There's one report that I often use that shows hits to our videos within a certain timespan, and the email addresses of those who viewed, but there's no way to export the report in a useful format. The pdf only shows what is on the screen, so if there are additional emails that are not visible on the screen without going to page 2 or 3, the additional emails will not be included. Also, an excel version of the combined reports would be very helpful. Using this centralized workforce, a lot of duplicate work has been mitigated. The client assistance staff at it is also consistently useful and responsive. **What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?** Seismic's lengthy startup time is one aspect I don't like. When I'm pressed for time, the lengthy loading time of the program can be annoying. Additionally, although the customization choices are excellent, putting them up can be challenging and time-consuming. Finally, particularly for lesser companies, the pricing can be a little high. **What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue of effectively and seamlessly organizing and disseminating marketing materials is resolved by it.
