The voice quality is incredible — callers genuinely can't tell
they're talking to an AI. Setup was fast, the knowledge base
integration works well, and the webhook system lets us pipe call
data straight into our app. For a one-man SaaS shop, having a
24/7 phone agent that handles both sales and support calls is a
game changer. The dashboard makes it easy to tweak the agent's

SMS took me by surprise — I assumed it was already active on my
number and just found out today it requires a separate A2P
registration with a 2-week wait. Would be great if that was
flagged during initial phone number setup. Also the pricing page
could be clearer about what's included vs. what requires
