I have found several aspects of Sales Cookie to be incredibly beneficial. The setup process was smooth, even when transitioning from an antiquated approach; Sales Cookie's responsiveness and willingness to act as the subject matter expert were crucial in bringing our data to life. Although the support team is brilliant and extremely responsive, there are times when you want to be able to reach someone real time via live chat or phone, and SalesCookie isn't really designed that way. That said, the system is so well done that support is rarely needed, and the only thing I had to do is be sure to plan ahead during the early days so that if anything came up, I always had time to work with the amazing talent at SalesCookie help me through the roadblock. Sales Cookie has a lot of metrics that are incredibly useful. The customization we have allows us to view sales in detail by month, period, quarter, and by plan.
