Cost efficient, intuitive with consistent performance, and the flexibility of the software. Also, the team is highly responsive.

Sales Cookie paid for itself in our first quarter. Our accounting team went from manually reconciling commission spreadsheets to simply pulling a finished report that ties out to revenue with clear audit trails. We now close the books faster and have accurate commission accruals instead of rough estimates that needed further work.

We have complex rules including split deals, delayed payouts, true-ups, and we enforce plan enrollment through the platform. Trouble shooting and responding to reps is so much easier, we can now drill straight down to every transaction that contributed to a payout. The addition of the 24/7 AI Assistants throughout the platform for all users (admins, managers and reps) is also great cause questions can be answered by the AI, increasing efficiency.

I’m in the app pretty much every day, and it’s definitely been an upgrade from Excel. After the initial learning curve, building and maintaining plans became very straightforward. I can update quotas, add new reps, change rates, and roll out new SPIFFs without needing support.

Customer support has been strong as well. They respond quickly and have even built small enhancements based on our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The learning curve, but there's a lot of support provided by them online like videos and articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This gives me confidence in how commission plan rules are applied, the accuracy of the commission calculations, and how easy it is to spot and identify any discrepancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our compensation structure is far from simple, but with the right tech lead, the implementation process turned into a genuinely great experience. When questions come up, customer support is easy to reach and quick to help. And being able to run payouts and commissions through one streamlined platform makes it absolutely worth it. Getting everything aligned during testing was definitely a challenge, but we pushed through and it ended up being worth it. Now that it’s up and running, everything works flawlessly, and it’s saved us a considerable amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In addition to the software, I am most impressed with the team at Sales Cookie. They are fast to respond and are very knowledgeable. Their team personalizes the commission journey for you and takes out the guess work. Our company has a somewhat complex commission structure that involves integrations with multiple systems. The team at Sales Cookie did not have any issues with putting together a great plan that worked and has greatly simplified our commission process and policy. Sales Cookie saves us countless hours each month. Big thanks to the SC team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have any dislikes at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales Cookie has an easy to use user interface, extremely customizable compensation plans, and best of all has a month-to-month plan unlike its competitors which force you to sign up for a one year contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can get pricey to request changes to be made to the compensation plans. Their hourly support is not the cheapest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sales Cookie provides a centralized platform for commission management, making it easier to review payout details, track performance, and communicate commission information to sales teams. The transparency and accessibility help improve efficiency and reduce manual inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be helpful if the reporting and filtering capabilities were more flexible. Having additional options to customize reports and export data would improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesCookie has been an incredible solution for our business, making our commission calculations dramatically easier and far more accurate. We work with many different commission structures, and their system was able to apply every type of logic we needed without any issues. It has saved us time, eliminated errors, and given us full confidence in our commission payouts. Also wanted to mention their outstanding customer service. I have been working with Daniel Lopez who has been so helpful through the implementation process. Couldn’t recommend more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about SalesCookie. It took me time to learn everything but once we understood the logic, it worked perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software's capabilities have made managing commissions much smoother and more seamless. Andres and the customer support team have always been quick to respond whenever we have a question or need assistance. Sales cookie is quite easy to use & helpful to easily identify monthly commissions, quarterly & annual bonuses , which otherwise would have been a daunting and complex process. With the click of a button we have all the numbers summarized within seconds. Implementation & integration to our sales platform was also seemingly easy. Customer Support is beyond excellent. What I appreciate most about SalesCookie is how effortlessly it streamlines the management and automation of complex commission plans. The platform is user-friendly and adaptable, which significantly reduces the amount of manual work required. The staff at SalesCookie have been great to work with. They respond promptly to any inquiries or issues that you might have. If you need to automate your commissions, you cannot go wrong with SalesCookie! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not so much of a dislike/con as this is a necessity. Setting up the initial commission structures can be involved and requires some back and forth, but fortunately, SalesCookie has an excellent team who can handle the entire setup process for you. There is no 24/7 support but the staff is fairly quick in responding via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
