Then, after numerous emails and phone conversations, they were unable to produce the legal tax documentation we required. They act as though they don't care if we receive a fine. I find it hard to imagine that obtaining the document is difficult. **What do you dislike about Hotelogix?** Response and assistance! When we require assistance and try to obtain legal documentation over the course of three days by contacting and emailing. We received a fine despite never receiving assistance. **What problems is Hotelogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** THIS PMS I was in charge of cleaning, check-ins, and check-outs. Then we encountered a problem with legal tax documents needed, which they could not provide after many emails and phone calls. It is like they do not care that we get a fine. I can not believe it is a complicated document to get. **What do you dislike about Hotelogix?** The response and service! When we need support and spend three days calling and emailing to try and get legal documents. We were never helped and have now received a fine. **What problems is Hotelogix solving and how is that benefiting you?** THE PMS. However, someone modules may need time to completely understand them. **Recommendations to others considering Hotelogix:** Very positive and I can highly recommend it. Very easy that gives a freedom to anyone . It has a user friendly interface.
