**What do you like best about PineLabs?**

With the help of PineLabs, we can accept payments via mobile. Not only by any gateway but by enabling the NFC we can accept debit and credit card payments through our phone only. Also, the pricing of PineLabs is very less, that is for accepting payments from wallets it charges around 1.4% of the payment which is very low as compared to other payment gateway providers. Settlement time for the payment is also very less, that is T+1 business day.

**What do you dislike about PineLabs?**

Some of the payment gateways that offer QR payment systems allow us to settle payments whenever we want but here it takes T+1 business days for QR transactions also.

**What problems is PineLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using our phones for accepting card payments which eliminate the need for card machines. PineLabs allows us to send the payment request link to the customer's mobile number and they can pay at their ease from their home or from anywhere.

**What do you like best about PineLabs?**

Pine lab has a 360-degree payment solution for a diverse range of channels. If you are present in the offline plus online platform for you are in India go for Pine lab. It will help you to sync your payment needs. You can manage all platform payments from one Pine lab platform

**What do you dislike about PineLabs?**

Pine labs error-free payment processing. but sometimes we have faced issues like payment didn't getting credited to the bank account. we have to place several tickets to get it resolved.

**What problems is PineLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes the payment doesn't get credited to the bank account on time. A few times we have faced issues like server down and we have to process the payment manually. the issue gets prolonged by the customer service taking it long time to resolve the tickets.
