The thing I most dislike is that I feel some basic functionality is missing which can make more work than needed. For example, there is no bulk deletion of tasks - a simple checkbox would be great (Similar to what they have on the time entry one).

With a market oversaturated it can be difficult finding the right professional service platform. There is nothing that comes close to the simplicity and straightforward approach as Ruddr. I find project setup is easier than our previous system. I appreciate the quick responses from Ruddr when we have questions or problems. Time entry is pretty quick, and I like how the SSO with M365 works very well. Our previous system was painful to log into, and with Ruddr's integration with our M365 accounts, accessing it is much easier and quicker. The initial setup was very easy, QuickBooks integration was very easy, and integration with Salesforce was a little involved but not bad at all. PTO approval is lacking (need to pre-approve, not when submitting a timesheet). Expense integration with QuickBooks is missing but coming soon, I believe. I think Ruddr’s automation system is great overall, but there are a few things that could be better. Some of the advanced features take a bit of time to figure out, and a few parts of the interface could be more intuitive. I’d also love to see more flexibility with reports and integrations. User friendly interface, reporting capability is amazing, value for money, great customer service and support (especially with onboarding of employees).

We loved that the system included capability addressing pipeline management, project management, resource planning and so much more.
