The product is excellent, and I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Outreach.io. We run a lean outbound team, and as someone responsible for full-cycle sales, I would not be nearly as productive without Salesfinity. The platform enables me to efficiently work through my cold calls while staying aligned with updates from mobile carriers, helping reduce wasted dials and improve connect rates.

This Autodialer is an amazing tool. Their team is incredibly responsive as well! It's been a week using it and I've already booked three meetings! I highly recommend this tool to anyone.

Sometimes there is a slight delay at the beginning of each call but other than that the autodialer is perfect!

Customer service is atrocious, they have questionable AI practices and they never followed up with my questions regarding their AI policies, essentially ghosted me

Didnt solve my issue at all, their AI policies are questionable at best, they were never able to answer our security concerns and ghosted my team.

**What do you like best about Salesfinity?**

First off, I love the product and how easy it is to integrate with our current tech stack. We just set Salesfinity up with our team and we're booking meetings immediately. Who doesn't love that? 

The fact that Boss Mode exists is also ridciulous so you can parallel dial and have the AI choose how many numbers to dial at once by how likely they are to pick up. I use this feature every day all day. 

Omar and Mavlonbek were great to work with. Messaged Mavlonbek out the blue and got me a demo asap with Omar who gave us a fantastic buying exprerience. 

Big shoutout to Abdulahi for creating sticky content on his cold calls and showing how well Salesfinity works in general. That got me in the door in the first place.

There isn't much to dislike at all.  Wish I had it sooner!

As a BDR, what I love most about Salesfinity is how it allows me to call at serious volume without sacrificing quality. The platform is built for speed and efficiency, which means I can get through my call list quickly while still having meaningful conversations. I’ve consistently seen higher connect rates since using it, and it’s massively improved my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

There’s very little to dislike. If anything, I’d say there could be more in-app tips for first-time users to get up to speed even quicker — but once you get into the flow, it’s smooth sailing.

**What do you like best about Salesfinity?**

Honestly, everything. One day I was cold called by this company, right around the time I was trying to solve an issue with calling as my reps are in India and most dialers stopped permitting India numbers from calling out to other countries due to regulation changes. Needless to say I didn't have high hopes when I spoke with them as I had been shut down by multiple vendors when that requirement came up. But, they could help I was assured (spoiler alert - they were able to help and honestly it's been night and day since). We went through a demo of the solution and joined the Salesfinity family shortly thereafter. Since locking arms with this company my reps are killing it. The conversations have skyrocketed, meetings are being booked and we are beginning to see our new outbound function take shape. I really like the data enrichment capabilities, research panel, the parallel dialer, and the support we have received from their team (Our CSM Oubay is THE best!!)

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

That I didn't find them sooner....that part stinks....

Initially I needed it to support my reps cold calling from India, but now it's become a big part of our day to day even operating in AMER. Having local numbers increased our pick up rates and the direct connect into HubSpot means no calls go unlogged.

Fast Bridge time on parralel dialing (this can be a big issue, if there is a large delay between when the prospect answers and when you connect it can lead to awkward calls or them hanging up)

Good UI, lots of features for the price points. "Boss mode" is great at filtering out numbers that probably won't ever pick up.

Wide set of integrations, even more niche softwares like SmartLead.

Team is fast and responsive whenever you have issues. Pretty easy to get up and running.

Won't turn you away for not having enough seats like some of the other dialer companies will

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

Only thing I miss compared to other dialers is no live transcription I can view when the dialer is dialing (often useful for catching pickups that AI can miss).

Manually dialing is awful and slow. Automatic number rotation and monitoring to not get marked as spam.

**What do you like best about Salesfinity?**

Salesfinity is an amazing software that works seamlessly. As someone who has tried other parallel dialers (such as Orum), I would choose Salesfinity. You can toggle between your contacts before they answer and see all of their information and company information which makes it extremely helpful for when they answer so you're not going into the call blind like you are in other dialers. The sales/support team are extremely helpful too, Calvin is a great rep and always quick to answer all of my questions!

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

The only thing that I wish Salesfinity had was a way to mark the person as DNC when you disposition them to "Not Interested" so it takes them out of the list instead of marking them as "Wrong Number".

Salesfinity allows me to make thousands of cold calls in a week.

The team really enjoys the ease of use and integration and HubSpot.

There's alot alot of little details the team thoughtfully considered in making Salesfinity a banger of a software.

Lower latency between dial and pick up with parallel dialing, strong HubSpot integration, phone number monitoring, number swapping, no two-way "beep" when a call connects, easy-to-understand analytics page.... the list goes on.

It just feels much more intuitive than the other competitors - and they don't lock you up in annual contracts.

The founder is also really quick with customer support and replies. If you have a question, he has an answer.

No brainer decision.

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

I haven't found anything i've disliked so far. It took us about 30 minutes to integrate and get going.

Compared to other dialers, the connection is almost instant and the sound quality is outstanding. The HubSpot integration is seamless and very easy to set up. Customer support is always available and impressively fast to respond.

I like how smooth and fast it makes dialing. Even if I was only able to dial one number at a time, it would be a better experience than my original one. Plus, they have great customer support. Very responsive and willing to tackle any issues I may have. I also loved how FAST it was to get set up. When we decided to purchase, we were able to get up and going within hours.

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

I wish organizing the contacts I reach out to was a more a seamless experience, and that I had more call analytics, but I know it's a feature that will come with time.

It takes a lot of time to do dials and it allows me to reach out to more people and get more connects in a week. So I'm having more conversations and more chances to book a meeting.

User friendly interface, make things easier for me, pulls all the information I need as soon as the prospect picks up, I have a high pick up rate. The set up was super fast and easy, and so far the support has been good.

Just wish it had a button where I can select to remove that one prospect and not call their number again without me having to go to the CSV and remove it.

Very easy to use, integrated easily, straight forward onboarding, shout out to Yusuf who was always on hand to help during the trial and dealt with any issues immediately.

I spent a huge amount of time manually dialling numbers, having to look at where a person is and work out the time there before dialling. I can now segement by Direct/Mobile numbers, Country/Timezone and then dial multiple numbers and be put straight through to a connected dial.

These guys have really great customer service, they are quick, and willing to help. They took the time to understand my objectives and made it easy to say yes. It's pretty much plug-and-play! (All this done and handled before the competition ever reached out to me even though I requested a demo)

Using Salesfinity has been a breath of fresh air for our sales process. The dialer is super easy to use, and it’s made managing calls so much smoother. The auto-dialing feature saves us tons of time, and the call recording helps us stay on top of follow-ups and coaching.

The interface customization options are the only things I’d like to see improved with Salesfinity.

staying efficient with outbound calls. The auto-dialing feature means we’re not wasting time manually dialing numbers, and the call tracking and recording help us stay organized and follow up properly. It’s also eliminated dropped calls, which used to be a real issue.

Salesfinity is a great dialler which helped me to get infront of more leads than I could have before. It saved me hours of calling leads individually.

I found that it wasn't as intuative as other diallers to group leads by company and location - but this is less of a problem if you are using it to do high volume dials vs targetted calls.

We've gone from daily, 3-hour call blocks making <70 dials per rep, to making >150 dials per rep overnight. 

Better still, we can see conversion rates in real-time which helps identify immediate areas for improvement.

There are a few features they could improve on, which they're actively working on. Such as number rotation and occasional lag between answer and voice. Overall, good product.

The only thing that comes to mind is it could have the ability to have incoming calls, but not having it might be a good thing as you are always dialling out anyway.

The only thing better than Salesfinity's product is its product team! The speed of iteration and new versions, from both functionality to aesthetic facelifts, is highly impressive. Our team works with Amplemarket, and I was able to work with the product team directly at Salesfinity to have call scripts pull through into my Salesfinity interface, which has been a GAME CHANGER!

The sheer amount of dials I can get through in an hour is insane. 1 hour of dialling using Salesfinity is equivalent to 4 hours of dialling without.

Not so much salesfinity's fault, but it's quite intense suddenly connecting to a stakeholder so that takes a little bit of getting used to.

**What do you like best about Salesfinity?**

Salesfinity is an incredible tool for BDRs/AEs looking to have multiple meaningful conversations a day at scale. It's quite impressive how Salesfinity leverages ai to know who's more likely to answer and who's on the verge of possibly answering. Not only does it allow me to become more efficient in my day-to-day but it helps me qualify prospects - and fits into my workflow. We're very website heavy and viewing a prospects website on a call and referencing it is large in our org - to do so with a click of a button made my processes even easier. The ability to create lists, quickly upload them into Salesfinity, and begin dialing multiple prospects at once is an SDRs DREAM.

**What do you dislike about Salesfinity?**

Honestly nothing:  It's a tool I believe in.

Having more quality conversations. Manually dialing takes so much time out of your day - to dial in 200-300 prospects+ in a hour+ is extremely necessary. You filter and qualify leads more quickly, and build more relationships/refferals, and most importantly book more meetings.

I was looking for a reasonably priced parallel dialer that worked well. Salesfinity has exceeded my expectations. I dial 80+ numbers per hour and talk to more people per day than ever. Customer support is great as well.

The audio is glitchy at times but it's usually because of my internet speed. You need to have fast internet if you're using the 5 lines on the parallel dialer. I know they're coming out with version 2.0 later so I'm super excited about this.
