We appreciate the customer support response time and that we feel like when something is urgent or important to us, customer support reacts in the same manner. It continues to be cumbersome to access each store individually and not be able to run reporting or export data globally for all stores. We have also had a continuous issue with ghost wages coming from Crunchtime and importing into our GL software. It is minimal, but we, nor customer support, can figure out where these incorrect wages are coming from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
