What do you like best about Reelo?

I love how Reelo effectively solves our retention marketing challenges through the creation of loyalty programs and the automation of WhatsApp marketing messages, which have been instrumental in helping our restaurant business retain customers. I find the dashboard incredibly informative, as it provides various KPIs that allow us to better understand our customers and the effectiveness of our retention marketing strategies. Reelo's ability to segment the customer base is a standout feature, enabling us to send targeted WhatsApp campaigns to each segment, which enhances our marketing efforts. The feature that facilitates the collection of customer feedback and directs them to our Google page is invaluable for gathering public reviews. I also appreciate the data collection feature on how customers discover our business, as this information is crucial for understanding and enhancing our brand's visibility. Furthermore, the easy-to-use interface and integration with billing software, specifically Petpooja, make daily operations smoother. What do you dislike about Reelo?

Their service can be improved as they take time to resolve tickets, and there is no clear timeline for resolution. In addition, their customer support number often doesn’t work, or nobody responds, which is frustrating. Although my account manager responds immediately in such situations, the regular customer service is lacking. The WhatsApp number integration takes time, and I faced difficulty in integrating SMS through our header, which Reelo was unable to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
