## About Deliverect
Deliverect is a fast-growing SAAS scale-up that connects third-party delivery platforms and food businesses around the globe. We’re neither a delivery provider, nor a POS system - we bridge the gap between them. In order to help businesses manage their food delivery and takeout operations more efficiently, we integrate their food ordering channels in their existing POS.

## Deliverect Reviews
  ### 1. Locked into a one-year contract for a platform that doesn’t work

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Deliverect?**

Unfortunately, nothing. The platform became inaccessible shortly after we were charged for a full year, and our outlet showed as “Not accepting orders” for over a month. Support was slow to respond, and no value was delivered during the time we were billed.

**What do you dislike about Deliverect?**

We were misled into what we believed was a trial or monthly plan, but were later told we were locked into a one-year contract with a hidden 90-day cancellation policy. Despite their documentation stating we could cancel with 24 hours' notice, no such option was provided on the dashboard. The platform stopped working entirely for a month, yet we were charged nearly $950. We had to escalate through support just to get a partial refund. This has hurt our business and eroded our trust in the company.

**What problems is Deliverect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, Deliverect did not solve any problems—in fact, it created more. We were unable to accept orders for over a month due to the platform displaying “Not accepting orders” and “Trial expired,” even after we were charged for a full annual subscription. We signed up hoping for an integrated ordering and dispatch solution, but the system failed to deliver on its core promise. Instead of streamlining operations, it disrupted our ability to do business.

  ### 2. It’s a downgrade

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Deliverect?**

My latest problem with this company is
I’ve discovered that the new integration is incapable of displaying critical information, such as the customer’s name, cutlery requests, or personal memos. This is particularly concerning since apps like Uber eats are gathering this info for us, but with this integration, that information doesn’t reach us. For example, I had a customer use the memo to inform us of a severe allergy, and we didn’t receive the message on our end.

When I raised this issue, instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the problem, I was dismissed and told that concerns like cutlery requests or allergy notifications aren’t high on the priority list for other restaurants. What I would have expected was gratitude for bringing this to your attention so it could be fixed, preventing further negative reviews. I understand that efforts are now being made behind the scenes to address this issue, as it clearly the man who told me this isn't stupid and obviously this is a priority.

That said, I would prefer to part ways. Please issue a refund.

Thank you,

**What do you dislike about Deliverect?**

That they won't let you leave. That they don't admit their faults.

**What problems is Deliverect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing

**What do you dislike about Deliverect?**

  ### 4. Terrible experience 6 months in

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Deliverect?**

Merge different delivery platforms into one. When it works it's great but at the massive expense of you're sanity. Tech support response is instant.

**What do you dislike about Deliverect?**

I'm still a customer 6 months in cos I haven't had time to switch so I'd say my review is fair. I've had numerous issues with set up. It's doesn't just work seamlessly. It's a technical nightmare. It's expensive and a half baked product. There's new functions released since we signed up but you have to pay more to use them. If you use Shopify like us then you really don't want to sign up otherwise you'll be in a world of technical pain.

Our website header is completely blocked by an app that was installed by Deliverect. 6 months in and the issue is unresolved, rendering our site completely useless. How can you click on the menu when the deliverect banner completely blocks it? In the end they said it is a known issue and left it be, while they continue to pocket my money.

I subscribe to many premium apps, this by far has and is the worst of them in terms of experience. Oh I blocked the onboarding agent because she was so bad at her job. In short I have had a terrible experience from the very start. Painful.

**What problems is Deliverect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combine different delivery service platforms into one.

  ### 5. Easy to use, good menu features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sónia F. | Customer Success Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Deliverect?**

Integrations with multiple systems which is fantastic. Easy menu management, good allergens tags, snooze feature, etc. Overall view of all orders easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Deliverect?**

It can be difficult to navigate over menus at times. It could have better reports. Improvement on the delivery part of the system would be a great benefit. Recently the channel activation fails constantly.

**What problems is Deliverect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deliverect is easy to manage and hasn't encountered many issues. I am managing multiple menus in one place, easy sync. Easy track of orders and type of fulfilment.
