**What do you like best about Reelo?**

I find Reelo incredibly helpful for managing loyalty and automation campaigns, as well as WhatsApp campaigns. The ease of using Reelo and the support from the Reelo team have been great. The QR codes feature, although still underappreciated, is excellent for circulating offers. I also appreciate the WhatsApp templates and messages, which keep guests informed about their rewards, making operations smoother. Plus, the initial setup of Reelo was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Reelo?**

I don't like the feedback template and single QR Code for all memberships. At times, we want to keep different memberships for students, employees, etc., but they can see wallet and memberships all through one QR. It makes it convenient but at times, we don't want certain offers to be disclosed to all guests.

**What problems is Reelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reelo for tracking, data collection, and retention through loyalty. It simplifies operations with WhatsApp templates, informing guests about rewards. QR Codes are great for circulating offers and end-to-end funnel tracking.

The software is very useful for my business, and the team’s support was absolutely amazing. Every query I had was resolved.

I haven’t fully used the software yet, but I’m confident there are no downsides.

I’m having problems because there’s no customer tracking, which would really help my business. I need a way to track lost customers and loyal customers so I can offer discounts and provide better service to retain them.

**What do you like best about Reelo?**

I love how Reelo effectively solves our retention marketing challenges through the creation of loyalty programs and the automation of WhatsApp marketing messages, which have been instrumental in helping our restaurant business retain customers. I find the dashboard incredibly informative, as it provides various KPIs that allow us to better understand our customers and the effectiveness of our retention marketing strategies. Reelo's ability to segment the customer base is a standout feature, enabling us to send targeted WhatsApp campaigns to each segment, which enhances our marketing efforts. The feature that facilitates the collection of customer feedback and directs them to our Google page is invaluable for gathering public reviews. I also appreciate the data collection feature on how customers discover our business, as this information is crucial for understanding and enhancing our brand's visibility. Furthermore, the easy-to-use interface and integration with billing software, specifically Petpooja, make daily operations smoother. The initial setup was straightforward, and although WhatsApp number integration took some time, the guidance provided was helpful.

**What do you dislike about Reelo?**

Their service can be improved as they take time to resolve tickets, and there is no clear timeline for resolution. In addition, their customer support number often doesn’t work, or nobody responds, which is frustrating. Although my account manager responds immediately in such situations, the regular customer service is lacking. The WhatsApp number integration takes time, and I faced difficulty in integrating SMS through our header, which Reelo was unable to accomplish.

**What problems is Reelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Reelo enhances customer retention with loyalty programs and automated WhatsApp messages. Its dashboard provides key customer insights, helping segment audiences effectively, and facilitates feedback collection. Integration with billing software is seamless, although customer service response time can be improved.

I absolutely love the UI, which makes it a lot easier for someone to understand how to use and what to do with it, including the campaigns bit of it. I also love the daily round-up, and Reelo seems very useful to me.

**What do you dislike about Reelo?**

I think there are quite a few glitches here and there that need constant back and forth with the team, for example importing all historic data etc. Not so easy, there was a lot of back and forth with team members.

**What problems is Reelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reelo for loyalty points and feedback and to offer memberships. It makes it easier to understand and execute campaigns.

Reelo solves the problem of unstructured customer data and low repeat engagement. It helps centralise guest information, track repeat visits, and run targeted loyalty campaigns instead of relying on manual follow-ups or generic offers.

For us, this has resulted in better customer retention, improved communication with regular guests, and a clearer understanding of customer behaviour. Overall, Reelo helps streamline loyalty efforts and supports more consistent, data-driven engagement with customers.

Data which it provides me. Love the way it segregates into buckets

I wish it could provide more flexibility to add conditions to the data to send campaigns. For ex. Users whose birthday is coming up and they might have ordered alcohol at the restaurant before.

Targeting users. It hasn’t worked for me yet. Waiting for my customers to adapt

When it comes about loyalty and CRM, Reelo seems one of them. Business always needs campaigning and marketing and at the same time Reelo makes the job easy through automated loyalty. It drives customers through rewards and cost reduction. One of its key strength lies in cost reduction by turning customers to promoters, moving ahead Reelo catches attention by its user friendly and simple interface.

In the initial phase app needs enhanced interface and customization which disappoints user.

Reelo is directly removing reliability on third party allowing small restaurant setups to builds it's loyal customers. It's beneficial as Reelo allows building customer relationship which frankly impacts business.

loyalty program only, nothing else is working smoothly; there are so many bugs.

**What do you dislike about Reelo?**

The auto campaign doesn't work properly; my restaurant name in the message automatically gets changed to some other restaurant, and customers start getting messages with the wrong restaurant name.

The tech team is not doing anything.

**What problems is Reelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers get loyalty cashback, which works fine. However, this work with other platforms, with 40% of the fees I paid to Reelo

Software is glitchy, server downtime impacted accurate data reporting, integration with our POS (LUCID) is not good.

It allows us to easily create and track WhatsApp campaigns. I can easily view any customers history, activity etc. Loyalty management is very good. The user interface is very simple and convenient.
