**What do you like best about Swiggy Owner?**

Honestly, the best part is how easy it is to track live orders and update the menu on the fly. If we run out of an item, I can switch it off instantly so customers don’t get frustrated. The interface feels smooth overall and doesn’t lag, even when things get busy.

**What do you dislike about Swiggy Owner?**

The app can be incredibly buggy during peak hours. It randomly logs me out when we are busy, and the UI feels pretty clunky, especially on iOS. Performance-wise, the notifications for new orders sometimes delay, and the integration with our restaurant's POS system is rough, which leads to manual errors.

**What problems is Swiggy Owner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves for us is reach and delivery logistics. Managing our own delivery staff used to be a huge headache, but this platform takes that burden off our plate. It helps us reach customers well outside our usual neighborhood without the overhead of hiring and coordinating our own drivers.

It also cuts down the daily chaos of taking phone orders. Instead of having staff tied up on calls, dealing with misheard items or payment issues, orders simply pop up on the screen already paid and ready to prep. Glitches that sometimes occur ruin the experience for the delivery driver, the restaurant owner, and the customer — all three suffer.

**What problems is Swiggy Owner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Swiggy Owner app addresses a real problem for restaurant owners. Previously they sold food in only two ways—dine-in and takeaway—but now delivery partners can bring orders right to customers' doorsteps, and this app helps bridge that gap. Benefits I get is my favourite food from my favourite restaurant is getting delivered to my location in one click.

Swiggy is ofcourse super popular and anytime they have very good discounts on foods, this actually helped during shortage of money and manily customer support is great

App is all good, but sometime delivery time is too much and aprt of that no other issue as seen

Again the discounts are pretty good and reasonable and some time if you want to dine in, you can use swiggy plus and get discounts on dine in also, so even if you are going out this is relief for my pocket.
