Simplicity, I've worked with oracle/micros for years, simple on operations to edit menu items, reporting, sales, etc

**What do you dislike about Micros?**

Not 100% accurate on labor %, typically need 3rd party implementation for labor controls/scheduling & menu mix reporting/costing
