Not so much of a dislike/con as this is a necessity. Setting up the initial commission structures can be involved and requires some back and forth, but fortunately, SalesCookie has an excellent team who can handle the entire setup process for you. I have found several aspects of Sales Cookie to be incredibly beneficial. Their customer support is outstanding; Swati was a huge help when I first made a call, and having the ability to talk to a real person when making business decisions is invaluable. The setup process was smooth, even when transitioning from an antiquated approach; Sales Cookie's responsiveness and willingness to act as the subject matter expert were crucial in bringing our data to life. The software has transformed our commission workflows into a more real-time, proactive model, significantly reducing the need for monthly reconciliation and allowing our sales reps to interact more dynamically with their reports. This shift to a proactive approach has saved considerable time for both our accountants and sales reps. I appreciate the variety of plan options available and the ability for each sales rep to log in individually to view their data. We are just starting, but I am excited about leveraging these functionalities in future sales competitions. Although the support team is brilliant and extremely responsive, there are times when you want to be able to reach someone real time vial live chat or phone, and SalesCookie isn't really designed that way. That said, the system is so well done that support is rarely needed, and the only thing I had to do is be sure to plan ahead during the early days so that if anything came up, I always had time to work with the amazing talent at SalesCookie help me through the roadblock.
