After using Hotelogix, I can confidently say that I have not encountered any drawbacks or aspects that I didn't like about the software. What do you like best about Hotelogix?

1- It is easy to use and has a wonderful control panel

2- Hotelogix provides accurate analyzes and reports on the rate of reservations, stays, and departures of guests

3- Hotelogix also provides real-time alerts and notifications that help track all operations within the hotel

4- Hotelogix also provides house keeping monitoring and management services

What do you like best about Hotelogix?

I was quite pleased with the system.

Then, after numerous emails and phone conversations, they were unable to produce the legal tax documentation we required. They act as though they don't care if we receive a fine. I find it hard to imagine that obtaining the document is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hotelogix?

Response and assistance! When we require assistance and try to obtain legal documentation over the course of three days by contacting and emailing. We received a fine despite never receiving assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Disappointed in not giving legal documents, be careful as without this you may get a fine as we did."
What do you like best about Hotelogix?

I was super happy with the system.

Then we encountered a problem with legal tax documents needed, which they could not provide after many emails and phone calls. It is like they do not care that we get a fine. I can not believe it is a complicated document to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
