. Signitic has been very effective for our marketing campaigns, we have been able to generate more leads, but also for scheduling appointments for demos or training with our clients. The ease of implementing the tool in our workspace is also a strong point. Every time I had problems, the chat was very responsive. I highly recommend the tool, I use it regularly to update campaigns, monitor statistics, or update signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signitic?

Signitic allows for centralized and efficient management of signatures, saving valuable time, especially during onboardings or visual identity changes. Sometimes there is a lack of flexibility in visual customization. For example, it would be useful to be able to create more graphic or creative templates, like those that can be designed in Canva, and integrate them directly into Signitic without losing responsiveness or compatibility. What do you like best about Signitic?

I really appreciate how easy it is to deploy and manage email signatures for an entire team. The centralized dashboard saves a lot of time, and the real-time updates ensure brand consistency across all employees’ emails. What do you like best about Signitic?

Good management of campaigns - adding a banner to an email signature is super easy and well integrated with Canva that we use too.

Managmeent of different groups is easy too: International vs France, Sales, CS, Marketing and more. I'm no longer chasing everyone to update their signatures. it's all centralized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signitic?

The updates with Google email tend not to be live straight away and we often need to wait 24Hrs. It might have been updated and shorten by now, but it still feels like I would love it to be close to instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
