What do you like best about Seismic Content?

The team at Seismic has been great in rolling out newest innovations for testing with their customers and allowing those customers to connect with product management to get feedback to the teams working hard on innovation. It's nice to be included in the product design as the innovation is developed.

Ease of platform functionality lets us build specific hubs for the sales teams on topics they are most interested in and streamline where the teams find the latest and greatest information. We've gotten the platform integrated with Salesforce to allow write-back functionality and ensure the teams are able to keep a log every time they communicate with customers. The analytics allow marketing teams to develop the right content and get it offered up to sales for internal and customer use.

Ease of access to other customers to gain new ideas and learn from their experiences. This has been so helpful in planning expansion within our organization.

As we continue to drive workflow efficiencies for our customer-facing teams, it's so refreshing to have a CSM team that supports us in our efforts. They bring examples from other customers, help brainstorm with us, and take our ideas back to the product team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

Ease of syncing documents - if we have multiple teams uploading it's difficult to remember/see that hey this document might already exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Seismic is my essential source of truth for sales content. It helps me provide high-impact, organized, up-to-date content to my sales team and measure and track impact. What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

- Organizing all content into one central location. Allows us to finally execute a organization-wide content strategy based on data.

- Previously content was sent via Outlook attachments, and then lost in the aether, now we have more control and understanding over this.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

It is a big change in workflow to what salespeople are used to - for better or for worse - so training can be challenging at points. Sending content via links is also a fundamental limitation, as some clients do not open external links as per company policy, though there are some additional features and workarounds to help this. The intelligent content recommendations based on deal stage and buyer persona are incredibly valuable. The ability to quickly customize presentations and proposals while maintaining brand compliance saves hours of work. The initial setup and content migration process was time-intensive and required significant planning. Some advanced features have a steep learning curve that requires dedicated training time. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

It is an essential tool for all Revenue Organisations. It provides a great digital space to organise, manage and deploy to Revenue Team different GTM assets organised to be easily discoverable.

It goes beyond only having a place to store content - It provides ability to share assets with customers as a single file or in a form of well structured and easily built landing pages, provides a chance for Seller to understand customer engagement with content. Customers are having differentiated experience while interacting with well organised material. Champions love it!

Marketing and Sales Enablement have amazing analytics to work with as they evaluate what content performs, how Sellers are using it and what should be improved.

Our Team has adopted it with very high numbers. One of the best adopted tools across the organisation including junior and high tenure Sellers.

The platform streamlines the centralization of all materials, making sure that customer service teams can access only the most current and approved content, which is consistent with the brand image. The primary drawback is its integration with other ecosystems. Although it works seamlessly with Microsoft, organizations that rely mainly on Google platforms may encounter some challenges or find that certain features do not function as fully as they could. It is a bit difficult to set up in a way that works for everyone and can take a lot of time and effort maintaining a metadata system that allows for all of the features and metrics to be easily used. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

In a nutshell, I can confidently say that Seismic has brought better consistency, structure, and strategic insight to how we manage content and enable our sales teams. It's saving our sales teams time, improving customer experience, and is helping us to stay aligned with sales and marketing priorities - it is a key part to our enablement strategy.

Getting Seismic up and running was easy too. The support team, specifically Declan Rabbitte, has guided us through initial setup and integrations, and have been there every step of the way - most users were productive with it almost immediately and we are seeing improved adoption and engagement growth daily. What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

Not a criticism, but if I had to pick, I would say that with such a wide range of tools, it can feel a bit overwhelming at the start. Some features feel underutilised because they’re hard to discover or aren’t immediately relevant to everyone.

We've found a workaround this has been to use announcements and reminders in the early adoption stages to encourage and remind users what's available for them to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
