**What do you like best about RNL AL?**

Customization for facebook messaging and the ability to create multiple pathways for users

**What do you dislike about RNL AL?**

Can be a bit cumbersome to users if they're not used to a "bot" talking to them on facebook messenger. 

**What problems is RNL AL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easier for our young alumni to connect with the college in a more modern way at their pace. The responsiveness from the messenger makes it simple for our most technologically savvy alumni to make their gifts on their time.
