Unfortunately, nothing. The platform became inaccessible shortly after we were charged for a full year, and our outlet showed as “Not accepting orders” for over a month. Support was slow to respond, and no value was delivered during the time we were billed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were misled into what we believed was a trial or monthly plan, but were later told we were locked into a one-year contract with a hidden 90-day cancellation policy. Despite their documentation stating we could cancel with 24 hours' notice, no such option was provided on the dashboard. The platform stopped working entirely for a month, yet we were charged nearly $950. We had to escalate through support just to get a partial refund.
