What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

I like how it produces different report that I had to build in my past job that uses a different project management software. It also integrates with Quickbooks online so that invoices feed automatically. It is also easy to use. I started using this without any training at all. Learning curve is very easy. What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

Currently it won't do percentage of completion revenue recognition as well I want it to. There are workarounds but I'd rather have the solution built-in the software itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

It’s a convenient platform for logging our hours. It’s easy to manage and simple to enter time, and the best part is that we can copy last week’s row to add hours quickly. What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

I haven’t found any real downsides to Ruddr yet. The only parts that felt least helpful for me were the reporting and “my tasks” options, mainly because I haven’t used them. Other than that, everything I have used so far has been quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

I really like how simple the interface of Ruddr Professional Services Automation is. It was so easy to understand that what was supposed to take weeks actually took just a couple of days. Multiple people in our organization who were testing the software knew how to navigate the system quickly. The interface is really clean and simple enough where nothing is confusing, and all of the data is connected in a way that makes it very intuitive and clickable. What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

There are definitely areas that I wish were a little more detailed, specifically the reporting. Even though the reports they have out of the box are all great, there are specific reports that we're interested in about utilization per person against specific clients. Our workaround is going to be an API in some sort of day data visualizer. But, ideally, there would be a report builder in Ruddr where I wouldn't have to go off platform to create something custom. What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

I find the service revenue forecasting and gross margin tracking features of Ruddr Professional Services Automation extremely valuable as it allows me to get a sense of profitability before closing the books. The system's reporting is really helpful, providing several ways to look at how the business is going and what contributes to our success. Switching to Ruddr from our previous tool was a great move because it's modern, cost-effective, easier to use, and more functional for our business. What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

The best thing about Ruddr is that the resource allocation section is super user friendly and easy to use. It is really easy to drag and drop and easy to get people to learn how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

The thing I most dislike is that I feel some basic functionality is missing which can make more work than needed. For example, there is no bulk deletion of tasks - a simple checkbox would be great (Similar to what they have on the time entry one).

"Right-Sized, Efficient, and Highly Recommended PSA Tool"
What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

I find project setup is easier than our previous system. I appreciate the quick responses from Ruddr when we have questions or problems. Time entry is pretty quick, and I like how the SSO with M365 works very well. Our previous system was painful to log into, and with Ruddr's integration with our M365 accounts, accessing it is much easier and quicker. The initial setup was very easy, QuickBooks integration was very easy, and integration with Salesforce was a little involved but not bad at all. What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

PTO approval is lacking (need to pre-approve, not when submitting a timesheet). Expense integration with QuickBooks is missing but coming soon, I believe. I'm still new at creating reports, but our previous system had a report builder. Ruddr lets me save filters as a report, but that only goes so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I really like about Ruddr’s attendance management system is how easy it makes everything. It’s super user-friendly, and you can track attendance, hours, and time off without any hassle. I love that it’s automated, so there’s no need to worry about manual updates or errors. Plus, it connects perfectly with project tracking and billing, which keeps everything in sync. I think Ruddr’s automation system is great overall, but there are a few things that could be better. Some of the advanced features take a bit of time to figure out, and a few parts of the interface could be more intuitive. I’d also love to see more flexibility with reports and integrations.
